Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh anak di panti asuhan adalah permasalahan terkait interaksi sosial. Permasalahan ini dapat mempengaruhi pengetahuan anak panti asuhan tentang konsep diri yang dimiliki karena salah satu cara untuk memiliki konsep diri yang baik adalah dengan memiliki interaksi sosial yang berjalan dengan baik juga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kemampuan berinteraksi sosial dan konsep diri anak panti asuhan di Jakarta. Hipotesis yang ada dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan berinteraksi sosial dan konsep diri anak panti asuhan di Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional, nonprobability sampling, dan accidental sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah anak yang tinggal di panti asuhan di Jakarta dengan jumlah 120 orang. Pengujian data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi Pearson, didapati bahwa kemampuan berinteraksi sosial dengan konsep diri memiliki r = 0,570, dengan nilai p = 0,000. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan berinteraksi sosial dengan konsep diri anak panti asuhan di Jakarta. Interaksi Sosial, Konsep Diri, Anak Panti Asuhan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penggunaan kalimat imperatif pada unggahan video memasak dalam kanal Youtube Pufflova. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) mendeskripsikan bentuk pragmatik kalimat imperatif dalam video memasak di kanal Youtube Pufflova. (2) mendeskripsikan hasil analisis kalimat imperatif sebagai relevansi sebagai bahan ajar teks prosedur di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kanal Youtube milik Pufflova yang berupa video memasak, dalam unggahan video pada kanal tersebut data yang ditemukan yaitu adanya kalimat imperatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan simak catat. Pengambilan sample video menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik BUL yaitu teknik bagi unsur langsung untuk analisis wujud pragmatik imperatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) terdapat tuturan yang mengandung makna pragmatik kalimat imperatif pada video memasak dalam kanal Youtube Pufflova, yaitu tuturan yang mengandung makna pragmatik imperatif perintah sebanyak enam puluh tujuh data kalimat, ajakan sebanyak dua data kalimat, larangan sebanyak empat data kalimat, anjuran lima data kalimat, permintaan sebanyak dua data kalimat, desakan lima data kalimat, bujukan satu data kalimat, mengizinkan sebanyak satu data kalimat, harapan satu data kalimat, imbauan sebanyak satu data kalimat dan persilaan sebanyak satu data kalimat. (2) hasil analisis kalimat imperatif direlevansikan sebagai bahan ajar materi teks prosedur kelas VII Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), tujuan pembuatan bahan ajar tersebut yaitu untuk meringkas serta memudahkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Kesimpulan kalimat imperatif pada unggahan video memasak dalam kanal Youtube Pufflova dapat mempengaruhi penonton untuk melakukan sesuatu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Ludo Geography learning media on cognitive learning outcomes of students in class X biosphere material at SMAN 17 Jakarta. This study used the Quasi Experimental Nonequivalent Control Group Design method on the basis of considering the criteria that research is to look for the effect of certain treatments under controlled conditions and to find out whether there are effects of treatment on the subjects investigated with the aim of comparing one or more experimental groups that are given treatment with one comparison group that is not given treatment. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling. The samples used in this study were class X-G as the experimental class which was given treatment using the learning media game Ludo Geography of the Biosphere (LUDOSFER) and class X-F as the control class which was given treatment using PowerPoint media. Comparison of cognitive learning outcomes of students in the experimental class with an average pre-test of 61.32 and a post-test of 84.71 which is significantly higher than the average pre-test of 58.97 and a post-test of 80.29 in the control class. Data analysis using the average two equation of hypothesis test (Independent Sample T-Test) obtained that the significance level (Sig.) was (0.000 <0.05), then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, so that there was a positive effect on increasing student learning outcomes in class X SMAN 17 Jakarta after using LUDOSFER game media in the geography learning process.

Abstract

Research This research is motivated by the lack of children's knowledge of basic English. The purpose of introducing basic English is to develop the child's skills and language acquisition in children, especially foreign languages and to determine children's communication intelligence in the future. to determine children's communication intelligence in the future in the current globalisation era. the current era of globalisation. Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of understanding of children about recognising geometric shapes, the purpose of this study is to get an overview of the use of sorting box game media to improve cognitive abilities to recognise shapes in children. The type of research used in the study is classroom action research refers to the Kemis and McTaggart model which has four stages: 1. planning, 2. implementation, 3. observation, 4. reflection. The research subjects were children in GMIM 15 Tandurusa Kindergarten, Bitung City, totalling 10 children. Data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. Research results in cycle I obtained 60% which is where there are still many children who have not reached learning completeness, and continued in cycle II obtained results 100. From the results obtained, it means that the objectives of this study have been successful. The conclusion is that the sorting box game media can improve cognitive abilities to recognise geometric shapes in children

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan kemampuan menulis teks fabel antara kelompok siswi yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media gambar berseri dengan siswi yang tidak menggunakan gambar berseri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan True Experimental Design mengukurnya dengan pretest-posttes Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswi Kelas VII SMPIT Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Karawang. Sampel diambil dengan teknik Non-Probability Sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, kemudian ditetapkan kelas VII Tunisia (Thakasus) sebagai kelompok kontrol dan kelas VII Gaza (Reguler) sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Variabel dalam dalam penelitian ini ada dua, yaitu variabel bebas berupa media gambar berseri, sedangkan variabel terikat berupa kemampuan menulis teks fabel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes atau penugasan berupa tes menulis teks fabel dan dokumentasi. Validasi instrumen yang digunakan adalah validitas isi yang dikonsultasikan kepada guru mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia SMPIT Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Karawang dan dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia sebagai expert judgment. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik statistik uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 5% atau 0,05. Terdapat peningkatannya saat menggunakan media gambar berseri pada analisis uji t, diperoleh bahwa nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.001 atau lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. Hal ini berarti Ho ditolak.

Abstract

Education is the most important means for humanizing humans to become completely independent human beings, education in the broadest sense is formal education (elementary school, middle school, high school, up to college), non-formal (education in the community), and informal education (education in the family environment) . All of this is a process carried out by humans in order to socialize and adapt to the culture they follow. Education is a form of effort to maintain the existence of human life and culture. In other words, education is one of human culture's strategies to maintain the existence of human life itself. Viewed from an epistemological perspective, humans are intellectual creatures who can use their minds freely to seek the truth in their knowledge (truth). And from an ethical perspective, humans are creatures who have a conscience that allows them to behave and act in accordance with the truth they adhere to, their decisions and actions. If we analyze it together, it turns out that the problem of education in Indonesia is not only a matter of curriculum structuring, teacher professionalism, output of educational institutions, educational paradigms, and internal problems in the administration of other educational institutions. But more than that, there are external factors that also have a big influence on Indonesian education, namely poor people who cannot afford to go to school, disorientation of government policies, market-oriented education, and the vortex of globalization that we are currently facing.

Abstract

The ability to write fable texts must be mastered by students in class VII of junior high school. However, this ability is still far from expectations for class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Sanana. Therefore, efforts that can be made are to apply the jigsaw learning model through classroom action research with data collection techniques, namely tests, observations and interviews with 30 students. The t-test is used to determine the effect of using the jigsaw model accompanied by t-count and t-table. The results of data analysis show, firstly, that the writing ability of class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Sanana, before using the jigsaw learning model, obtained a calculated average score (Pretest) of 34.1. Very low qualifications are in the value range (0-50). Second, the ability to write fable story texts for class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Sanana after using the jigsaw learning model has a calculated average (Posttest) of 74.5. Qualifications Fair and good, sufficient is in the value range (61-70) and good is in the value range (71-80). Third, based on the results of the t-test, there is an influence on the use of the jigsaw model on the ability to write fable text for class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Sanana, because T-count is greater > T-table (7.46 > 1,699).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in students' cognitive learning outcomes in the use of Wordwall learning media on the Hydrosphere Material in Class X SMAN 17 Jakarta This study used a quasi-experimental study with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design research design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with samples from the experimental class X-D and the control class X-C. The experimental class was treated with Wordwall media while the control class was given treatment with Powerpoint media. Data analysis techniques used validity and reliability tests on the Pre-test and Post-test instruments, analysis prerequisite tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, the Pre-test value for the experimental class was obtained with an average value of 40.00 while the control class was 39.66. In the Post-test the experimental class has an average value of 65.48 while the control class is 52.41. Test data analysis using the Independent Sample t-test on the basis of the provisions of the Significance Level (α) of 0.05 or 5%. The results of the hypothesis test obtained a sig value of 0.001. So the sig value is 0.001 <0.05. It can be concluded that the results of the hypothesis test H0 are rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there are differences in the cognitive learning outcomes of students using Wordwall learning media and without using Wordwall learning media on the hydrosphere material in class X SMAN 17 Jakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the effect of locus of control (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y). The sample in this study was 93 respondents from permanent employees at PT Nusa Toyotetsu Corp. Calculated using the Slovin formula with the Probability Sampling technique, the sample method was Stratified Random Sampling. The population in this study used employees of PT Nusa Toyotetsu Corp with a total of 1,330 permanent employees. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The statistic tools using SPSS version 23The results of the analysis conducted, the results show that locus of control has a significance value of 0.597> 0.05, which means that locus of control has no significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance Simultaneously locus of control (X1) and work motivation (X2) together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) PT Nusa Toyotetsu Corp with a value of 46%, while the remaining 54% is another variable not examined in this study. 23The results of the analysis conducted, the results show that locus of control has a significance value of 0.597> 0.05, which means that locus of control has no significant effect on employee performance.
