Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the use of task analysis methods can improve the ability to fold shirts in moderate mentally retarded children in grade III at SLB-C Katolik Santa Anna Tomohon. The method used in this study in SSR (Single Subject Research) with an A-B-A research design consisting of baseline-1 (A1), Intervention (B), and Baseline-2 (A2). The data collection technique in this study uses the ability recording technique. The results of the study can be proven that the research subjects increased. Where in baseline-A1 before being given treatment, the percentage was 12,5%, in the intervention phase 79%, and in baseline-A2 the results were 87,5%. There was a change in the means value, which was initially baseline-A1, the value obtainted was only 0,75 until baseline-A2 reached a value of 5,25 and a change in the data level between the intervention/baseline-A1 conditions of (+3) and intervention/baseline-A2 of (+6) indicating a good trend and no overlap of data because the percentage wqas 0%. Indicating no overlapping data and the influence of intervention and target behaviour can be clearly observed. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of the task analysis method can improve the ability to fold shirts in moderate mentally retarded children in grade III at SLB-C Katolik Santa Anna Tomohon.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to recognize number symbols in mildly mentally retarded children in grade VII at SLB-C Katolik Santa Anna Tomohon by playing number cards. The research method used is SSR (Single Subject Research) with an A-B-A research design. A1 (Baseline-1) is the initial test before the subject receives intervention, B (Intervention) is the condition of the subject when receiving treatment and A2 (Baseline-2) is the final test of the subject after receiving intervention. In this study, data collection techniques were through observation and interviews with teachers and principals. The results of the study can be proven that the research subjects increased. Where in baseline-1 before being given treatment, the percentage was 25%, in the intervention phase 75% and baseline-2 got satisfactory results of 83.33%. The change in the means value obtained at baseline-1 only reached 0.75 and at baseline-2 showed the means level obtained was 2.5 and the change in data level between conditions at Intervention/baseline-2 was (+2) and at baseline-2/intervention conditions was (+3) indicating a good trend and there was no overlapping data because the percentage was 0% indicating no overlapping data. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of number card media is effective in improving the ability to recognize number symbols in children with mild mental retardation. This study is expected to contribute to other researchers who are interested in studying the same problem, as well as providing guidance in developing more effective interventions to support the education of children with mental retardation. The results showed that playing number cards can help mildly disabled children to recognize number symbols. In addition, the use of media encourages the creation of a more adaptable and inclusive curriculum. Educators should be trained in the use of new learning media that can improve the academic abilities of mildly retarded students. This has a theoretical basis that supports the learning approach of using concrete media in the education of children with special needs. This approach is in line with constructivist learning theory which emphasizes the importance of direct experience in the learning process. Therefore, playing number cards helps education practically and theoretically. Games are also the theoretical basis for inclusive education

Abstract

Penelitianjinikbertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisisorasio-rasionkeuangan dan mengevaluasibkinerjakkeuangan padaoPT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk Periode 2021-2023. Penelitianuini memakai jenis penelitian kuantitatif ,laporan keuangan sebagai datanya. Alat yang dipakai pada analisis ini adalah rasio likuiditas (rasio kas, rasio cepat dan rasio lancar) dan rasio profitabilitas (return on asset, return on equity, net profit margin, dan gross profit margin). Hasiljpenelitian membuktikan bahwa rasionlikuiditasupada perusahan PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company beradanpada posisi sangat baik untuk periode 2021-2023 dan rasio profitabilitas pada perusahaan PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company periode 2021-2023bdalam keadaanuyang sangatbaik semua indikator bernilai positif dan meningkat setiap tahunnya.

Abstract

Faktor yang dapat meningkatkan profitabilitas bank syariah adalah pembiayaan. Tingkat profitabilitas dalam penelitian ini diukur melalui jenis pembiayaan Murabahah dan Musyarakah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan Musyarakah dan Murabahah terhadap profitabilitas Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) selama periode 2021-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian adalah Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Proses analisis dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak untuk Analisis Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, serta Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, pembiayaan Musyarakah dan Murabahah memiliki pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Namun hasilnya secara parsial, pembiayaan secara keseluruhan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Sebaliknya, pembiayaan Musyarakah memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sementara pembiayaan Murabahah memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kolaborasi gamer ade setiawan dengan brend parfum lokal mykonos terhadap minat beli konsumen. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kolaborasi antara Ade Setiawan dengan Mykonos terbukti menjadi stimulus yang kuat dalam membentuk persepsi konsumen. Ade Setiawan sebagai seorang gaming influencer memiliki kredibilitas tinggi, daya tarik personal, serta pengaruh sosial yang luas di media sosial seperti YouTube dan Instagram

Abstract

Burnout is a syndrome that is experienced by many health professionals, including nurses who work in high-pressure conditions. In Indonesia, the prevalence of burnout in nurses reached 27.7% and in Jakarta it was 27.3%. One of the factors that causes burnout is the lack of organizational support, especially from superiors. Effective leadership styles are needed to address this problem, one of which is transformational leadership styles. This style plays an important role in improving the motivation, emotional well-being, and performance of nurses. This study aims to evaluate the relationship between transformational leadership style and the incidence of burnout in nurses to understand whether leadership style can significantly reduce burnout in nurses. This study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA method to identify relevant studies related to the relationship between transformational leadership style and burnout in nurses. Of the 556 articles that have passed the selection stage, 5 articles are ready to be synthesized. After the analysis, the findings from five studies showed that transformational leadership styles had an impact on nurse fatigue levels. It has been shown that transformational leadership styles affect nurses' burnout levels, which in turn can increase their motivation to deliver health services.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research and making a journal is to find out how financial performance is based on financial ratios at PT. AKBAR INDO MAKMUR Tbk in 2022-2023. The ratio used based on the analysis in this research is the Solvency Ratio. The solvency ratio was chosen because of its ability to measure a company's ability to meet short-term and long-term obligations. This research is also descriptive in nature, aiming to provide an overview of a phenomenon based on data collected systematically and accurately. Apart from that, the data taken in this research is the Financial Report of PT. AKBAR INDO MAKMUR Tbk in 2022-2023. For the results of the analysis based on the calculation of the Debt to Asset Ratio at Pt. Akbar Indo Makmur in 2022 will be 46.84%, while for 2023 it will be 53.16%. And for the results of the analysis, based on the calculation of the Debt to Equity Ratio at Pt. Akbar Indo Makmur in 2022 will be 88.12% while in 2023 it will be 113.51%. Debt to Asset Ratio is a ratio that measures the percentage of funds that come from debt. Then the Debt to Equity Ratio is a ratio used to determine the relationship between long-term debt and the amount of own capital that has been provided by the company owner. Abstract

Bullying behavior in schools, including pesantren, has become a global phenomenon that has an impact on the psychological well-being of students. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of moral detachment, self-esteem, and school climate on the bullying behavior of students at Sipurs Purwakarta Islamic Boarding School. This study also analyzes whether school climate can moderate the relationship between moral indifference and self-esteem in bullying behavior. The approach used is a quantitative approach where data is collected through a survey of Madrasah Aliya (MA) Pondok Pesantren Sipurs students who are involved in bullying behavior in the 2024-2025 school year. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the psychological factors that influence bullying behavior in the pesantren environment and the role of the school environment in reducing the intensity of bullying. The results of this study provide theoretical contributions to the development of educational psychology and practical benefits in the development of policies and interventions that can create a safer school environment and support students' social and psychological development. This study also aims to provide insights to educators and schools about the importance of creating a positive school environment to prevent bullying.

Abstract

Learning done by teachers is still conventional and minimal in the use of concrete learning media. So this study aims to examine the effectiveness of using manipulative media in improving math learning outcomes, especially in the material of adding fractions with different denominators in elementary schools. The method used is library research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained through a literature search on Google Scholar, with the criteria of relevant articles, accessible in fulltext, and published in the last six years (2018-2024). Of the 20 articles found, 6 of them were analyzed further because they had a direct relationship with the research topic. The results of the analysis showed that the use of manipulative media, whether in the form of paper, blocks, or transparent mica, proved effective in improving students' concept understanding and learning outcomes. This finding is reinforced by the significant increase in students' learning evaluation scores in various studies. Therefore, manipulative media is recommended as an alternative for interactive and meaningful learning in teaching mathematics at the primary school level.

Abstract

Caring economic atau kepedulian ekonomi merupakan konsep yang menekankan pentingnya kepedulian terhadap individu untuk mencapai kesejahteraan bersama, berbeda dengan konsep ekonomi biasa yang fokus pada keuntungan pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis caring economic pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2019 dan 2020 yang pernah terlibat dalam kegiatan sosial. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap 8 mahasiswa, dan keabsahan data diuji melalui triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan sosial antar mahasiswa terjalin melalui komunikasi dan kerja sama dalam perkuliahan serta organisasi kemahasiswaan. Interaksi ini melahirkan empati dan kepedulian terhadap teman sejawat yang mengalami kesulitan. Bentuk kepedulian yang ditunjukkan meliputi bantuan transportasi, penggalangan dana, hingga mencarikan pekerjaan. Namun, bantuan tidak diberikan secara impulsif, melainkan berdasarkan pertimbangan urgensi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mampu menyeimbangkan antara kepentingan pribadi dan kepedulian sosial. Tindakan seperti mencarikan pekerjaan bukan hanya solusi jangka pendek, tetapi juga berdampak pada peningkatan kesejahteraan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa caring economic dapat menjadi praktik sosial ekonomi yang mendorong solidaritas dan kesejahteraan bersama.
