Abstract

In the current era of industrialization, companies are competing to improve the quality of their production in order to compete with their competitors. In UKM Jawara Sakti, there are many quality improvement efforts that can be done, one of which is by using the seven tools method. This research data collection was carried out 30 times to support the validity of the data. seen from 3000 crackers examined, 20.53% experienced product defects. This figure is considered very large and detrimental. Therefore, by utilizing seven tools and 5W+1H, it is expected to improve product quality. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the production process carried out by the company was good or there were errors. The results showed that most of the defects were in the crushed skin, then it was not crispy and the skin did not expand. On the control chart, there are 3 points that cross the control limit, meaning that the production process of skin crackers is still not good and there are defects. it is known from the fishbone diagram that the factors that influence the crushed skin factor are human, material and machine. From not crunchy, it has factors, namely material, human, machine, and environment. From the skin does not expand, has a machine and material factors. After that, an analysis was carried out using 5W+1H to get counseling for improvement.

Abstract

Basically, science learning aims to prepare students to be responsive to their environment, because by learning science students can learn to understand natural phenomena that occur in their environment. (Tias 2017). Based on the results of research at SD Negeri Maraeli is the lack of attention from teachers about the use of teaching aids that are used in learning, thus making student achievement or learning outcomes not increase, so far the method that is often used by teachers at SD Negeri Maraeli is only by memorizing and taking notes, which is not followed by a deep understanding or understanding, then as students do not connect what they learn with how it is used in real life. This research uses class action research, which is a research that was developed together to make improvements. Through the application by using teaching aids provided by the teacher, students can understand the concept of a mirror and its nature well. The results in this study are: Learning using teaching aids provides elementary school teachers with skills and insight to be able to create and innovate in the classroom so as to create a dynamic and fun atmosphere, and students' intellectual, social and emotional abilities can develop well. developed because it is very useful for the development of students as a whole. Abstract

Learning planning, implementation, evaluation/assessment, supporting and inhibiting factors as well as solutions that are often applied are not in accordance with curriculum guidelines at the Raudhatul Athfal level. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to field research (field research) which takes the research location in RA Bany Radhiya, Bandung Regency. Data collection techniques with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study show, (1) that preparation is always carried out with head and teacher meetings to prepare the curriculum. Implementation is carried out every day fifteen minutes before the main activity and evaluates each activity completion by conducting a checklist assessment, as well as minimizing inhibiting factors by finding solutions, showing that this memorization habit has many benefits, as a solution. (2) the habit of memorizing short letters of the Qur'an through technological media can take place anywhere, in the classroom, outside the classroom, offline or online. The introduction of technology from an early age can support the achievement of educational goals that make graduates fear God Almighty. The implication of this habit is to increase academic and non-academic achievements and recommendations for all foundations, institutions, heads, teachers and parents to straighten their intentions in guiding as a field of worship.

Abstract

STAD is the simplest cooperative learning and the most appropriate for teachers and students who are just trying cooperative learning. STAD's cooperative idea is to motivate students to support and help each other in mastering the subject matter. Students are accustomed to supporting each other and their teammates to do their best and show the norm that learning is important. According to Zakaria and Ikhsan (2007) cooperative learning is based on the assumption that learning will be meaningful if students actively cooperate and share ideas with other students in solving problems. The STAD learning strategy has the potential to improve student learning outcomes. Biology learning outcomes that are expected in the learning process are students have a certain competence that includes the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. Learning outcomes cannot be separated from the competencies possessed by students in understanding the concepts being studied as a basis for teachers when students have reached the KKM set by students, they are said to be complete in learning the concepts that have been studied. Based on the results of limited observations and interviews with biology teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Halmahera Tengah, where biology teachers provide information that student learning outcomes are still low, the acquisition rate is still below the 65% KKM on the topic of the human respiratory system so that teachers try to improve by applying appropriate learning models. improve students' KKM scores and assist students in understanding concepts together which will later improve their learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 11, Central Halmahera district, seen from the results of the ANOVA test at a significance value of 0.000 0.05 or sig 0.05.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1). To determine the 30 meter freestyle swimming ability of STKIP Kie Raha sports education students. Methods This research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses survey methods and data collection techniques using tests and measurements, so as to provide an overview of what will be examined in the form of numbers and measured with certainty. Based on observations in the 50-meter freestyle swimming sport for STKIP Kie Raha sports education students, the results of freestyle swimming ability varied between very poor and very good. The results of the tabulation of scores obtained from 20 male students, as contained in the table above shows that the criteria for students who have a value of 18.07 < X (very poor), as many as 4 people (20%) then at a value of 16.04 < X 18, 07 (less) obtained as many as 2 people (10%), then in the category (enough) with a value of 14.01 < X 16.04 obtained 12 students (60%), a value of 12.25 < X 14.01 with category (good), as many as 2 people (10%), and at X 12.25 with category (very good), no one was able to achieve that score.

Abstract

This study aims to observe and analyze how the process of planning, implementing, evaluating activities and supporting and inhibiting factors. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data redaction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The findings from the field: 1). The planning is in the early stages, incorporating entrepreneurship learning into the curriculum (extracurricular), selecting business fields according to the talents and interests of students, providing knowledge about the methods or methods developed by the Prophet Muhammad and instilling the value of honesty 2). The implementation is by providing scholarships for students who are economically disadvantaged and also in addition to students being given religious and entrepreneurial material, they are told to practice by going directly into the field according to their talents and interests 3). Evaluation, namely self-confidence, obedience, obedience, discipline and respect for time, high enthusiasm for abilities and expertise, a sense of independence, more trust and honesty, students have their own income, can balance spiritual and financial (ukhrowi and worldly) 4). Inhibiting factors include: The public view that pesantren is not to produce entrepreneurs but to produce scholars, the lack of human resources, equipment, raw materials and capital/finance of pesantren. Abstract

The background of the problem shows that some students have not been able to demonstrate proficiency in the practice of tabligh which has an effect on the unrealized achievement, namely growing mentally tough students. This study aims to determine and analyze the planning, implementation, evaluation of kyai's learning through tabligh training to cultivate tough santri mentality. The results of the study found that the learning of tabligh exercises to foster students' mental self-confidence was in accordance with the learning management function which included planning, implementation, evaluation and the components involved in it, obstacles/obstacles in learning tabligh exercises to foster students' mental self-confidence. namely the leadership figure factor as the main figure, the incompetent ustadz mentor in his field and infrastructure. The solution to minimize these obstacles was carried out on the leader's figure, namely scheduling the leader to always witness tabligh activities as student motivation, while the competence of the mentor teacher was carried out on an ongoing basis, and infrastructure facilities were gradually fulfilled as needed.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence is a part of computer science that is widely used because of its ability to imitate human thinking. Computers have penetrated into various fields of life And expert systems are a branch of artificial intelligence that studies how to adopt the way of thinking of an expert in solving a problem, and make a decision or draw conclusions from a number of facts. In this case the expert system is used to diagnose diseases in Nutmeg plants using the Forward chaining method. With the aim of being able to assist in diagnosing diseases in Nutmeg plants and getting precise and accurate diagnostic results. This final project will discuss a web-based expert system for diagnosing and treating diseases in nutmeg. The method used is forward chaining with forward tracking, with an easy design and in accordance with existing rules. The program created is expected to represent an expert in diagnosing diseases. The expert system created is used as a tool for someone to find solutions to problems in nutmeg plant diseases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the strategy of internalizing moral values ​​in an effort to form social awareness of students at SMKN 1 Majalaya, Bandung Regency. This research method uses a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research include: (1) Planning, observing school conditions and situations, making the concept of internalizing moral values ​​in each lesson, organizing learning resources, and determining learning evaluations. (2) Implementation, in the classroom by giving motivation and advice and outside the classroom with religious activities, namely the habituation of the dhuha prayer in congregation through the Extracurricular of the Mosque Youth Association, Tahfidz Qur'an, Social Service, Holding recitations by bringing in speakers from outside, Listening to the murotal reading before the KBM. (3) Evaluation, evaluation context assessment, input assessment, process assessment, product/outcome assessment. The implication for the formation of a caring attitude of students is that they are accustomed to worshiping, respecting teachers, familiarity with other friends, having concern for others who are affected by disasters, being tolerant, and obeying the rules.

Abstract

PT. X is a company engaged in leather tanning. This company has problems with the warehousing management system and procedures in carrying out work on the warehouse section. The purpose of this research is expected to be able to review the work in the warehouse and produce a decrease in costs at the warehouse, the collection and delivery of goods into the warehouse can be more effective and efficient. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been carried out on improvements to the warehousing management system, it is found that suggestions for improvements in receiving activities, storage activities, shipping activities, and control activities have been carried out. Improvements to the layout of the storage of goods resulting from observations and interviews, using a fishbone diagram for the results obtained, it is necessary to continuously improve and procure SOPs for every activity in the warehouse. With the standard operating procedure (SOP) in every activity in the warehouse, workers have an obligation to comply with procedures or policies that have been made by the company. Standardization can be used as a measurement tool for employee performance.
