Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

Human resources are considered as dynamic resources. Performance is a very important element in the progress of an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of learning organization in improving the performance of the employees in Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Cilegon. This study using a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The population and sample are employees of Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Cilegon Regency. The results obtained are Learning Organizations play a role in improving the performance of employees of Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Cilegon, due to training and guidance from superiors so as to improve employee performance. This means that the higher the role of the Learning Organization will improve employee performance

Abstract

This study reveals the fact that the vocabulary "kafura" is a vocabulary originating from the Nusantara culture found in the Qur'an. This study strengthens the opinion of Imam As Suyuthi in the book al-Itqan fi 'ulum al Qur'an which states that many vocabularies have been found in the Qur'an that do not originate from Arabic culture. Among them are vocabularies originating from Persian, Abyssinian, Indian, Hebrew, Syriac, Nabatean, Barbarian, Coptic, Turkish, Roman and vocabulary from the Nusantara-Indonesian-Malay languages. These loanwords appear based on the relationship between Arabic culture and non-Arab nations, resulting in cultural infiltration into the language.This study rejects the opinion of Imam Asy Syafi'I who said that the verses of the Qur'an are not mixed with foreign vocabulary at all and purely use Arabic. Syafi'I has a strong stance in rejecting the argument that there is foreign vocabulary in the Qur'an.This research is a library research using a descriptive analytical approach. The main source of this research is the results of the interpretation of Surah al-Insaan verse 5 from several interpretations including As Suyuthi, Asy Syafi'I and others. While secondary data in the form of literature from books, journals and articles related to the discussion. The methodology used in the interpretation is the maudhu'I or thematic method with an approach to the science of interpretation and history.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Church's perspective on the traditional marriage customs of the Biak tribe based on Hebrews 13:4. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method to explore how the Church's religious values interact with the traditional marriage practices of the Biak tribe, focusing on the potential tensions and alignments between religious norms and cultural customs. The findings reveal that the Church's understanding of traditional marriage customs is crucial for creating harmony between religious teachings and local traditions. The Church plays a guiding role for its congregation to conduct marriages in accordance with religious teachings while still respecting existing cultural values. A wise approach from the Church can avoid conflicts and strengthen relationships between couples and the community by enriching the spiritual meaning of marriage through the integration of traditional cultural elements. This study also emphasizes the importance of a balanced understanding between faith and cultural traditions to build a strong foundation for marriages rooted in spiritual and cultural values. Furthermore, the Church acts as an agent of change, supporting spiritual and social growth within the Biak community, and fostering acceptance of cultural diversity in the context of marriage in the modern era

Abstract

Space Based ADS-B technology is the latest technology from the development of conventional ADS-B which still uses a ground station. This technology is a system formed by satellites that are connected to each other as receivers of broadcast data from aircraft so that they can provide a wider level of surveillance in global airspace. This research aims to determine the extent of the implementation of Space Based ADS-B in Indonesia, including collaborating and comparing ADS-B data in oceanic areas and specific areas whose coverage is difficult to reach by ADS-B ground stations. This research uses a simulation-based analysis method using the Radar Analysis Support Systems for Real Time (RASS-R) application and the Radar Site Modeling (RSM) application and analyzes the comparison of the availability of ADS-B ground station and ADS-B space-based data. The results of this research show that the availability of data from space-based ADS-B can cover all regions of Indonesia

Abstract

Student management is an effort to organize and manage everything related to students, from the time they enter school until they graduate. This is done with various activities that have been determined by the school. This activity is important to help develop the potential of each student. Learning services to students are activities for teachers and schools to work together in a planned and sustainable manner in helping students to achieve their best potential in learning. This is done through various activities, such as designing appropriate learning, implementing interesting and effective learning, assessing learning progress, and providing necessary support services. This research aims to (1) find out student management planning at SMA Negeri 2 Karawang, (2) find out how student management planning works appropriate, (3) Knowing the organization carried out within the school coaching students to create good graduates, (4) Knowing what solutions to take if implementation is not in accordance with planning, (5) Knowing the parties involved in supervising the coaching, (6) Knowing the evaluation of student management at school. This study used descriptive qualitative method. In this case, the school carries out various service activity programs such as those related to planning the admission of new students, graduation, activities related to student development, and assessment of final results. Based on the results of interviews at SMAN 2 Karawang, researchers found problems related to self-development, placement of students, programmed activities both co-curricular and extra-curricular, as well as achievements achieved.

Abstract

Konseptual paper ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan dalam pendapatan produk dan volume penjualan antara platform e-commerce Shopee dan Tokopedia. Berdasarkan studi empiris yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa meskipun Shopee punya volume penjualan yang lebih besar, Tokopedia memiliki pendapatan rata-rata yang lebih tinggi. Faktor-faktor seperti strategi pemasaran, harga produk, kualitas produk, dan preferensi konsumen menjadi elemen penting yang memengaruhi perbedaan tersebut. Konsep ini juga mengeksplorasi implikasi dari temuan tersebut terhadap strategi bisnis kedua platform e-commerce tersebut. Dengan memahami dinamika pasar e-commerce dan perilaku konsumen, konseptual paper ini memunculkan wawasan yang baik demi bisa mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan peningkatan kinerja penjualan dalam industri e-commerce yang kompetitif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) The implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) carried out by KPSBU Lembang. (2) Factors that cause discrepancies in the application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at KPSBU Lembang. The research method used in this research uses descriptive qualitative methods, by collecting information data through interviews, documentation, and observation. This type of research data uses Primary data and Secondary data. Primary data, is data collected by conducting interviews and observations directly from the source. Secondary data is data obtained in finished form, such as the internet and various existing documents. The results showed that the implementation of product quality control at KPSBU Lembang was partly in accordance but partly still not in accordance with the GMP Guidelines of the Minister of Health Regulation No.23 / MEN. KES/SK/1978. The results of the analysis of the factors that cause non-conformity of GMP implementation using the cause and effect diagram are caused by the man factor caused by inappropriate employee sanitation facilities and lack of awareness of employee hygiene. From the Environment factor caused by the selection of inappropriate production sites and the layout of the processing room which is less spacious and inappropriate. From the Machine factor caused by equipment that is rarely cleaned, as well as irregular storage and lack of a special laboratory room for the testing process. Meanwhile, the Method factor is caused by the fact that no organoleptic, physical, chemical, microbiological and / or biological examination has been carried out on the ingredients used, besides that the production room has a lot of dust and dirt.

Abstract

This research is qualitative descriptive research that aims to determine the ability of students' mathematical connections in solving problems in straight-line equation material. The subjects in the study were 17 students of class VIII junior high school. The test instrument used in this study was in the form of a description of 3 questions. Based on the test results, obtained the average results for question indicator 1 which was 85.7%, question number 2 with indicators using mathematics in other subjects obtained a presentation of 69.6%, and question number 3 with indicators connecting mathematics with daily life obtained a percentage of 30.3%. Meanwhile, the average percentage of mathematical connection compatibility of all students is 61.86%. Therefore, the mathematical connection ability of class VIII students in one of the junior high schools in the Karawang area is classified as moderate.

Abstract

The crime of premeditated murder committed by teenagers does not just happen. There is a psychological process that plays a role in the murder. This research aims to describe the phenomenon of planned murder crimes committed by teenagers who are leaders at the Tomohon Child Special Development Institute (LPKA) class II. The subject is a teenage comedian who committed the crime of premeditated murder in Tomohon. The approach in this research is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection techniques use interviews and observation. The research results illustrate that the psychological mechanisms that occur in the phenomenon of murder committed by teenagers consist of two main factors, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors include personality, thinking ability, and emotional condition. Meanwhile, external factors include the social environment, level of education, and stimulus from the victim himself.

Abstract

Community participation in the formation of Regional Regulations is a form of community involvement in forming regulations that will become the basis for legal certainty. In Kuantan Singingi, community participation has not been implemented optimally, there are many factors that are obstacles. In this thesis, the researcher will explain what are the obstacles so that it is hoped that suggestions will also be found so that community participation in the formation of Regional Regulations in Kuantan Singingi becomes more optimal. This research is a sociological legal research, this is based on field research which refers to interviews and observations statements as well supporting documents that have a corelation with the background of the problem to be studied. This study uses secondary date sources consisting of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. This study uses qualitative date analysis by producing a deductive method of drawing conclusions, namely drawing conclusions from that are general to things that are specific. From the result of the discussion it can be concluded that the process in forming Regional Regulations in Kuantan Singingi has not been optimal in involving the community. This is due to the lack budget and the apathetic attitude of the community it self so that the Kuantan Singingi Regional Goverment in forming Regional Regulations prioritizes formal procedures.
