Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

The construction sector is a potential sector with many competitive competitors and companies with strong human resources are needed to win the competition. Organizational citizenship behavior plays a role in the company's success as a successful company requires human resources who works beyond the set expectations, without expecting any imbalance. Organizational citizenship behavior is an act of extra HR role in a company, regardless of all the industries the company is involved in. In forming a strong OCB, several factors are needed to influence it. This study will examine the effect of the work environment on organizational citizenship behavior which is mediated by job satisfaction of employees at PT. Sketsa Cipta Graha, Surabaya. The sample in this study amounted to 33 people. This study uses the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square Method using SMARTPLS 3.0 software. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be interpreted that the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction and work environment have a significant effect on the behavior of organizational members, and job satisfaction mediates the significant influence of the work environment on the behavior of organizational members.

Abstract

This study seeks to discover the role of attitude as an intervening variable in the relationship between convenience and customer service towards purchase intention on the PT Farah Oriental Carpet website. The population in this study are the customers of PT Farah Oriental Carpet. For the sampling, this study applied a purposive sampling method with the fulfillment of the criteria which includes having an interest in the products or services offered by PT Farah Oriental Carpet, being part of PT Farah Oriental Carpet's customers who received Farah's Oriental Rugs & Carpet's WhatsApp Blast Website, and having visited Farah's Oriental Rugs & Carpet's Website page. Therefore, 140 samples were gathered in this study using the Hair formula. The data analysis method used is quantitative and processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study specifies that convenience and customer service have a significant effect on attitude, convenience and customer service have a significant effect on purchase intention, and attitude have a significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

The development of online application-based transportation services that offer services for the transportation of people and/or goods which were introduced in 2015. The ease of online application-based transportation is also inseparable from the emergence of problems. Based on this, the author intends to conduct research with the aim of knowing the responsibilities of companies providing online transportation services to passengers in the event of an accident, to examine the legal position of companies providing online transportation services in applicable laws and regulations, to describe how legal protection forms for service providers. Online Transportation Against Accident Passengers.The research method used in writing this thesis is normative juridical which is carried out by examining secondary data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature study. The data that has been obtained is analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the research, the authors conclude that online motorcycle taxis are not a public transportation company regulated in Article 47 paragraph (3) of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation because two-wheeled vehicles are not included in the general motorized vehicles referred to in the article. . With the enactment of the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 108 of 2017, this is the basis for online motorcycle taxis to operate. The responsibilities of online motorcycle taxi application provider companies in the transportation sector cannot be equated with the responsibilities of public transportation companies. Responsibilities between application provider companies and service providers are equal and jointly responsible.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of a deradicalization program issued by the government in tackling radicalism, which gave rise to pros and cons among the people of Karawang. NU clerics who have responsibility in fostering the ummah are required to have a role in overseeing the deradicalization program so that dangerous understandings of radicalism can be handled properly. The theory used by researchers is the characteristic role theory put forward by Horoepoetri, Arimbi and Santosa (2003) which includes five dimensional variables, namely the role of policy, the role of strategy, the role as a communication tool, the role for dispute resolution and the role in providing therapy. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out through triangulation which included observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data were then analyzed through three stages, namely reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results and discussion of this study show that the deradicalization policy is a wise step in tackling radicalism in Karawang, whose society is plural in religion and culture. The NU cleric's strategy in overseeing the deradicalization program is carried out collaboratively with the government but funding is still very minimal. The communication carried out by the ulama was carried out through two media, namely internet-based media and face-to-face media, then internal conflicts were found between fellow Muslims from the nahdyin and the radicals. The role of NU clerics in providing therapy for the community of former members of banned organizations is considered important because of the high negative stigma issued by the surrounding environment

Abstract

Forecasting is a method for estimating a value in the future using past data. This research was conducted on the scale of Mrs. Tata's household business. Mrs. Tata produces green bapau every day which will be distributed to three places, namely stores A, B and C. Sales at these three places fluctuate every day, as a result it is not uncommon for many products to be unsold, resulting in losses. In addition, it also resulted in the procurement of production raw materials that were not in accordance with the sales results. So far, Mrs. Tata, in procuring raw materials, is not dynamic every day or is not adjusted to the next day's sales forecast because she has not used a prediction system. Therefore it is necessary to have a system that can predict sales every day. The prediction system is made using the least squares method. The data used is sales data from November 1 2022 to December 31 2022. The predicted period is the next fifty nine days. From the calculation results, it can be concluded that the green bapau sales prediction system can predict sales in the next period. The least square method can be used to predict green bapuu sales by forecasting sales at stores A, B and C for the next 59 days, namely 1,253 pcs, 1,217 pcs and 1,276 pcs.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of the monthly financial reports of PT. BCA Syariah in 2020-2022, to know the effect of murabaha, mudharaba and musyaraka income on return on equity (ROE). The sample of this study used a sampling technique, where all populations aged 35 months were used as samples. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using IBM SPSS 25. The results of this study reveal that murabaha income has a positive effect on return on equity, mudharaba income has no effect on return on equity, and musyaraka income has a negative effect on return on equity.

Abstract

In the midst of efforts to provide quality Islamic education services to the user community, it certainly has an impact on the need for an adequate budget, including the supply of budget from the user community, giving rise to the stigma of 'commodification' of Islamic education. On the other hand, paradigmatically, Islamic education is demanded with humanist, religious, and sacred values that are perceived as far from the commodification and capitalization of education. This study aims to examine conceptually the commodification of Islamic education and the demands of maintaining the substance of religious values in 21st century Islamic education. Methods The research used in this research is literature review or literature review in the form of scientific articles contained in journals and books related to the research theme. The results of the study indicate that there is a new paradigm in Islamic education that demands the process of commodification of Islamic education. On the other hand, Islamic education seeks to dialogue between the sources of Islamic teachings and the demands of the times and human needs. Religious values exist as an adhesive for the peace of students in meeting the demands of the times. So that paradigmatically there is a need for reconciliation between commodification demands and religious substance in Islamic education.

Abstract

Land and Building Tax is one of the main sources of income for a region. Land and building tax revenues can later be used as a source to increase the progress and welfare of society, including to improve the welfare of the poor so that their lives can improve. From this utilization it can be judged that the receipt of Land and Building Tax revenue has elements of equity and justice. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors are the obstacles for people in paying land and building tax. The type of research used is qualitative research. Source of data obtained from primary and secondary data. Primary data through direct observation and interviews with BAPENDA staff in Purwakarta Regency. The results of this study are that the factors that inhibit public awareness in paying Land and Building Tax (PBB) are people's indifference, administrative data discrepancies, uncertain economics and the lack of conditions for the construction of facilities and infrastructure in the Purwakarta district, thereby increasing a sense of egoism. has been ingrained in society to not pay taxes is increasing.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to review the impact of electronic word of mouth and product quality on purchasing decisions for Luxcrime products in people living in the Jakarta area. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling using the purposive sampling method and a total of 108 respondents with the criteria of being over 18 years old, using social media tiktok and Instagram, and having bought Luxcrime products more than once in the last year. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study can be concluded that electronic word of mouth and product quality influence purchasing decisions with product quality as the dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions for Luxcrime products.Keyword: Electronic word of mouth, product quality, purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of green intellectual capital nad financial non-distress on sustainable growth. This study uses secondary data, the data used in the form of sustainability report of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used in this study is causal research, namely research that aims to find a causal relationship of the variables studied to answer research questions. The samples used in this study are consumer cyclicals companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2019-2021. Data were collected using purposive sampling. The total number of companies in the study sample is 140 companies with a study period of 3 years, resulting in 109 samples after outliers. The results of the study using linear regression analysis, descriptive statistic, and classic assumption test indicate that Green structural capital and Green relational has a significant positive effect on sustainable growth. Then the results of linear regression analysis indicate that financial non-distress does affect sustainable growth.
