Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to investigate the influence of the Tactical Games learning model in basketball on high school students. The learning model is designed to enhance the understanding of tactics and teamwork in the context of basketball games. The results of the research indicate that the use of the Tactical Games learning model has a positive impact on high school students in basketball. Tactical Games learning provides students with opportunities to learn actively, participate in game-like situations similar to real conditions, and apply tactical strategies in competition.

Abstract

The development of the current era is very fast where all information can be searched via the internet. Making people's habits a lot of changes and more practical. As a business person adapting to changing times is not easy. There needs to be a place to develop knowledge and skills in implementing digitalization, especially in marketing. This activity is carried out so that business people can adapt so that the MSMEs that are run will further develop. The research method was carried out in five stages, namely by conducting a survey of MSMEs using interviews, outreach, re-branding, product photo assistance, and assistance in creating social media and e-commerce. The target of this research Frozen Food Lancar Jaya, Batik Kembang Turi, dan Arum Snack MSME’s. Abstract

The sales phenomenon of KW goods in Indonesia is increasing. This causes losses for consumers, brand owners and also the government. The purpose of this research is to find out legal remedies against the distribution of KW goods in Indonesia. The method used in this study is to use a descriptive analysis method with data collection techniques derived from secondary data. The results of the study show that legal protection efforts for the distribution of KW goods are regulated in Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications which discusses protection based on the first to file principle system and the first to file principle system. Articles included in legal protection efforts are articles 25, 26, and 27 of Law Number 20 of 2016.

Abstract

Franchising is an agreement between two parties, in which one party is given intellectual property rights to use and use that right or an invention or commercial property belonging to another party with a reward based on the terms and sale of goods or services. This type of research in the preparation of legal research uses normative research. As for the results of this study, the franchise agreement itself has factors that can cause disputes between the two parties, namely the Frenchisor and the Frenchisee. And also legal remedies that can be taken by both parties can be resolved through litigation and non-litigation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the law protects workers affected by layoffs unilaterally. Termination of employment (PHK) unilaterally should not be carried out because only one party benefits and the other party feels disadvantaged. Therefore, there are problems that result in the end of the rights and obligations of workers and employers regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. It doesn't work, sometimes there are disputes. This usually happens because there is no common understanding between workers/employees and employers. Termination of employment can be resolved bilaterally, conciliation, arbitration and industry-related courts.Basically Termination of Employment (PHK) unilaterally is a decision made by a company without going through a legal process or the establishment of an Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement Institution. There is also disagreement about the legal basis for Termination of Employment (PHK) in which a company can terminate unilaterally for 2 (two) reasons, namely, the first is due to dismissal for the same reason in the worker/employee and the second is dismissal for the same reason in company. The research uses normative legal research methods with a statutory approach accompanied by primary and secondary legal materials

Abstract

The history of the sacred life of the people of Endut Hamlet, West Lombok Regency regarding This phenomenon became the trigger for the creation of a contemporary work entitled Aswamanu Dance. This creation uses the Manujar (human-horse) creation method, namely combining the Manujar (human-horse) creation method, which combines human movement and character with horse (horse) concept, creates the concept of dreams and reality. To analyze image theory and imagination, namely certain images according to the power possessed are implemented into motion motives. The stages are through the method of Creating Through Dance by Y. Sumadiyo Hadi namely; the stages of assessment, experimentation, and formation, as well as the theory of creativity by Nur Iswantara, namely the ability to produce something new. To realize the idea, the surrealist approach is used, which is a visual language that moves away from realism, by making it up or using imagination to reveal one's own visual style. Aswamanu's dance work is to tell the mystery of a human character resembling a horse, supported by nine female dancers, the musical accompaniment of MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) is performed on the proscenium stage.

Abstract

Karang Mukti Village is a village that has potential in tourism agriculture. This potential can be seen from the natural resources in Karang village Mukti where most of the land is agricultural land. This destination has a good chance if it is developed together. However community participation in Karang Mukti village is still lacking, according to the village head Karang Mukti, that this village is still not fully participated by the community participate even when there are village activities. There is a problem disclosed by the Head of Karang Mukti Village, the focus of the research is to do is to identify how participation in the community Karang Mukti village towards the development of an agricultural tourism village. For research towards community participation using qualitative research, in research This qualitative research aims to understand the social conditions in the environment researched. As well as communicative interaction with the environment researched. The results obtained in the research conducted are the community not fully participate in the decision-making process development of agricultural tourism villages, even though the village government has provided information/directions but there are still people who care less and lack active.

Abstract

TikTok, a platform for sharing short videos, has rapidly gained popularity with over 1 billion monthly active users worldwide. Instagram, a platform for sharing photos and videos, also boasts more than 1 billion monthly active users. This journal aims to analyze and explore the utilization of TikTok and Instagram algorithms as effective strategies to enhance brand awareness. Employing a qualitative descriptive research approach, we conducted a study to understand the fundamental principles behind the TikTok and Instagram algorithms and identified various strategies that can be employed to achieve optimal outcomes in enhancing brand awareness through these platforms. Data collection was performed through literature review and analysis of relevant content. The gathered data were then subjected to descriptive analysis to comprehend how these algorithms influence content presentation to users and to outline effective methods for optimizing content and user interactions. The findings of this research provide comprehensive insights into leveraging TikTok and Instagram algorithms to bolster brand awareness.

Abstract

Moralitas merupakan suatu kebutuhan bagi manusia untuk bisa menjadi manusia seutuhnya. Realitas yang terjadi di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa moralitas yang ada pada diri anak jalanan masih sangat rendah dan rawan untuk terjadinya penyimpangan-penyimpangan sosial. Hal ini terjadi karena anak jalanan cenderung memiliki sifat bebas dan liar, lingkungan keluarga dan sosialnya acuh pada perilaku moral yang terjadi serta sulitnya akses pendidikan bagi mereka untuk mendapatkan pendidikan untuk membimbingnya ke sesuai nilai moral yang ada. Salah satu upaya dalam meningatkan moralitas pada diri anak jalanan ini adalah melalui hadirnya Rumah Belajar Gauri Arunika Kartala sebagai wadah pendidikan, khususnya dibidang moral bagi anak jalanan. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya Rumah Belajar Gauri Arunika Kartala dalam meningkatkan moralitas anak jalanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan desain studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitiannya meliputi 3 orang pengurus, 3 orang relawan, 4 orang peserta didik (anak jalanan), dan 1 orang dosen ahli pendidikan masyarakat. Objek penelitiannya yaitu peran rumah belajar dalam meningkatkan moralitas anak jalanan. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peranan rumah belajar dalam meningkatkan moralitas anak jalanan dinilai cukup berhasil, dilihat bahwa dengan adanya program belajar yang dilaksanakan moralitas anak jalanan mulai meningkat di level 2 Tahap 3 menurut teori Kohlberg dan Hersh.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan guna memberikan informasi yang akurat dan menyeluruh mengenai penerapan pajak penghasilan terhadap tiktokers pada platform sosial media TikTok. Penerapan pajak penghasilan terhadap tiktokers menjadi poin utama atau fokus utama dari artikel ini, yang menjelaskan tentang bagaimana sistem pemungutan pajak kepada tiktoters serta apa implikasinya terhadap undang-undang yang mengatur mengenai pajak penghasilan. Tujuan dalam artikel ini adalah guna memberikan informasi mekanisme pemungutan serta penerapan pajak penghasilan terhadap tiktokers dalam sosial media TikTok. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tiktokers yang berpenghasilan melebihi PTKP wajib membayar pajak berdasar pada PDP PER-17/PJ/2015. Bagi tiktokers yang berkewajiban membayar pajak bisa delakukan melalui skema pencatatan dan pembukuan, dengan sistem withholding system maupun self assessment system.
