Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

Motekar is a program created by the West Java provincial government in 2014 by following Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 9 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Family Resilience Development to help empower people who experience family vulnerabilities. This study describes the community empowerment strategy through the Family Resilience Motivator (MOTEKAR) program in Karawang Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic in dealing with family vulnerabilities that occurred in Karawang Regency. This research is qualitative research using descriptive methods and the theory used in this research is the theory of community empowerment strategy by Parsons et.al in (Suharto, 2014) which divides 3 levels or levels of strategy, its the micro-level, mezzo level, and macro level. The micro-level strategy empowers clients individually, the mezzo level strategy empowers using a group as an intervention medium, and the macro-level strategy empowers people who are considered can overcome their problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which level strategies were fulfilled in the process of implementing empowerment through the Motekar program in Karawang Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of empowerment there are still 2 strategies that have not been fulfilled.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Return On Equity (ROE), Deb to Equity Ratio (DER), and Earning Per Share (EPS) which are several financial ratios used to see a company's performance effectively and efficiently. Withdrawal of research samples using purposive sampling. The sample used is 10 issuers in the Islamic consumer goods industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019 to 2021 with a secondary data source in the form of annual financial reports. This study discusses the extent to which the financial ratios of these Islamic issuers affect stock prices so that they are expected to contribute to future investor analysis and decision making in investing and improving company performance in the future. By using multiple linear analysis method, the results of the study simultaneously show that ROE, DER and EPS have a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the partial test results show that only ROE and DER have no significant effect on stock prices, while the EPS ratio has a significant effect on stock prices. Therefore, Islamic issuers must maintain company performance, especially in generating profits. Profit achievement is the main indicator of investor interest in investing which will affect sharia stock prices to rise and have positive prospects.

Abstract

In the teaching profession there is a code of ethics to uphold the dignity of the profession, to protect and maintain the welfare of its members, to increase the dedication of members of the profession, to improve the quality of the profession and to improve the quality of professional organizations. With a code of ethics, teachers are expected to be able to function optimally and professionally, especially in developing the character and ethics of students and upholding the authority of the educational institution and profession. This study aims to describe the application of the school's code of ethics in educational institutions and how the school's code of ethics can improve professionalism in learning. In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive research approach and type, with data sources from school principals at the Pamekasan Education Institute, teachers and relevant secondary sources. The results of this study are that the school code of ethics in educational institutions is a way of increasing teacher professionalism so that they comply with the regulations that have been set and agreed upon by the management of educational institutions. The teacher code of ethics which was developed into a school code of ethics is considered an effective method in the process of increasing the professionalism of teachers in this school.

Abstract

Vitamin C is a complex compound that is needed by the body which functions to help regulate or process the body's metabolism. Fruits are a source of vitamin C which can be consumed to meet the needs of vitamin C, such as guava, lime and pineapple. This study aims to determine the levels of vitamin C in guava, lime, and pineapple. using the UV-Vis Spectrophotometry method, which is a method with good efficiency for determining vitamin C levels. Based on testing, the results showed that vitamin C levels in guava were 0.12%, limes were 0.07096%, and pineapples were 4.274 ppm

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the code of ethics and professionalism of teachers in improving the quality of education, using a qualitative descriptive analysis using a library research approach. The results of the study obtained are, First, the nature of the teacher is a person who plays a role in efforts to form human potential by developing all the talents that exist in students. Teachers must also be able to play an active role in educating students and be able to place their position as teaching staff. Second, teacher competence in improving the quality of education is divided into four parts, namely pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence. Third, the teacher's code of ethics is to have a commitment to improve the quality of education, faith, piety, and noble character. Teachers who have good academic qualifications, competencies and educational backgrounds have responsibility for carrying out professional duties and guaranteeing legal protection. In fact, the profession held has the authority to regulate those related to teacher professionalism. Abstract

The ability of the physical fitness level of futsal extracurricular participants at SMAN 3 Purwakarta is still low, so this study aims to determine the effect of development activities on the level of physical fitness of students at SMAN 3 Purwakarta. The sample in this study were 27 students participating in futsal extracurricular activities at SMAN 3 Purwakarta participating in futsal extracurricular activities. The sampling method used in this study was cluster random sampling. Retrieval of data using a test, with the instrument used in the form of a skills test. The scores obtained from 60 meter sprint, 60 second sit up, vertical jump, 60 second pull up, and 1200 meter run. The data obtained in this study refers to the design used, namely one group pretest posttest design. The analysis of this program used SPSS 22. The results showed that there was a significant influence on development activities on the level of physical fitness as seen from the results of the Sprint 60 Meter pretest with a mean value of 6.62 standard deviation of 1.644 and posttest results with a mean of 6.63 standard deviation of 1.149. The results of the 60 second Pull Up pretest with a mean of 7,250 standard deviation of 4,035 and the results of the posttest with a mean of 11.33 of a standard deviation of 3,784. Sit Up 60 seconds pretest results with a mean of 34,375 standard deviation of 10,520 and posttest results with a mean of 37.63 standard deviation of 3,784. The results of the pretest vertical jump with a mean of 61,458 standard deviations were 11,651 posttest results with a mean of 4.64 standard deviations of 0.579. The results of the 1200 meter pretest run with a mean of 5,065 standard deviations were 11,651 posttest results with a mean of 4,642 standard deviations of 0,579. As well as testing the hypothesis with a significant level (0.05) and the results obtained sig. From testing the hypothesis using the t test where the sig value of the physical fitness test is 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the level of physical fitness in the futsal extracurricular participants at SMAN 3 Purwakarta. and posttest of 0.3043 which is included in the medium category.

Abstract

Almost all systems in Diskominfo Jawa Barat have involved technology in it. But some systems, especially in the field of recording damage and inventory (archive) are still not well organized that make all history of damage to goods or goods that have been repaired do not have recording data. Coordinator of the First Expert Computer Pranata Diskominfo Jawa Barat, one of which is responsible for managing the recording of the recording of damage to the goods, find it difficult to see what items must be repaired and what items have been repaired. Given the need for recording as an archive of every work done. Based on the problems described above, the use of information technology systems will support the problem. Therefore, the author will design a website -based information system that can recap data with a system and data storage using a computerized database. In designing this system the author applies the design thinking.

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani pada hakekatnya adalah kegiatan pendidikan yang ditujukan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan melalui kegiatan jasmani. Selain itu, pendidikan jasmani juga harus diutamakan karena memiliki tujuan penting dalam upaya meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jasmani peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media audio visual terhadap penggunaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Penelusuran awal literatur dilakukan melalui mesin pencari Google Scholar dan database elektronik. Kata kunci pendidikan jasmani dan audio visual digunakan untuk melacak artikel penelitian asli maupun kajian pustaka yang terbit dalam kurun waktu 20 tahun terakhir pada jurnal nasional dan dapat diakses secara terbuka (open access). Data-data yang dikumpulkan adalah jurnal yang membahas tentang pengembangan sistem informasi dari tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Data-data tersebut diidentifikasi menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran penjas telah banyak dikembangkan untuk pembelajaran. Dari segi jenis media, pengembangan banyak dilakukan untuk jenis media audio visual yang memanfaatkan kemajuan dibidang teknologi.

Abstract

Jamblang (Syzygium cumini (L.) Skeels) is a family of myrtaceae, this plant can be used for medicinal purposes. This study aims to determine the active compound content of the jamun plant (Syzygium cumini (L.) Skeels) as an antipyretic. The method used in this study is the Literature Review Article (LRA) method by searching databases taken from various scientific articles through Google Scholar, Science Direct, PubMed. Based on a review of several studies of the jamun plant (Syzygium cumini (L.) Skeels) has antipyretic pharmacological activity in fruit parts, dry seeds and leaves.

Abstract

"An Analysis of Financial Statements to Assess the Financial Performance of Pt Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the 2015-2019 Period". This study aims to describe and find out how the financial performance and financial statements of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The problems studied are the condition of financial performance and financial statements of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. from 2015 to 2019. The analytical method used is financial ratio analysis which includes liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios using the time series analysis method for companies. This research is a quantitative and qualitative research with a descriptive approach using calculations of quantitative data in the form of year-end closing financial reports (secondary data) from 2015-2019. Overall, the results of the analysis show that the financial condition of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. fluctuate but the financial performance of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. can be said to be very good in its efficiency. This means that the company has a good level of financial performance, so that it can attract investors to invest in shares.
