Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

This study discusses the motives, meaning, and communication experiences of mural artists in Karawang. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological study, which is a research that focuses on the conscious experience of individuals. Phenomenology examines a reality of experience experienced by someone and that person also knows it. phenomenology as a guide in conducting research. The communication experience of seeing the various scribbles on the wall is related to the communication aspect in the form of the communication process, the resulting symbols and meanings. Therefore, the researcher focuses on the motives, meanings, and communication experiences of mural artists in making murals on the streets. The streets I mean are the walls and rolling doors of shops along Jalan Tuparev and also along Jalan Achmad Yani, Karawang. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. Data collection techniques namely Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The subjects in this study were mural artists in Karawang.

Abstract

Community participation in overcoming education problems in the Pandeglang district of Banten. Mentor. The problem of education in Banten's Pandeglang Regency is not new. The level of education that still lacks makes the thinking of the public less open. Many parents consider education not too important. The causes of this education problem are many because of the lack of facilities provided, starting from school buildings, teachers etc. The Pandeglang Banten District Education Office has tried to improve the quality of education in all sub-districts included in Banten's Pandeglang Regency by implementing various kinds of policies. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Whereas the research location was in the Village Education Unit of Menes, Pandeglang Banten Regency and the surrounding community. From the above research, it can be obtained from Menes Village community participation in overcoming the problem of Education in Pandeglang Banten Regency and what kind of community participation.

Abstract

This study reports the results of vocational high school students' use of a word map graphic organizer and YouTube as digital media for learning the technical vocabulary of procedure texts. This paper utilized a classroom action research design, in which the researcher plays an active role in the classroom and collects data through semi-structured interviews and documentation. The majority of students enjoyed and were interested in learning technical vocabulary using word map graphic organizers and digital procedure text videos, as determined through thematic analysis of empirical data. Through the use of a word map graphic organizer, students were encouraged to uncover and evaluate technical vocabulary knowledge in the digital procedure text video. Nevertheless, some students found it difficult to utilize the word map graphic organizer in the word mapping strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability simultaneously or partially on stock prices in coal mining sub-division companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The method used in this research is to use a deductive quantitative method. The population in this study are Coal Mining Sub-Division Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period with a total of 28 Coal Mining Sub-Division Companies. The sample in this study was 10 companies of the Coal Mining Sub-Division with the sampling method using purposive sampling. In this study, researchers used data analysis techniques including the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this study indicate that based on the t-test or partially the three variables, namely Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant influence on stock prices, then based on the F-test which is equal to 0.003 <0.05 means simultaneously the ratio of ROA (Return On Assets), ROE (Return On Equity) , and NPM (Net Profit Margin) have a significant influence on stock prices

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics and work environment on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional II Palembang. The population in this study were 70 employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional II Palembang and the sample taken was 70 employees using a saturated sample. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). Based on the data analysis conducted, this study found that by means of the t test individual characteristics affect employee performance with a value of 0.000 ˂ 0.005 and the work environment does not partially affect employee performance with a value of 0.616 ˃ 0.05. The results of the F test (simultaneous) obtained a value of 0.000 ˂ 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that it can be concluded that there is an influence of individual characteristics and work environment on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional II Palembang. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.500 or 50% and the remaining 50% is influenced by other factors that may not be included in this study such as workload, work motivation and others. Abstract

Kata kunci: Sel Surya, Charger, Arduino, Energi terbarukan Abstract Along with the development of the times, the increase in energy needs is getting higher, in contrast to the current availability of fossils which are continuously depleting and have the possibility that they will run out in time. This makes every human being obliged to think about what can be used as alternative renewable energy to support energy needs in the future. Currently, many solar panels have been developed that function as a conversion of sunlight into electrical energy, but have weaknesses at night. The main problem with this system is how to store the energy in the battery and how long it takes to charge and the power that can be provided by a 5WP panel from 8:00 to 17:00. The power generated will later be used to recharge the cellphone battery through a charging station system that will be made. The scope of this research is about utilizing sunlight to recharge the battery. This charger station is designed to use the Arduino microcontroller as the system control center. The method used is that the light received by the solar panels is converted into electrical energy and stored in a battery bank or main storage by a solar charger controller. From the battery, the current flows to each branch of the cellphone charger module. The test results can be concluded that the highest achievement was 53.28 watts from the first day to the third day of measurement and the highest achievement was 33.6 watts from the battery bank charging test by the panel. It can be concluded that the tool works according to its purpose. The choice of battery capacity and panel can support the need for a cellphone charger for 24 hours.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of professionalism and job motivation on the work productivity of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Palembang. This research uses an associative method. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Palembang Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR), totaling 105 people, including 64 civil servants and 41 honorary employees. The sample in this study consists of 64 employees of the Palembang Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR). The data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and documentation. Based on the research findings, it is concluded that there is a significant influence of professionalism and job motivation simultaneously on the work productivity of employees of the Palembang Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR). This means that professionalism and job motivation can affect employee work productivity.

Abstract

Mutual Cooperation is an attitude of togetherness to achieve a goal. The purpose of this study was to see whether the school had implemented a mutual cooperation attitude to students. The method used in this research is literature study, which collects data from several references. The results that can be achieved from this observation are expected to be able to apply the attitude of mutual cooperation to students, which is important because the attitude of mutual cooperation is one of the applications of Pancasila.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer dimension brand equity on brand loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction in Somethinc facial care products in Payakumbuh City. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study were 150 respondents. The research uses a quantitative approach then the data is analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with the help of SmartPLS version 3 software. The results show that perceived quality, brand trust, and lifestyle suitability have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, perceived value and brand identification have no significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on brand loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect as a mediation between perceived quality, brand trust, and lifestyle suitability on brand loyalty but has no significant effect between perceived value and brand identification on brand loyalty. The implication of this research is that companies can pay attention to the ingredients of Something's products that are guaranteed quality and know the lifestyle of customers in caring for their faces so that customers will always use Somethinc's products because they meet their expectations and desires.

Abstract

In the context of education, emotional intelligence has a significant role in achieving more meaningful educational outcomes. Intellectual intelligence (IQ) contributes only 20% to individual success, while emotional intelligence (EQ) contributes as much as 80% to individual success. This study aims to develop and validate the emotional intelligence scale based on Daniel Goleman's theory by developing a measuring instrument based on previous research using questionnaires distributed online and focus group discussions, expert judgment, validity testing, construct validity, and reliability. A total of 40 students participated in the study using random sampling technique. The results of the study: Item-Total Correlation value of 0.312 – 0.803 (above the limit of 0.3). The results of the EFA analysis yielded a Bartlett KMO value of 0.758 (> 0.05), df 325, and p = 0.001 (significant). The total variance explained on the scale is 73.457%. The reliability of the measuring instrument in this study is 0.942 which is based on the Cronbach Alpha coefficient with a maximum value of 1, which means that the reliability of the measuring instrument is very high.
