Abstract

The research conducted at SMP Negeri 12 Kota Ternate was a classroom action research using a problem-based learning model which was carried out in two cycles. The subjects of this study were 23 students of class IIC SMP N 3 KotaTernate. Students' process skills are measured based on the increase in the percentage of students' process skills classically. The instrument used is an observation sheet to measure science process skills. Final data analysis on improving science process skills in the observation class on medium criteria with a gain factor of 0.35 and in cycle 1 class on low criteria with a gain factor of 0.25. The results of this study indicate that the gain factor value for cycle 1 class is higher than the control class gain factor value in terms of increasing mastery of concepts and science process skills. Thus the application of the problem-based learning model is more effective for improving students' science process skills compared to the DI learning model on motion material.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research that aims to find out whether the Cooperative Script learning model can improve science learning outcomes for class VII students of SMP Negeri 12 Kota Ternate. The research method used was qualitative and the subjects of this study were class VII students of SMP Negeri 12 Kota Ternate with a total of 29 students. Sources of data from teachers and students. Research data collection techniques were carried out using observation sheets carried out by learning models and test questions. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the average score of students in cycle I was 68. Meanwhile, in cycle II, the average score of students was 79.83. This shows an increase in science learning outcomes. From the results of this study it can be concluded that applying the cooperative script learning model to class VII students of SMP Negeri 12 Kota Ternate can increase.

Abstract

We often know that when reading perfume products made from cans at the bottom there is a warning that is to keep it below 15ºC-21ºC stating that perfume cans should not be at high temperatures because it will cause the cans to explode caused by the expansion of the gas inside. in a perfume can. Based on a study of Gay-Lussac's law observed by Joseph Louis Gay-Lussac which relates to pressure, volume and temperature of a gas. This law was created when Joseph Louis Gay Lussac boarded a hot air balloon and produced a formula that reads "a gas will experience an increase in pressure at a certain mass if it experiences a temperature increase in a constant volume". The relationship between pressure and temperature influences each other, namely when the temperature is high it will produce high pressure, conversely when the temperature is low then the pressure produced will decrease, but the conditions must be in a constant volume. Then the result of the graph compared to temperature will be directly proportional to the pressure. Thus, it is closely related to the creation of explosions that occur in perfume cans when the temperature is > 21°C . We conducted this research to prove that temperature affects the expansion of gas in perfume cans by applying the method of literature study by collecting some of the research results that have been done.

Abstract

This study aims to increase students' interest in learning models related to basic science based on visual aids. In the field of education, teaching aids are used to stimulate the thoughts, feelings, attention, and interest of students in teaching and learning activities. Elementary school students, of course, really need a learning medium to support the process of learning abstract science that they did not know before. The role of these teaching aids is to help make the abstraction of knowledge more real. Researchers collect data simply by using a variety of data sources, such as primary data—information obtained directly from SD Negeri 3 Jubung students. b. Secondary data, namely data through literature in the form of books, journals, research, and previous opinions that have been proven true. The results of the research indicate that there are differences in the abilities of the students to understand one example of downward vertical motion in the daily lives of 24 students from SD Negeri Jubung 3 in the Jember Regency. The test results show that the average learning outcomes with the help of visual aids show results that are in the high category. The acquisition of student scores increased, as evidenced by the presence of explanatory materials using teaching aids. During the research, the understanding of students and students' involvement in explaining the concepts in teaching aids was very enthusiastic

Abstract

Sirri marriage is a term that is often developed among the people which means underhand marriage; namely a marriage process in accordance with the rules and regulations that apply in Islam, such as the presence of guardians, witnesses and consent qabul, it's just that no registration is carried out at the office of religious affairs (KUA) as an official officer and the office of the Ministry of Religion for those who carry out their marriage according to the Islamic religion , and at the Civil Office for those who carry out their marriage according to religion and beliefs other than the Islamic religion. Without records, the government has not directly acknowledged the existence of this official bond, so that there are matters relating to the rights of children and wives that cannot be fulfilled. Therefore, the author wants to examine how Islam views sirri marriage after seeing the negative consequences it causes.

Abstract

If students are interested in the subjects they are studying, they will understand the concept of biology that is being taught. Students' interest in learning is thought to be influenced by the use of instructional media, such as powerpoint-based subject matter. The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether class X students at SMAN 4 Ternate City are interested in studying biology. A questionnaire with 30 statement items that students filled out on a Google form is used in this type of research. Students' enjoyment, interest, and involvement in biology are all identified as indicators of interest in the questionnaire. The foundation of data analysis is the process of interpreting each student's questionnaire scores into very good, good, poor, and not good categories. The results of the study revealed that indicators of student enjoyment were 65.82 percent, student interest was 71.53 percent, attention was 72.21 percent, and involvement was 78.30 percent. According to the findings of this study, 71.97% of students have a moderate level of interest when using powerpoint media to participate in biology lessons. When the teacher shows and displays PowerPoint media and there are certain parts of the material that students do not understand, students will attempt to read repeatedly on biology material on PowerPoint media and ask the teacher if they do not. This is one of the very best indicators of student involvement in biology learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) the principal's steps in preparing a work plan in an effort to influence teachers and staff to want to work together so that they want to take actions and actions in achieving common goals, (2) the principal's activities in implementing work plans, evaluation activities and monitoring, and (3) factors that support and hinder school principals in leading SMAN 3 and SMKN 3 Banjarbaru. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, namely research that seeks to capture symptoms holistically and contextually through collecting data from the subjects studied as a direct source with the researcher's own key instruments, namely the researcher is a planner, executor of data collection, analysis, data interpreter, and in the end he becomes a reporter. the results of the research. The results of the research show that: The preparation of work plans for school principals in an effort to guide teachers and education personnel staff in their implementation takes action in achieving a common goal, namely implementing school-based management in improving the quality of education focusing on the management aspects of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. Implementation (MBS) in improving the quality of education for the two schools in addition to paying attention to students, also to guardians of students, especially those who are members of the school committee. The principal in carrying out evaluation and monitoring of integrated activities for teachers and education staff and students is in the position they should be, namely carrying out their duties with full responsibility to achieve common goals in improving the quality of education in schools.

Abstract

Neuromuscular blocking agents (NMBAs) are the drugs that most frequently involved in IgE-mediated anaphylaxis during anesthesia which can lead to perioperative morbidity and mortality. The nicotinic acetylcholine receptor is an ion channel composed of ligands consisting of 5 protein subunits. Receptors Nicotinic acetylcholine is extensively expressed to include both receptors of heteromeric or homomeric combinations of α2–α10 and β2–β4ubunits and medicines that act as nicotinic acetylcholine receptor blockers. The mesolimbic pathway in the ventral tegmental area (VTA) and nucleus accumbens mediates neuronal excitability and dopamine (DA) neurotransmission through the use of ethanol and nicotinic acid (NAc). Drugs belonging to the nicotinic acetylcholine categories are Sugammadex, Gantacurium, Cyclodextrin, Vecuronium, Pancuronium, Rocuronium, and Edrophonium. Enzyme Cholinesterase is an enzyme that degrades Ach released through the neuromuscular synaptic cleft.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the types of mistakes made by students in solving polynomial problems. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative. With research subjects 17 students of class VIII but who took the test 14 students. The instrument questions used are test questions in the form of 4 essay questions. Based on data analysis, there are three types of errors in solving polynomial problems, namely 1) systematic errors in addition with a percentage of 42.85%, subtraction with a percentage of 50%, multiplication with a percentage of 21.42% and word problems with a percentage of 50%, random errors in addition with a percentage of 28.57%, subtraction of 35.71%, multiplication with a percentage of 71.42% and carelessness errors with a percentage of 14.28%, multiplication with a percentage of 7.14% and word problems with a percentage of 50%.
