Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

Catfish is one of the most cultivated freshwater fish. Cimuning Village is one of the villages that has potential in the development of catfish production. The purpose of the research is to identify what are internal and external factors and analyze the right catfish production development strategy to increase the income of catfish farmers in Cimuning Village. The methods used are quantitative and qualitative. This research uses primary and secondary data. Primary data collection with observations, interviews and questionnaires. The research respondents were catfish cultivators and stakeholders and were carried out in a purposive manner. The analysis techniques used are analysis of IFAS, EFAS, SWOT Matrix and QSPM Matrix. The results of the analysis show that the internal factors that become strength are quality catfish seeds, the production of their own cultivation development, the cultivators have their own land and are able to create jobs. While the factor that becomes a weakness is the few seed suppliers. Based on external factors, the opportunity is to increase the income of catfish farmers. While the threat factor is competition with fellow catfish farmers. Based on the QSPM matrix, strategic priorities are obtained which are the main alternatives, namely by utilizing market development, their own land potential and human resources with a TAS value of 10.45

Abstract

State Civil Service Employees (or abbreviated as ASN Employees) are Civil Servants and Government Employees with a Work Agreement who are appointed by Government Officials or entrusted with other State duties and are paid based on statutory regulations. People with disabilities basically have the same opportunities as other normal people, especially in serving the country, one of which is becoming a Civil Servant, because every citizen has an equal opportunity to become an ASN by going through several requirements. As stated in Article 56 of Law Number 5 of 2014 on State Civil Apparatus, the requirements referred to in this article are candidates for Civil Servants who are appointed as Civil Servants, and for this there are several requirements such as having to graduate first in Education. , must be physically and mentally healthy, but physical and spiritual health will be adjusted for people with disabilities, then this will be adjusted to work needs. In this article, the requirements for becoming a Civil Servant and for implementing and maximizing the performance of workers with disabilities who will work as Civil Servants in the relevant agency are outlined. This research will examine the main problem according to the scope and identification of the problem through a normative juridical approach. Based on normative research methods, the data source used in this research is a secondary data source consisting of 3 legal materials, namely: primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. Data collected from literature study. Legal Analysis of Decision Number 22/G/2021/PT.TUN JKT in the Case of Respectfully Dismissing ASN with Mental Disabilities According to State Administrative Law because this decision is an important precedent for the protection and fulfillment of the rights of mental disabilities in Indonesia because it requires consideration of legal certainty and legal protection.

Abstract

Education plays a very important role in human life, the achievement of learning objectives depends on the interaction of students and teachers and the teacher's ability to choose appropriate learning methods. This creates a pleasant learning environment and encourages student interest to be active in the learning process. So this study aims to find the effect of the storytelling method on student interest in learning tarikh subjects. This research was conducted at SMPIT AL-Irsyad AL-Islamiyyah Karawang.The method used in this research is quantitative with ex post facto method. With a population of 92 students and samples taken 92 students with sampling using saturated samples. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. Then analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. The research results obtained show: 1) An overview of the storytelling method for seventh grade students in the subject of tarikh at SMPIT AL-Irsyad AL-Islamiyyah Karawang. That 12 respondents (13.04%) were in the low category, 65 respondents (70.65%) were in the medium category, and 15 respondents (16.30%) were in the high category. From these data that the storytelling method for seventh grade students at SMPIT AL-Irsyad AL-Islamiyyah Karawang is in the medium category. 2) An overview of the learning interest of seventh grade students in the subject of tarikh at SMPIT AL-Irsyad AL-Islamiyyah Karawang. That 18 respondents (19.57%,) were in the low category, 55 respondents (59.78%) were in the medium category and 19 respondents (20.65%) were in the high category. From these data that interest in learning in seventh grade students at SMPIT AL-Irsyad AL-Islamiyyah Karawang is in the medium category with a percentage of 59.78%. 3) The storytelling method has an influence on the learning interest of students class VII in the subject of tarikh at SMPIT AL-Irsyad AL-Islamiyyah Karawang. This can be seen from the results of hypothesis testing with a level of 0.05 through SPSS version 25 obtained a result of 0.001 <0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Meanwhile, based on the R square value, the value is 12.5%. So it can be concluded that there is an influence between the use of the storytelling method on student interest in learning by 12.5% of class VII in the subject of tarikh at SMPIT AL-Irsyad AL-Islamiyyah Karawang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Population Control Service, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP2KBP3A) in providing legal protection for child victims of sexual violence in Tidore Islands City and to determine the factors that hinder the Population Control Service, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in providing legal protection for child victims of sexual violence in Tidore Islands City. The research method used is empirical juridical, namely by conducting post-testing and direct interviews in the field with respondents who are considered to play a very important role in accordance with the problems studied by the author. Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of managing solid medical waste at the Tidore City Regional Hospital and whether it is in accordance with Permenkes No. 7 of 2019. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The objects of this study include the head of IPRS, environmental health staff and cleaning services at the Tidore City Regional Hospital. The research instrument uses interview guidelines, stationery and mobile phones. Qualitative data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that Permenkes No. 7 of 2019 is not in accordance with the process of transporting and storing solid medical waste. The problems found include the absence of a transport trolley, the transport route still uses the visitor/patient route and the location of the TPS which is close to the service room. The conclusion of this study is that the management of solid medical waste at the Tidore City Regional Hospital can be said to be not in accordance with the management of medical waste according to Permenkes No. 7 of 2019. The advice given to the hospital is to improve the management of solid medical waste, the aim is for the health of the environment and the community around the hospital. Abstract

Cultural heritage is a legacy from a particular community that has important value because it can show the level of civilization. This study discusses the preservation strategy of the Cultural Heritage of the Bela Ragi Traditional Village based on community empowerment. To answer this problem, a preservation strategy needs to be formulated based on research. The author conducted research by collecting data through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The analysis was then carried out using the SWOT analysis method. The results of the analysis show that the preservation of Cultural Heritage can be improved with a preservation strategy through community empowerment. The strategies that can be taken are by empowering the government apparatus, namely the Ngada Regency Education Office, and strengthening the Bela Ragi community organization structure. Both strategies are interrelated and inseparable from each other. The direction of preservation must be strengthened with three programs, namely the development of government human resources, the development of community organization programs, and the development of infrastructure and facilities. The activities will be successful if carried out in an integrated and sustainable manner. Keywords: Preservation strategy, Cultural heritage, SWOT analysis

Abstract

Many issues arise during teaching, particularly when it comes to teaching history. One issue that frequently arises in the classroom is that professors are more involved than students are, which makes the learning process passive. In addition, some students believe that studying history is not a subject they should be studying. Less engaging as history is required to be memorized by students, which makes history instruction unpopular and, in turn, makes students less interested in studying history. Students who receive content that infrequently use a variety of learning approaches get disinterested in studying history. This calls for the use of an appropriate learning model, such as the STAD model. Quantitative techniques with a quasi-experimental design are used in this study. Questionnaires, documentation, and observation techniques are the approaches utilized to collect data. Research instrument analysis, prerequisite data analysis, and hypothesis data test procedures are the data analysis approaches that are employed. According to the findings, the average score for the STAD model's application in class XI IPS3 was 94.58, placing it in the very good category. Additionally, the model's impact on history learning was shown to be statistically significant at (1.671) > (1.058). These findings showed that Ha was accepted and Ho was denied. The STAD model's influence on students' interest in learning history is 0.743, or 0.5 ≤ d ≥ 0.8, in terms of size. This indicates that the model's application has a noteworthy but relatively modest impact on students' interest in learning history.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to understand the conflict management present in schools. The research employs a literature study approach, where all information is obtained from articles and books. The results and discussion indicate that the principal, as a school manager and educational leader, should consider various existing conflict management strategies. It is recommended to start with a passive attitude and gradually move towards an active orientation, depending on the maturity level of the parties involved in the conflict. Understanding how to change the attitudes and behaviors of those being led, as well as aspects related to power or authority, is crucial for better mastering conflict management. Another important aspect in using conflict management strategies is identifying the source of the conflict. Principally, the principal must possess power and authority as an educational leader. They must be able to utilize their inherent power and authority to guide the attitudes and behaviors of their subordinates. It cannot be implicitly generalized that conflict is either detrimental or beneficial. To ensure that conflict can enhance the performance and productivity of an organization, the organization's leader is required to have the ability to manage conflict. There are several conflict control techniques for various situations, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. Conflict needs to be addressed in a manner appropriate to its background. The causes of conflict stem not only from within the organization but also from external factors.

Abstract

Peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi wawancara merupakan program yang dilaksanakan oleh calon pekerja. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi wawancara kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 69,8% pencari kerja terus mengalami kesulitan berkomunikasi saat menghadapi wawancara kerja. Penelitian ini menemukan upaya untuk membantu meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi saat wawancara dan meningkatkan peluang mendapatkan pekerjaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the problem based learning (PBL) model on students' critical thinking skills in the subject of Pancasila education in grade IV at SD 4 Sadang. This research is a quantitative research with an experimental method (pre-experimental design). The population and sample used in this study are all students of grade IV SD 4 Sadang. Data collection instruments and techniques were obtained based on test results. The data was analyzed using the Paired Sample T-Test test through pretest and posttest. The results of the hypothesis test can be seen from the data that have been analyzed with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results and the N-gain score test results of 0.39 with a moderate category. Thus, the use of problem-based learning models has a positive effect on students' ability to think critically.
