Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of attention of students during learning. This can be seen from the number of students who do not pay attention to the teacher such as chatting in class or daydreaming. In addition, the social studies subject is considered a boring subject, so every time a teacher is given practice questions, students always find it difficult to answer them because they do not understand so that it has an impact on student learning outcomes. The research method used is quantitative research. This type of research is a type of experimental research. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the social studies learning outcomes on the pre-test score before being treated with an average value of 57.86 with the highest score of 93 and the lowest of 27. Meanwhile, the post-test score by giving treatment using pop-up media on learning outcomes has an average value. -Average of 74.66 with the highest score of 100 and the lowest 33. Judging from the pre-test and post-test scores for social studies cognitive learning outcomes, it can be seen that the average increase in learning outcomes on the post test (after treatment) is greater than what happened that happened in the pre test (before treatment). Student learning outcomes increased when treated using pop-up media on social studies learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the responsibility of parents in the education of toddlers for Sunday school children during the Covid-19 pandemic. As we all know that Christian Religious Education is very basic for Christian families and it has become a Christian tradition to continue to educate and be educated since they are still in the womb and forever. Church formal education, namely Sunday school, is part of Christian Religious Education itself. Therefore, education from parents and teachers is needed for toddlers who are important assets of the church and become a generation that can manifest God's love for the world. The research method used in this study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were Sunday school children from 0-3 years old in the GPM Tual congregation. As for the results of his research show that from the reality that occurs in the GPM Tual congregation that Sunday school children at the toddler level aged 0-3 years, there is a lack of parental responsibility in seeing children's education, especially in formal Sunday school church education, so parents need to have more love love children so that they can share time with children in educating and guiding them. This concludes that the importance of people's responsibility during the Covid-19 pandemic for toddler-level Sunday school children. This would explain that parents are the main and especially teachers for children in the family after other teachers such as teachers, caregivers and other mentors. For this reason, the character building of children in formal and non-formal education is very important in order to show a good and pleasing image of God.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of students' motivation in following theological education and their commitment to become pastors. This research is a quantitative study using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to measure and analyze data obtained from questionnaires distributed to students. The research subjects were students of the Theology Faculty - UKIM. The results showed that: there was a positive and significant influence on the students' motivation in following theology education and their commitment to be pastors in the congregation. This concludes that with a strong student motivation in following theological education, then his commitment to become a pastor is a great opportunity. Thus it can be shown that there is hope for students that when they graduate, they can develop their theological education in accordance with their commitment to become pastors in the congregation.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to study identity, especially cultural identity, which is considered important regarding the nature of humans at all times in building their identity throughout the life of the body and identity as a form of social relationship and interaction, where people understand their identity because there are others (others).) and in dealing with these others, there are interactions both carried out based on similarities and differences. Correspondingly, the relationship and interaction with others, each other identifies or defines himself: with whom he is dealing, in what situations they are related, and what motives may arise in the relationship, so that each knows who we are. and who they are. This means that the identity is basically constructed, and the construction is done contextually (the use of symbols), according to the situations and conditions in which and when the relationships and interactions occur. This view of identity is then constructed contextually with certain situations and conditions. Cultural markers that form the boundaries of identity are chosen arbitrarily (arbitrarily). In this connection, the discussion of corn as a community identity in Southwest Maluku, especially in the Babar Islands, shows that corn as a staple food for the people of Southwest Maluku, has many benefits for the body and health. In addition, this paper will also mention a little about the influence of rice, which is recognized as the national food of the Indonesian nation. The method used as a tool to explain this paper is the historical research method with its logical work stages, namely: collecting and managing sources, and utilizing these sources as useful data to explain the existence of maize as a cultural identity of the people in the Babar Islands, as well as being able to use it as food. local content that contributes to the enrichment of local content subjects in contextual-based education in Maluku.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is a sector that has a strategic role in the structure of the Indonesian economy. One of the potential agricultural products is vegetables which are currently widely cultivated in the form of organic vegetables. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, which describes relevant data to consumer preferences and formulates marketing strategies in accordance with a predetermined marketing mix. Most respondents like the taste of eggplant because it tastes good and has become a culture for daily consumption, compared to the packaging given because consumers often find packaging in the form of plastic so that it is familiar to use and it can be seen that some respondents feel that it does not need to be fixed, Most respondents like the price of eggplant vegetable products that are affordable and easy to enjoy by all groups, most respondents like the location that is easy to reach, because it is strategically located in the middle of the city and the majority of respondents think that promotions are neutral due to promotions carried out by the Faculty garden Agriculture itself is still unknown to many circles.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study were to determine 1) the role of school discipline as controlling student behavior in SD Inpres Raja, Morotai Selatan Barat Subdistrict, 2) the influence of school discipline on the behavior of students of SD Inpres Raja, Morotai Selatan Barat Subdistrict. This type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The results of this study are, SD Inpres Raja implements discipline by using a control system, in addition to making it easier for teachers, this discipline is also felt to be able to shape and change student behavior for the better. By giving penalties for violating the rules and giving rewards for those who do good according to what is stated in the code of conduct. With this discipline, students are more careful in taking action, students must be more able to choose what is good for them and what is not good for them. Abstract

Organic food is food that is produced little or completely free from chemical elements in the form of fertilizers, pesticides, hormones, and drugs. Perception is the experience of learning about agriculture or the relationships obtained by inferring information and interpreting messages. Therefore, marketers must pay attention to the needs and tastes of consumers in order to face competition. The formulation of the problem in this study is how consumers' perceptions of the quality of organic horticultural plant products. The purpose of this study was to determine consumer perceptions of the quality of organic horticultural products in the Garden of Practice, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nusa Nipa Maumere. This research is a quantitative study with 30 respondents using data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this research is quantitative analysis and simple linear regression analysis. This research was conducted at the Practice Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nusa Nipa Maumere for 2 months, from 01 October to 04 December 2020. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant influence between consumer perceptions and the quality of organic products in the Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nusa Nipa Maumere. And there is a significant influence between consumer perceptions and the quality of organic products in the Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nusa Nipa Maumere.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning process of PPKn through Online learning learning from home at SMA Negeri 2 Lintau Buo. This research is presented in the form of descriptive analysis using case study design. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Lintau Buo. The informant in this study is a PPKn teacher. The main problem traced in this research is by planning, implementing and resulting during the learning process through online learning. Data collection techniques in this study through observation methods, interviews, and documentation. then analyze the data using interactive models through collecting, reducing, presenting and verifying data. To validate the data is used triangulation of data and data sources. Research shows that learning planning is focused on the implementation of online learning, learning is carried out through several platforms such as google class room and WhatsApp Group. Learning outcomes of 79% above kkm from 32 students. Based on the results of research on PPKn learning through online learning at SMA Negeri 2 Lintau Buo provides implications if learning is not optimal then it is necessary to add supporting facilities and improve teacher competence in utilizing online learning

Abstract

The study aim of this reasearch was to developed a training design for the application of the Digital Learning Platform in learning for students in the field of education at the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. The data were collected through participant observation using questionnaire. The participants are students of the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University who will take part in the student skills program (PKM) at school. The design develompment use ADDIE model with modified and integrated with research method R&D of level 1 which has validation by internal validaty. In order to be validated in the academic and scientific, the resulting model have tested by internal validation through three experts, named experts judgment, by expert of training design, expert of material, and expert of media. The result showed that the model design get average score 92,37% from experts, which is valid and ready to implement to the next step.

Abstract

The different varieties used are the same growing environment will provide an overview of the application of varieties. The different varieties used are aimed at seeing the right variety for planting in the highlands as well as a better appearance. The research was carried out in the home screen of the experimental garden of the Vegetable Research Institute located in Cikole Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency. From September to December 2020. The research method used was a single factor randomized block design (RBD) with 9 replications. Treatment 3 was A (Bima Brebes variety), B (Pancasona variety), and C (Violetta-2 variety) so there were 27 experimental units. Treatment analysis with analysis test and analysis test 5% is significant, so to see the best treatment with the Least Significant Different (LSD) test at the 5% level. The results showed that there was a significant effect of varieties on plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, tuber length, tuber diameter, wet tuber weight per plant, wet tuber weight per plot and dry tuber weight per plot. Treatment C (Violetta-2 variety) gave the highest yield in plants (49.81 cm), number of leaves (16.76), tuber length (26.60 mm), tuber diameter (20.69 mm), wet tuber weight. per plant (20.72 grams), wet tuber weight per plot (60.14 grams), and dry tuber weight per plot (49.81 grams). Meanwhile, treatment B (Pancasona variety) gave the highest yield in the number of tillers (4.59 tillers). Keywords : Agronomy, Highlands, Morphology, Shallots, Varieties
