Abstract

The income in this study is the total amount of money received by street vendors at Moru Market, Moru Village, Alor Barat Daya District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital, working hours and types of merchandise on the income of traders at Moru Market, Moru Village, Alor Barat Daya District, Alor Regency. This type of research is a quantitative description. Samples were taken using saturated sample technique. The sample in this study were 45 traders. Data collection tools used are observation, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis model used to answer the hypothesis is multiple analysis, t test, F test. This research instrument test is used to measure the level of validity, reliability and classic assumptions from the answers to the research questionnaire. By using the tool to calculate SPSS version 22 For Windows. Based on the results of the validity test for each variable with the Pearson correlation value, the results of the validity test for each variable are declared valid. The results of the reliability test for each variable with the Crobatc Alpha value, the results of the reliability test for each variable are declared reliable. Kolmogrov-Smirnov Normality test results with sig. ≥ then the test results are declared normal. The results of the heteroscedasticity test showed that the value of each independent variable meant that this study did not have heteroscedasticity. The results of the multicollinearity test show that the VIF value > tolerance means that multicollinearity does not occur in this study. The results of the linearity test between the dependent variable and the independent variable show that the deviation from linearity value is > 0.05, so there is a relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results with the t test to answer the first, second, and third hypotheses, while multiple linear regression analysis simultaneously used the F test to determine the fourth hypothesis, namely to determine the Effect of Capital, Working Hours and Types of Merchandise on Trader's Income at Moru Market, Alor Barat District Daya Binongko, Alor Regency. Based on the calculation results of multiple linear regression analysis partially and simultaneously, the significance value of the Capital variable is 0.000, Working Hours is 0.000, Merchandise Type is 0.005, and the simultaneous effect of the significance value of the F test is 0.000b, the test results t and the F test is smaller than alpha (0.05), then the hypothesis testing proposed in this study is as follows: There is an influence of business capital, working hours and types of merchandise on the income of traders in Moru Market, Alor Barat Daya District, Alor Regency .

Abstract

Setiap masyarakat memiliki hak untuk memperoleh kesejahteraan dalam menjalani kehidupan di suatu negara. Untuk memenuhi hak tersebut, diperlukan peran pemerintah untuk memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas secara efektif dan efisien. Pelayanan publik dalam bidang adminduk merupakan pelayanan yang krusial. Surabaya sebagai kota terbesar kedua dengan populasi penduduk yang cukup padat, menjadi tanggung jawab Pemerintah Kota Surabaya untuk mengatasi beberapa permasalahan administrasi kependudukan di Kota Surabaya. Berbagai program inovasi terus dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dalam mengupayakan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan adminduk. Jebol Anduk merupakan salah satu bentuk program inovasi yang diterapkan di seluruh Kelurahan di Kota Surabaya untuk menjawab persoalan ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah implementasi program Jebol Anduk sebagai inovasi dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Kelurahan Kedung Baruk Kota Surabaya melalui 4 variabel dari Teori Implementasi Kebijakan oleh Edward III yakni: 1. Komunikasi, 2. Sumber Daya, 3. Struktur Birokrasi, 4. Disposisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Program Jebol Anduk (Jemput Bola Administrasi Kependudukan) di Kelurahan Kedung Baruk Kota Surabaya sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Program Jebol Anduk juga membantu warga Kelurahan Kedung Baruk yang memiliki keterbatasan waktu serta pengetahuan terkait kepengurusan dokumen kependudukan.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is an emotional assessment of the consumer after the consumer uses a product where the expectations and needs of the consumer who uses it are met. In this study aims to determine the effect of service quality dimensions on consumer satisfaction, this type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies. This study uses primary population data and the sample is consumers who have used lodging services at Home Stay Tamala Kalabahi, Alor Regency totaling 30 people. The statistical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that: Partially the physical evidence variable has a significant value of 0.000 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 so that the results of this study receive H1 which states that partial physical evidence has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Tamala Kalabahi Home Stay Alor Regency. Partial reliability variable has a significant value of 0.002 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 so that the results of this study receive H2 which states that partial secarah reliability has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Tamala Kalabahi Home Stay, Alor Regency. The partial responsiveness variable has a significant value of 0.014 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 so that the results of this study receive H3 which states that partial responsiveness has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Tamala Kalabahi Home Stay, Alor Regency. The partial empathy variable has a significant value of 0.002 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 so that the results of this study receive H4 which states that partial empathy has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Tamala Kalabahi Home Stay, Alor Regency. The partial collateral variable has a significant value of 0.000 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 so that the results of this study receive H5 which states that partial secarah guarantee has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Tamala Kalabahi Home Stay, Alor Regency. Simultaneously, the variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness and empathy and assurance have a significant value of 0.000, where this value is smaller than the alpha value, namely H6, which states that the variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness and empathy simultaneously have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Home Stay Tamala Kalabahi, Alor Regency.

Abstract

Performance is the result or level of success of a person as a whole during a certain period in carrying out tasks compared to work standards, targets or goals or criteria that have been determined in advance and have been mutually agreed upon. So far, in carrying out their duties, employees of the South Century District Office of Alor Regency still need to pay attention to optimal performance so that it has an impact on achieving the objectives of the South Century District Office of Alor Regency. For this reason, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors of work discipline, work environment and work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the South Century District Office, Alor Regency. either partially or simultaneously. The respondents of this research were 21 employees. Data collection using questionnaires, observation, and documentation studies. The data is then analyzed using the t-test to determine the partial effect and the F-test to determine the simultaneous effect on performance with the results of the study being: The variables of work discipline, work environment, work motivation and employee performance have a Pearson product moment correlation value which is above the limit of 0.3 for the validity test. The variables of work discipline, work environment, work motivation and performance have a chronbah alpha value which is above the limit of 0.6 for the reliability test. The variables of work discipline, work environment, work motivation and employee performance have a test value for each classic assumption test that is above alpha and passes the classic assumption test. There is an influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the South Abad sub-district office, Alor Regency, as evidenced by the significance value of the t test, which is 0.001, which is smaller than the research alpha value, which is 5% (0.05) There is an influence of the work environment on employee performance in the South Abad sub-district office, Alor Regency, as evidenced by the significance value of the t test, which is 0.001, which is smaller than the research alpha value, which is 5% (0.05) There is an effect of work motivation on employee performance in the South Abad sub-district office, Alor Regency, as evidenced by the significance value of the t test, which is 0.003, which is smaller than the alpha value of the study, which is 5% (0.05) There is an influence of work discipline, work environment and work motivation on employee performance in the South Century District Office of Alor Regency, as evidenced by the significance value of the F test which is 0.000 which is smaller than the research alpha value of 5% (0.05) From the results of the research and the conclusions of the research, the research team suggested to Respondents (sub-district employees of the south century) that employees are expected to be able to maintain the performance of employees who have been well organized to date, while continuing to improve themselves given the various changes in work situations during a pandemic like what happened At the moment. Suggestions are also given to the sub-district head of the southern century of Alor Regency, so that the leaders who have nurtured and built the values ​​of work discipline and a work environment that are well ingrained in this scope of work can be maintained and by continuing to provide enthusiasm, motivation for the development of much better employee performance and overall job performance.

Abstract

Village fund accountability is an obligation to provide accountability or answer and explain the performance and action of a person/legal entity or the leadership of an organization to parties who have the right or authority to request information or accountability which consists of planning, implementing, administering, reporting and village financial accountability. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies. This study used primary data and the statistical method used in this study was multiple liniear regression with significant t tests and f tests as benchmarks for taking hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that: partially the competence of apparatus has an effect on the accountability of managing village funds in the village of overtime West, Alor Tengah Utara District, Alor Regency, as evidenced by the t test value of 0,044; partially the internal control system has an effect on the accountability of managing village funds in the village of overtime west, sub-district, as evidenced by the significant value of the t test of 0,000; partially community participation has an effect on the accountability of managing village of overtime west, sub-district of Alor Tengah Utara, Alor district, which is proven by a significant t-test value of 0,000; and simultaneously the competency variables of officials, internal control systems, and community participation have an effect on the accountability of managing village funds in the village of overtime west, Alor Tengah Utara district, Alor Regency which is proven with a significant value of the f test of 0,000

Abstract

Ince Nurida Tuati (2023) thesis title analysis of the influence of service quality, location and price on purchasing decisions at the Kalabahi Electronic Prima Store, Alor Regency. This study aims to determine the influence of waiter quality, location and price on purchasing decisions at the Kalabahi Electronic Prima Store, Alor Regency. This type of research is quantitative with data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling with a sample of 40 resonant people. The statistical method in this study is multiple linear analysis and to measure each variable using the t test (partial) and to measure all variables using the F test (simultaneous) using the SPSS 25 For Windows program tool. The results in this study show that (1) partially the service quality variable has a significant value of 0.000 or 0% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5%. So that the results in this study received H1 which stated that service quality variables affect purchasing decisions at the Kalabahi Electronic Prima Store, Alor Regency. (2) partially the location variable has a significant value of 0.018 or 1.8% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5%. So that the results in this study received H2 which stated that location variables affect purchasing decisions at the Kalabahi Electronic Prima Store, Alor Regency. (3) partially the price variable has a significant value of 0.000 or 0% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5%. So that the results in this study received H3 which stated that price variables affect purchasing decisions at the Kalabahi Prima Electronic Store, Alor Regency. (4) simultaneously the variables of service quality, location and price have a significant value of 0.000 or 0% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5%. Abstract

Service quality is the service provided by employees to buyers at Roxy Market and buyers at Viktory Market on a measure of how good the level of service provided is in accordance with customer expectations or expectations. This study aims to determine the comparison of service quality at Roxy Market and Victoy Market, Alor Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires studies. This research uses primary data. The population in this study were buyers at Roxy Market and Victory Market in Alor Regency and the sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling. Accidental sampling is a sampling technique based on coincidence, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample, if it is deemed that the person met by chance is suitable as a data source. So the respondents in this study were 31 respondents who shopped at Roxy Market and Victory Market, Alor Regency. The statistical method used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis and t-difference analysis by looking at the significant value as a yardstick in talking the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that (1). The level of achievement of respondents in service quality at Roxy Market is 90.50% with a very good weighting category. So the results of this study received H1 which states that the service quality variable at Roxy Market is in the very good category (2). The service quality variable at Victory Market with the achievement level 85.71% of respondents with very good weighting category so that the results of the study received H2 which stated that Victory Market was in the very good break-in category (3) service quality variable at Roxy Market which had the highest respondent achievement rate, namely 90.50% with very good weighting category H3 which states that the service quality variable at Roxy Market is in the very good category (4). By looking at the significant value of the t test on 2 parties, namely for the service quality variable at Roxy Market and sevice quality variable at Victory Market of 0.038 <0.05 or 5% so that the results of the study can be concluded that there are differences in service quality at Roxy Market and service quality variables at Victory Market. H4 which states that there are differences in service quality at Roxy Market and service quality variables at Victory Market

Abstract

This research is quantitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. This study used primary population data and a sample of 30 Kevin Salon. The statistical method used in this study is multiple linear regression by looking at the significant value of the t test and the significant value of the F test as a benchmark in taking hypotheses and data management results using the help of the IMB Spss 25 For Windows program. The results of this study show that: price has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction with statistical tests through t tests with a real level of 5% which has a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05 this means that price variables have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Promotion has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction with statistical tests through t tests with a real level of 5% which has a probability value of 0.001 < 0.05, this means that the promotion variable has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with statistical tests through t tests with a real level of 5% which has a probability value of 0.001 < 0.05, this means that service quality variables have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price, promotion, and service quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction with statistical tests through F tests with a real level of 5% which has a probability value of 0.000 <0.05 this means that the variables of price, promotion, and service quality simultaneously affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Lodia Maukari, Thesis Title: Analysis of the influence of promotion, attractiveness, and location on visitor decisions at Takpala Traditional Tourist Sites, West Overtime Village, Alor Tenga Utara District, Alor Regency in 2021-2022. Supervisior 1 Mr. Elia Maruli, SE. MM and supervisior II Mrs. Yustina Maro, SE. MM. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion of attractiveness, and location on visitor decisions at Takpala Traditional Tourist Attractions, Lembur Baraf Village, Alor Tenga Utara District, Alor Regenci in 2021-2022. The sample from this research is 40 consumers. Data collection using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires. Data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to find out the independent variable on (X) on the denpendent variable (Y). The results of this study showed that the promotion variable (X1) and local variable (x2) and local variable (X3) had a significant effect on decision visitors (Y) at Takpala Traditional Tourism Place, West Overtime Village, Alor Tenga Utara District, Alor Regency in 2021-2022, while the attractiveness variable (X2) has no effect on visior decision variables (Y) at Takpala Trditional Tourism Sites, West Overtime Village, Alos Tenga Utara District Alor Regenciy Year 2021-2022. Based on the result of the research, it is suggested that the head of sangus. Provide more promotion, cleanliness for attractiveness and location determination, so that automatically visitor’ decision at the Takpala Traditional Toursit Site increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Flashcard learning media on the learning outcomes of class X students on the hydrosphere material in Geography subject at SMAN 54 Jakarta. This study used an experimental research method with a quasi-experimental design. The population in this study were students of class X SMAN 54 Jakarta with research samples taken through purposive sampling, namely class X-C as an experimental class that carried out the learning process using Flashcard media and class X-D as a control class that used Powerpoint media accompanied by pictures. The results showed that there was an effect of Flashcard learning media on the learning outcomes of class X students. This was evidenced by the average Post-Test score of the experimental class which was higher than the average Post-Test score of the control class. The Post-Test values of both classes were then tested through the Independent Sample T-Test with a significance level value (Sig.) of 0.01 < 0.05 which stated that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. This means that there is a significant difference between the post-test results of the control class and the post-test results of the experimental class.
