Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Artikel yang diterima dan diproses oleh redaksi adalah artikel secara substansi berhubungan dengan kawasan pendidikan.

Abstract

Accountability is the obligation to provide responsibility or answer and explain the performance and actions of a person leading an organizational unit to parties who have the right or are authorized to ask for accountability. Accountability will be better if it is supported by an accounting system that produces information that is accurate, reliable, timely and accountable (Komang, 2014). In line with this, public accountability is the obligation of stewards (government) to manage resources, report and disclose all activities and activities related to the use of public resources to the mandate giver. This research aims to 1.) determine respondents' perceptions regarding apparatus competency, internal control systems and community participation in the accountability of village fund management in Nailang Village, North East Alor District, Alor Regency. 2.) determine the significance of the simulative (together) influence of community participation, internal control system and community participation in Nailang Village, North East Alor District, Alor Regency. 3.) to find out the significant partial influence of apparatus competency, internal control system and community participation on accountability in managing village funds in Nailang Village, North East Alor District, Alor Regency. The sample in this study was all 72 Nailang village officials and residents. This data collection uses questionnaire techniques, observation, literature study. The data was then analyzed using the t-test to determine the partial effect and the F test to determine the simultaneous effect on accountability in managing village funds. These results show that 1.) the apparatus competency variable has a negative and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. 2.) The internal control system variable has a negative and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. 3.) The community participation variable has a negative and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. 4.) The competence of the apparatus, the internal control system and community participation together (simultaneously) have an influence on the accountability of village fund management.

Abstract

Regional Original Revenues are all revenues obtained from sources owned by the region which are collected based on regional regulations in accordance with statutory regulations. Regional original income comes from regional levies, regional taxes, results of separated regional wealth management, and other legitimate PAD. This study aims to determine the effect of public service fees, business service fees and license fees on local revenue in Alor Regency for the 2018-2022 period. This type of research is qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies. This study uses secondary data and samples are reports of Local Own Revenue and reports on General Service Fees, Business Service Fees and Certain Permit Fees in the Alor Regency area in 2018-2022. The statistical method used in this study is multiple linear regression by looking at the significant value of the test t and the significant value of the F test as a benchmark in the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that: 1). partially the general service charge variable has a significance value of 0.011 or 1.1% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H1 which states that the general service charge variable partially has a positive effect on Original Income Alor Regency Region 2018-2022 Period. 2). partially the Business Services Retribution variable has a significant value of 0.000 or 0.0% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H2 which states that the Business Services Retribution variable has a partial positive effect on Revenue Original area of Alor regency. 3). partially the variable of certain Permit Retribution has a significant value of 0.014 or 1.4% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H3 which states that the variable Permit Retribution partially has a positive effect on Regional Original Income District of Alor. 4). Simultaneously, the variable general service fees, business service fees and certain license fees has a significant value of 0.000 or 0.0%, where this value is smaller than the alpha value, which is 0.05, which is 5%. So that the results of this study simultaneously accept hypothesis 4 which states that the variables of general service fees, business service fees and certain license fees simultaneously have a positive effect on regional original income in Alor Regency.

Abstract

Welfare is a condition in which a person or society is safe, prosperous, safe from all kinds of disturbances, problems or difficulties, and so on. This study aims to determine the influence of Village Funds, Village Fund Allocations and Development Programs on the Welfare of the People of Lendola Village, Teluk Mutiara District, Alor Regency.This type of research is quantitative research with a population of 36 people and a sample of 45 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and literature study. This study uses primary data and the statistical method used in this study is multiple linear regression with a significant t test and a significant F test as a benchmark for taking the hypothesis.The results of this study indicate that: (1). partially the Village Fund has a significance value of 0.000 or 00.0%, where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H1 which states that the Village Fund variable has a partial effect on the Welfare of the Lendola Village Community Teluk Mutiara District, Alor Regency. (2). partially the Village Fund Allocation has a significant value of 0.000 or 0.00% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H2 which states that the Village Fund Allocation variable has a partial effect on Village Community Welfare Lendola Teluk Mutiara District, Alor Regency. (3). Partially the village development program has a significant value of 0.000 or 0.00% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H3 which states that the variable village development program has a partial effect on the Welfare of Village Communities Lendola Teluk Mutiara District, Alor Regency. 4). simultaneously the Village Fund variable, Village Fund Allocation and Development Program have a significant value of 0.000b or 00.0% where this value is smaller than the alpha value which is equal to 0.05 which is 5% so that the results of this study simultaneously receive H4 which states that variable Allocation of Village Funds, Development Program simultaneously influence the Welfare of the Lendola Village Community, Teluk Mutiara District, Alor Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implikasi beban administrasi yang ada di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang dan bagaimana optimalisasi public service yang diberikan melalui kualitas sumber daya manusianya. Penelitian ini menggunakan yuridis normatif dan yuridis empiris. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Kesimpulan dari salah satu pengaruh adanya tuntutan beban administrasi yang ada, Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang dalam menyikapi hal tersebut, timbul sebuah regulasi-regulasi yang salah satunya dapat dilihat pada penyusunan dan Renstra Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang adalah sebagai dasar bagi seluruh stakeholder Bidang Pendidikan dalam melaksanakan program dan kegiatan dalam jangka waktu 5 (lima) tahun mulai dari tahun 2021-2026.

Abstract

The objective of this article is to empirically examine the theory on the impact of foreign debt on economic growth in emerging nations, with a particular focus on Indonesia. The author used a panel data regression methodology to examine the relationship between economic growth, serving as the dependent variable, and foreign debt, acting as the independent variable. The data utilized in this study is sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and covers the period from 2013 to 2022. The findings of the analysis indicate that there exists a statistically significant and positive relationship between foreign debt and economic development in Indonesia. The coefficient estimate for this relationship is 0.778%. This implies that a 1% rise in foreign debt will result in a corresponding 0.778% increase in economic growth. This shows that foreign debt can be a useful source of development financing for Indonesia, as long as it is managed well and used for productive sectors. This article also provides several policy recommendations related to managing foreign debt in Indonesia, such as increasing transparency, accountability and public participation, optimizing the allocation and efficiency of debt funds, and maintaining a balance between foreign debt and other sources of financing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan menganalisis secara mendalam prosedur beban administrasi dalam konteks pengelolaan instansi. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah optimalisasi efisiensi melalui pemahaman komprehensif tentang prosedur administrasi dan penerapan strategi perampingan. Melalui pendekatan analitis, kami mengevaluasi berbagai prosedur administrasi yang berkontribusi terhadap beban kerja. Analisis ini mencakup identifikasi hambatan dan penyimpangan yang mungkin terjadi dalam pelaksanaan prosedur tersebut. Selanjutnya, kami mengkaji strategi perampingan yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan beban administratif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman kita tentang bagaimana lembaga layanan dapat mengoptimalkan beban administratif mereka melalui analisis prosedur yang komprehensif dan penerapan strategi perampingan yang tepat.

Abstract

Hukum administrasi negara mengatur adanya kerangka dasar sebagai pelayanan public termasuk ke dalamnya juga tenaga kerja, pemerintah memiliki departemen atau lembaga tenaga kerja yang didalamnya memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mengelola dan mengatur kebijakan serta mengawasi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan juga mengatur di sektor public, dalam hal ini termasuk kedalam pengaturan ketenagakerjaan yang berhubungan dengan hukum administrasi negara. Dilakukannya riset ini dengan menggunakan metode yuridis-empiris, yang mana data dihimpun sesuai pada dokumentasi dan wawancara sebagai data primernya, dilengkapi dengan adanya data sekunder serta dianalisis dengan metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil riset yang telah dijalankan tersebut dengan tinjauan pelaksanaan fungsi serta tugas yang dimiliki dinas tenaga kerja di lingkup Hukum Administrasi Negara menjelaskan pelaksanaan program dalam penyelenggaraan tugasnya sebagai lembaga pemerintahan yang dengan ini berkaitan dengan tinjauan Hukum Administrasi Negara dengan diatur dalam Undang-Undang maupun peraturan. Undang Undang No. 13 Tahun 2003 tentang mengatur tentang ketenagakerjaan didalam UU ini mengatur perencanaan ketenagakerjaan serta informasi ketenagakerjaan yang berupa pelatihan kerja, penempatan kerja, perluasan kesempatan kerja, penggunaan tenaga kerja asing serta hubungan kerja, kemudian perlindungan hak pekerja.

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian merupakan upaya pemenuhan suatu keinginan atau sesuatu yang memadahi. Pada dasarnya, keputusan pembelian itu sebagai keadaan dimana kebutuhan, keinginan, dan harapan konsumen dapat terpenuhi melalui produk yang dipakai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi kualitas pelayanan (bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tangkap, jaminan, dan empati) terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Toko Suka-Suka Kota Kalabahi. Sampel diambil menggunakan aksidental sampling dimana teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan pada saat penelitian, yaitu konsumen yang bertemu dengan peneliti dilokasi penelitian dan bersedia menjadi sampel atau responden. Dengan demikian sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuisioner, observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Metode yang digumakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t atau secara parsial dan uji f atau uji simultan. Hasil penelitian secara parsial dinilai probabilitas variabel bukti fisik 0,295, kehandalan 0,049, daya tanggap 0,010, jaminan 0, 698 dan empati 0, 122 hasl uji simultan atau uji f memiliki nilai signifikan sebesar 0, 000a. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada uji parsial (uji t), variabel kehandalan dan daya tanggap berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variabel bukti fisik, jaminan dan empati tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di Toko Suka-Suka Kalabahi Alor. Berdasarkan uji simultan, variabel bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen di Toko Suka-Suka Kalabahi Alor.

Abstract

Football is the most popular sport throughout the world, including in Indonesiaitself. In Indonesia itself, there is also a league which is participated by teams, oneof which is Persebaya Surabaya. Persebaya also has fans called dolls. Bonek is aPersebaya fan who always provides support by supporting directly by going to thestadium or watching on television and buying attributes. These dolls always supportthem totally, which shows their inner fanaticism. Even though some of these dollscannot see directly, they can use Instagram social media. Instagram@greennord.27 is one of the largest fanbases managed by the Green Nord 27community. This research aims to find out the forms and factors that causefanaticism on Instagram social media and to see the views of fanaticism amongPersebaya supporters from a Communication Science perspective. This researchuses social identity theory, symbolic interactionism, and fanaticism theory using qualitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach. Data was taken using in-depth interviews and documentation, where the informants were Persebaya fans who follow the Instagram account @greennord.27 and always follow Persebayadevelopments. The results of this research show that Persebaya fans havefanaticism on social media, namely always taking the time to watch matches,always uploading activities after watching live on Instagram Story using attributes,following official Persebaya accounts and Persebaya players, uploading matchscores on the media. social, and always following Persebaya developments.
