Abstract

The zakat collection agency functions to collect, distribute and use zakat, infaq/alms, manage it in a professional, open and in accordance with financial resporting standards because these funds will be accounted for. The standard used by PSAK 109 explains the Accounting for Zakat, Infak, and Alms, the aim is to find responses regarding all the provisions of PSAK 109. This study aims to determine the process of financial reporting for Baznas, Karawang city in applying PSAK 109. This method uses a quantitative method. Secondary data is document. The document contains a government regulation law and financial reports for 2021. Baznas Karawang Regency has adopted Accounting Standard Regulation 109 regarding Financial Reporting Accounting for Zakat, Infak/alms. then they must comply with these standards in reporting financial and accounting zakat, infaq, or alms they receive.

Abstract

An organization which operates a business, needs to implement strategies to be able to achieve the company goals, and to create an organization that is in accordance to the developing generation, directed, long-living, and efficient. For this reason, companies need to have good human resources to be able to manage, and create good company progress. To find out if the human resource is reliable, the company must take measurements. One of the measurements that can be used is the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) measurement method. The Balanced Scorecard is a method of measuring through four perspectives, namely through a financial perspective, a customer perspective, an internal business perspective, and a learning and growth perspective. In this article, it will be focusing through the customer perspective, the aim is to find out the customer's view of the company in detail, so that the company can improve the existing quality, and innovate to meet consumer needs. Thus, companies can continue to adapt their products to the current world developments, improving and having a competitive edge with similar companies.

Abstract

The purpose of this piece is to use a philosophical analysis of science to look at the intersection between Islamic studies and philosophy. The genuine circumstances of its science as viewed from the standpoint of philosophical education are the primary topic of this research, which examines Islamic studies at an Islamic institution in Indonesia. The philosophy of science as a means to expanding Islamic studies is the second point of emphasis. This essay draws the conclusion that university-level Islamic studies are "deficient of philosophy" due to the dominance of normative studies over more theoretical approaches. Therefore, it is essential to advance Islamic studies through the lens of the philosophy of science, including the philosophies given by Thomas Kuhn and Imre Lakatos. This should begin with the bachelor’s degree in all faculties of Islamic universities.

Abstract

Presence is an activity of recording attendance data to determine the number of attendees of an agency. In the field of education such as schools, attendance is still done manually which is written in the learning activity book. The impact of the student attendance recapitulation system causes the recapitulation process to be less effective. Therefore, an attendance system is needed in order to improve performance at school in terms of recapitulating student attendance data. The system to be built in this research uses NodeMCU ESP8266 and RFID technology. This research applies SDLC methodology with waterfall model. The stages of the waterfall model that will be carried out are Requirements Analysis, System Design, System Implementation, System Testing, and Documentation. Testing is done using Blackbox and User Acceptance Test. The results of tests conducted using blackbox on hardware and software systems. On the hardware system can be read RFID card as far as 4 cm, and for the software system on all menus show good functionality. For UAT testing using a Likert scale from the results of questionnaires to students getting a percentage value of 80.43% categorized as strongly agreeing on the student attendance system.

Abstract

In the current digital economy era, technology is used by the business world as a marketing tool and product sales aimed at improving the economy. So that many business actors use the internet to enliven the development of e-commerce such as Shopee so that they can meet people's needs. This study aims to observe the views of Shopee users on several factors, namely service quality, satisfaction, and trust in order to create loyalty to the Shopee marketplace. In addition to that, you can see how much these factors influence partially and simultaneously. The method used in research is an associative method using quantitative research. The sample in this research was taken by applying the non-probability sampling method and the non-probability sampling method used was judgmental sampling, which consisted of 100 respondents. The methods applied in analyzing the data are validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the t-test, it was found that a significant influence on service quality, satisfaction, and trust was affected by the loyalty variable, but satisfaction did not have a significant effect on Shopee e-commerce loyalty. While the f test shows that loyalty simultaneously has a significant effect on service quality, satisfaction, and trust in Shopee e-commerce.

Abstract

This research intends to describe the actions of lecturers and students during the learning process and the consequences of student learning when mind mapping learning methodologies are used using the Orbit Mind Mapping application. This study utilized a three-cycle class action research method. Observations, cognitive tests, and questionnaires regarding student responses to learning methodologies utilizing the Orbit Mind Mapping application provided the research data. From the results of the questionnaire, it was determined that students preferred or agreed with the use of the orbit mind mapping application, that students tended to be more creative when using the Orbit Mind Mapping application, and that there was an increase in the results of cognitive tests, with an average score of 42,6 in the first cycle, 53.9 in the second cycle, and 80.4, respectively. Thus, it may be stated that the Orbit Mind Mapping program increases student learning results in part of speech material. For future study, it is proposed to employ methods other than classroom action research, and this application can be implemented in classes outside English.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the application of Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) in English for Communication courses, with an emphasis on spoken and written English communication skills that emphasize learning techniques and learning activities. This study used a descriptive qualitative case study methodology to disclose CLIL-based learning strategies and lecture activities in an English for communication course. Data collected through observation and interviews. The findings of this study indicate that lectures in classes with the English for Specific Purposes (ESP) feature in the English for Communication course can be facilitated and strongly support lectures employing the CLIL approach, which is supported by the curriculum and the development of needs-based teaching materials. The objective of the lecture activities is to improve students' oral and written communication skills, as well as their reading and listening English skills, by integrating a variety of activities to make learning enjoyable and compatible with students' scientific backgrounds

Abstract

The first time the Covid-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) outbreak appeared was at the end of 2019 and the first time a Covid-19 case was found in Indonesia was in March 2020. Due to its fast spread, the World Health Organization (WHO) finally declared this outbreak a pandemic global. In order to prevent the spread of this epidemic, various countries implemented policies such as implementing social restrictions, lockdowns, and various other policies. With the ongoing Covid-19 outbreak, this has had quite a big impact on various sectors of life which of course has hampered the Indonesian economy. Netflix is ​​a Video on Demand application that is quite popular and has been established since 1997. Therefore, this research was compiled with the aim of obtaining results of the classification of the people's interest in subscribing to Netflix during the Covid-19 pandemic and to find out how many people use it. interested and not interested in subscribing to Netflix by applying one of the data mining techniques, namely classification with the naïve Bayes algorithm. The data in this study were obtained from the results of filling out a questionnaire in the form of a google form which was distributed on several social media such as Instagram, Twitter and Telegram and was filled out by the people of East Karawang District. The total sample data used is 399 records obtained from the calculation of the slovin formula. Then the data will be processed using the Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) methodology which consists of six stages. The 399 records will be divided into two, namely training data and testing data. The process of dividing training data and testing data will be grouped into three ratios, including 90:10, 80:20, and 70:30 which will then be applied to RapidMiner tools to determine accuracy, precision, recall, and AUC values. The results obtained from applying data to the RapidMiner tools show that the 90:10 ratio has better results compared to other ratios, where the accuracy value is 92.50%, the precision value is 92.11%, the recall value is 100%, and AUC of 0.857.

Abstract

This study discusses the forms of moral values that exist in folklore in West Java. Moral is the teaching of good or bad deeds and behavior. Moral can be used as a measuring tool to determine the good and bad character or behavior of a person. Folklore is a story that develops and lives in a society. Folklore in ancient times was spread by word of mouth, although at this time many folk tales were written. In a folk tale, there is a moral value of character that is depicted through the story or its characters. These moral values can be used as examples in the daily life of grade 4 students at Weninggalih 02 Elementary School. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data sources in this study are five folk stories from West Java. The results of this study are forms of moral values read by students who show attitudes towards fellow human beings including (1) helping each other, (2) being honest, (3) respecting others, (4) being responsible, and (5) respecting parents

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of leadership style and work discipline on work productivity at PT. Global Ekspedisi Mandiri in Bekasi. This research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative method. The number of samples used in this study were 171 respondents and the results of the respondent's data were processed using probability sampling with the cluster area sampling method, random sampling and purposive sampling. The software used in this study uses IBM SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leadership Style has a significant effect on Work Productivity at PT. Global Ekspedisi Mandiri; (2) Work Discipline has a significant effect on Work Productivity at PT. Independent Global Expedition; (3) Leadership Style and Work Discipline together have a simultaneous effect on Work Productivity at PT. Global Ekspedisi Mandiri in Bekasi
