Abstract

This study aims to improve science skills through egg experiments on children at Amzar Molinow Kindergarten, Kotamobagu City. Based on the results of research carried out, where the development of children's science through egg experiments has never been done by teachers. The experiment is still not carried out, this is because children are more dominant in playing than learning. This can affect the success of the teaching and learning process in the classroom, so automatically student learning outcomes do not achieve optimal results. This research was conducted through two cycles with a classroom action research model that refers to the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which consists of four stages, namely: 1. Planning, 2. Implementation, 3. Observation, 4. Reflection. The research subjects were 9 students at Amzar Molinow Kindergarten. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. The results showed that the use of egg experiments to improve science skills in children showed a good change with the results obtained in the first cycle reaching 66.6%, while in the second cycle the results obtained by students had increased to 100%%. So it can be said that the increase in cycle I to cycle II is 33.4%. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the egg experiment can improve science skills and can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

KAsyaman Village is one of the villages in Keerom district which has quite abundant agricultural products. Many plantations owned by the community are planted with banana trees. One form of processed banana plant is banana chips. So far, the people of Asyaman village process banana chips and sell them at kiosks or stalls without labels. Apart from that, the people of Asyaman village do not yet understand marketing through market places or online via social media. Based on the problems faced, this service approaches using qualitative methods, through interviews, observations and literature studies. The results obtained include making packaging labels and marketing training via social media. Through community service activities carried out with the aim of providing solutions to problems for the community in Asyaman village in particular and the entire community of Keerom district in general in order to increase knowledge and skills in managing existing agricultural products by utilizing technological advances. With assistance to MSME owners in Asyaman village, especially processing banana chips, they can make labels on their business products and also sell their products online through the market place.

Abstract

Media sosial yang hadir di tengah masyarakat menjadi ruang virtual untuk saling berkomunikasi antar pengguna jarak jauh. Media sosial ternyata memberikan pengaruh terhadap kehidupan penggunanya, salah satunya adalah perilaku menampilkan foto-foto aspek positif kehidupan penggunanya yang seringkali menimbulkan berbagai persepsi dari pengguna lainnya. Luasnya informasi di media sosial mengenai kehidupan seluruh penggunanya menyebabkan munculnya berbagai sudut pandang dan persepsi. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan perbandingan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak perbandingan sosial terhadap pengguna media sosial. Tinjauan literatur dilakukan terhadap 8 artikel penelitian dengan subjek pengguna media sosial. Hasil tinjauan pustaka ini menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan sosial berdampak negatif terhadap pengguna media sosial. Perbandingan sosial berdampak pada meningkatnya gaya hidup hedonistik, ketidakpuasan tubuh, dan kecemasan sosial serta menurunnya kebahagiaan, kualitas hidup, citra tubuh, harga diri, dan kesejahteraan subjektif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis of queue management on traveler satisfaction in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. data analysis was carried out by sending questionnaires to 100 respondents from the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. The data analysis technique employs advanced regression analysis and the application Statistical Product and Service Solution ( SPPS ) version 26.0. The result of this study use of the test method for testing vadility on the variables queue management (X) and tourist satisfaction (Y) show that all of the result were signifacnt at the level of 0,05. The number of variables in then n – 100 range with a signifacnt level 0,05 is 0,196, hence all of the variables are considered legitimate. Based on the result of the study, the management strategy for queue has positive effects on the condition of tourist satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on the productivity of district health office employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research aims to develop a mathematical model, where this research does not only use theories taken from the literature or theoretical studies, but is also very important to build hypotheses that have a relationship with the natural phenomena to be studied. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and tested through a simple linear regression test, test the correlation coefficient and test the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the effect of the work environment on employee productivity is 23.6% and the remaining 76.4% is not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to describe the speech of the Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin, and (2) to describe the recommendations for the research results of the language style of the Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin's speech as teaching material for persuasive speeches at the junior high school level. The theory used in this study is Gorys Keraf's language style theory (2009). This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subject of this study is the Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin who serves as Minister of Health from 2020. The object of this research is the language style of the Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin's speech at the Revitalitation & Transformation Toward Center of Excellence activity at Karawang Hospital and National Working Meeting 2023 "Harmony of Central Transformation and Regions” in Jakarta. The results of this study show that the Revitalitation & Transformation Toward Center Of Excelent speech at Karawang Hospital contains 30 utterances of language, then in the 2023 National Working Meeting speech "Harmony of Central and Regional Transformation" in Jakarta there are 36 utterances, From the results of the study, it was found that the Minister of Health, Budi Gunadi Sadikin, used more repetition, personification, asindenton, and parallelism..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Group Investigation type cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of class X students on atmospheric material. The method used in this research is an experiment with a research design, namely pretest-posttest control group design. Sampling was done by non probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. The samples in this study were two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class with a total of 34 students in each class. The instrument used was a multiple choice test of 20 questions and a Group Investigation Sheet (LIK) for the experimental class. The results showed that the average learning outcome of the experimental class using the Group Investigation type cooperative learning model was 83.88, while the average score in the control class was 81.76. The results of hypothesis testing in this study showed the F value of 16.174> F table 4.15 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected. This means that there is a significant influence between the independent variable (Group Investigation Model) on the dependent variable (Learning outcomes) in the research experimental class.

Abstract

In tandem with the contemporary temporal progression, technology has undergone rapid advances, with electronics emerging as pivotal agents in the evolution of domiciliary comfort systems. Ambient illumination pervades as a fundamental facet of quotidian human existence. Presently, the administration of luminal states predominantly adheres to manual toggles, a methodology that bespeaks inefficacy, given its entreaty for human intervention. In acknowledgment of the constraints of manual toggles, a lacuna emerges for an innovative panacea manifesting as an autonomous luminosity modulation system, enacting either automated luminosity control or facilitating telesthetic governance. Consequentially, the instantiation materializes as an automated luminosity modulator. This modulator is subjugated into an amalgamation of pivotal constituents, encompassing the smartphone, Arduino UNO microcontroller, relay module, and HC-05 Bluetooth module. Emanating luminosity entails the smartphone's issuance of directives to the Arduino, by virtue of the HC-05 Bluetooth interlinkage, thereby activating the relay module—effectuating its role as a switch—to regulate luminous intensity congruent with the smartphone's mandates. This orchestration augments not only the optimization of domestic luminosity administration but also a noteworthy curtailment of human agency necessitated in the orchestration of this quotidian enterprise. The efficacious instantiation of the automated luminosity modulator harbors propitious prospects for an efficacious trifecta: energy efficiency, hedonic amplification, and quotidien convenience. By obviating dependence on manual toggles and conferring judicious control, the technology has the capacity to mitigate unwarranted energy dissipation resultant from idle luminosity states. Moreover, user satisfaction is engendered by circumventing the need to locate physical toggles, obviated by the omnipresence of the smartphone. The utility of the HC-05 Bluetooth module in this instantiation confers long-distance luminosity manipulation, an asset acutely advantageous in circumstances mandating remote luminosity control, notably instances entailing illumination manipulation pre-entry or post-egress. Ergo, this system augments not only quotidian convenience but also the malleability requisite for bespoke luminosity administration. In summation, the automated luminosity modulator epitomizes affirmative technological strides catalyzing enhanced domestic comfort and efficiency. By streamlining luminosity administration and attenuating human involvement therein, this technological innovation forges a trajectory toward an enlightened and eco-friendly lifestyle paradigm.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of learning media Domino Geography on the learning outcomes of class X students at SMAN 54 Jakarta. Experimental research with Nonequivalent Control Group Design using a control class and an experimental class using a purposive sampling sample. Collecting data obtained from the value of the Pre-Test and Post-Test questions. In this research, instrument test, data test as analysis requirements, and data analysis test. The instrument is declared valid and reliable, and the data is declared normal and homogeneous. Based on the results of the data that has been tested for data analysis, that there is an influence on the learning outcomes of students in the experimental class which experienced a significant increase by obtaining an average score of 87.22 out of 57.63. While the control class obtained an average value of 53.75 to 81.66. This conclusion is supported by the results of the Sig. on the unpaired T test of 0.001 which means H0 is rejected and Ha has a positive effect on improving class X learning outcomes at SMAN 54 Jakarta after using the Domino Card Geography media in the geography learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil penerapan model project based learning berbantuan media video blog dalam pembelajaran menulis resensi buku fiksi pada siswa kelas XI di SMAN 1 Klari. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga ingin membuktikan adakah perbedaan signifikan kemampuan menulis resensi buku fiksi siswa yang menerapkan model project based learning dengan berbantuan media video blog dan siswa yang tidak menerapkan model tersebut. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen, yakni quasi experiment. Dalam penelitian metode quasi experiment yang dilakukan menggunakan desain Pretest and Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Kelas eksperimen dan kontrol sampel dipisahkan oleh desain ini. Meskipun kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol tidak dipilih secara acak. Berdasarkan deskripsi dan pembahasan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan penelitian terhadap penerapan model Project Based Learning berbantuan media video blog dalam pembelajaran menulis resensi buku fiksi pada kelas XI SMAN 1 Klari dapat diterapkan dan terbukti mampu membuat kemampuan menulis para siswa menjadi meningkat. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil nilai Pre-test dan Post-tes yang memiliki perbedaan signifikan pada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Kelas kontrol memiliki rata-rata nilai awal sebesar 55,61 dan nilai akhir sebesar 79,00. Sementara itu, untuk kelas ekperimen memiliki nilai rata-rata awal sebesar 55,69 setelah menerapkan model project based learning dengan berbantun media video blog meningkat dengan rata-rata nilai akhir sebesar 83, 69.
