Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

This study discusses the classical model of Islamic education management (MPI) and its relevance in responding to contemporary educational challenges. The background of this study stems from the issue of the dichotomy of knowledge, the crisis of morality, and the tendency of modern education to be pragmatic and emphasise only cognitive achievements. The method used is literature research with data sources in the form of classical books, including Ta'lim al-Muta'allim by Al-Zarnuji and Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim by KH. Hasyim Asy'ari, the thoughts of figures such as Ibn Khaldun and Ibn Miskawaih, as well as 31 academic documents in the form of Sinta/Scopus indexed articles and supporting books. The analysis was conducted descriptively-analytically and comparatively, with validity maintained through literature triangulation. The results of the study show that the classical MPI model is based on the values of tauhid, adab, akhlak, ukhuwah, and amanah. These values are embodied in the kuttab, madrasah, halaqah systems, as well as teacher-student relationships based on exemplary behaviour. This model forms a holistic and integrative educational framework, uniting spiritual, moral, and intellectual aspects. Theoretically, this study enriches the value-based MPI­­­ knowledge base. Practically, it provides direction for the management of educational institutions to remain rooted in spirituality while being adaptive to developments. Prospectively, the classical MPI model is relevant for strengthening moral education in the digital age.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how Islamic values are integrated into the formulation of the vision, mission, and objectives of Islamic education, with a focus on four main aspects: tauhid, akhlak, ukhuwah, and amanah. This study uses a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach, through an analysis of Sinta and Scopus accredited journals, as well as relevant academic literature. The results show that tauhid serves as a transcendental foundation that affirms the orientation of Islamic education as a form of devotion to Allah SWT. Akhlak is an important pillar of character building, ukhuwah strengthens social solidarity, while amanah ensures institutional accountability and integrity. The integration of these four values has been proven to not only maintain spiritual identity, but also increase institutional legitimacy so that the vision and mission do not remain as administrative documents, but become strategic guidelines that are alive in educational practice. These findings complement previous studies that focused more on the curriculum aspect, while also confirming the theoretical contribution to the development of Islamic education management and the practical benefits for educational institutions in formulating a vision and mission that are relevant to global challenges, yet remain rooted in Islamic values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap repurchase intention dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening pada Atlas Coffee and Roastery Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 99 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Dari analisis data dengan model pengukuran, model struktural, dan pengujian hipotesis, menggunakan software SmartPLS 4 diperoleh hasil bahwa store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap repurchase intention dengan T-statistik 2.591>1.96 dan p-value 0.010<0.05. Store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan T-statistik 12.411>1.96 dan p-value 0.000<0.05. Kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap repurchase intention dengan T-statistik 6.124>1.96 dan p-value 0.000<0.05. Kepuasan konsumen memediasi store atmosphere terhadap repurchase intention berpengaruh signifikan dengan T-statistik 5.136>1.96 dan p-value 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

Perdagangan luar negeri Indonesia menghadapi berbagai perubahan, seperti fluktuasi nilai tukar, tekanan inflasi, dan perubahan dalam keadaan ekonomi domestik yang terlihat dari pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dampak dari nilai tukar, inflasi, dan PDB terhadap neraca perdagangan Indonesia baik dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) dengan menggunakan data deret waktu dari tahun 2010 sampai 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka pendek, nilai tukar dan inflasi memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap neraca perdagangan, sementara PDB memberikan dampak negatif yang signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penurunan nilai rupiah dan sedikit peningkatan inflasi dapat meningkatkan ekspor dan mengurangi impor, sedangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi mendorong kenaikan impor yang melebihi ekspor. Namun, dalam jangka panjang, ketiga faktor tersebut tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap neraca perdagangan Indonesia, yang menandakan bahwa kinerja perdagangan lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal seperti harga komoditas internasional dan permintaan global. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya untuk melakukan diversifikasi ekspor, menerapkan kebijakan substitusi impor, dan memperkuat industri yang berorientasi ekspor agar neraca perdagangan Indonesia tetap stabil di tengah gejolak ekonomi dunia

Abstract

In fact, the largest contributors to unemployment in Indonesia come from high school and college graduates. This fact is in contrast to the common belief that the higher a person's education, the greater their opportunities in finding work. Almost all college graduates focus on being job seekers rather than job creators. In reality, the opportunity to become an entrepreneur in Indonesia is still quite large. However, only a handful of college graduates choose to enter the world of entrepreneurship. This is due to several factors such as fear of failure, a lack of understanding of entrepreneurship, lack of support from those around them, being looked down upon, and lack of capital to start a business. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurship education, family environment, and business ideas on entrepreneurial interest among students of STIE AMA Salatiga. A sample of 118 students was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The analytical methods used were validity test analysis, reliability test, and multiple linear regression tests (t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination). The results showed that the variables of entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurship education, and family environment have a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest among students of STIE AMA Salatiga. A sample of 118 students was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The analytical methods used were validity test analysis, reliability test, and multiple linear regression tests (t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination). The results showed that the variables of entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurship education, and family environment have a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. However, the business idea variable does not have a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

The role of social capital in trading is also very important for the sustainability of traders in the market. With social capital in the form of networks, trust and norms practised by traders in the market, it will strengthen the sustainability of the traders' businesses. The objectives of this study are: 1) to examine how social capital is practised among vegetable traders, suppliers and buyers; 2) to identify the most dominant social capital established between traders and buyers or suppliers in market activities. To achieve these objectives, a descriptive qualitative research method was used with five informants. This study used purposive sampling, which was carried out by selecting samples and through a process of selecting subjects or units of analysis that would be the focus of the study based on certain criteria relevant to the research objectives. The results of this study show that there are elements of social capital carried out by vegetable traders. With the existence of social networks, trust and norms, it will be easier to run a business, especially for these traders. Judging from their interactions, they always prioritise the element of networks because if this element is in place, it will attract the elements of trust and norms. The results regarding market security and cleanliness have been very good, thanks to the efforts of the officers, especially since they pay security fees every day.

Abstract

The digital transformation has brought significant changes to Indonesia’s trade sector, particularly through the emergence of marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop. These platforms not only serve as channels for buying and selling but also function as business ecosystems that support product promotion and distribution for UMKM. This study aims to analyze the effect of marketplace feature utilization on improving UMKM performance, focusing on sales growth, promotional efficiency, and customer loyalty. The research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 120 active UMKM participants across the three platforms. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between marketplace feature usage and business performance indicators. The results indicate that Shopee and Tokopedia significantly influence sales volume and operational efficiency, while TikTok Shop plays a strong role in enhancing promotion and customer engagement through social commerce mechanisms. Overall, marketplace utilization has a positive and significant impact on UMKM performance. These findings highlight the importance of digital literacy and adaptive strategies for UMKM actors to optimize opportunities within the digital economy ecosystem

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses adaptasi mahasiswa baru dalam menghadapi culture shock di lingkungan Universitas Riau. Mahasiswa baru yang berasal dari berbagai daerah memiliki latar belakang budaya, bahasa, kebiasaan, serta pola interaksi sosial yang berbeda sehingga sering mengalami kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan kampus. Culture shock dapat muncul dalam bentuk perasaan cemas, bingung, kurang percaya diri, kesulitan berkomunikasi, hingga hambatan dalam membangun hubungan sosial dan mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap mahasiswa baru Universitas Riau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk culture shock yang dialami mahasiswa meliputi perbedaan bahasa daerah, pola pergaulan, sistem pembelajaran, serta kondisi lingkungan sosial yang baru. Dalam menghadapi kondisi tersebut, mahasiswa melakukan berbagai bentuk adaptasi seperti membangun komunikasi dengan teman sebaya, mengikuti organisasi kampus, meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi, serta menyesuaikan diri dengan norma dan budaya kampus. Faktor pendukung adaptasi meliputi dukungan teman, keluarga, dan lingkungan kampus, sedangkan faktor penghambat berupa rasa minder, kurangnya kemampuan komunikasi, dan perbedaan budaya yang cukup signifikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kemampuan adaptasi yang baik dapat membantu mahasiswa baru mengurangi dampak culture shock dan mendukung keberhasilan proses belajar di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has become an inseparable part of human life. On one hand, this progress brings numerous benefits to daily activities; on the other hand, it also opens opportunities for criminal acts. One prevalent crime is phishing, which aims to obtain victims' electronic information, particularly related to financial data. This information is then used to unlawfully access and take the victim's funds without their consent. This research is a sociological study based on social realities to uncover the facts on the ground and answer the research problems. The study was conducted in the jurisdiction of the Riau Regional Police. The population and sample include parties who are directly related to the issues being investigated. The sources of data used in this research consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary data. Data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The results of the study indicate that the investigation of criminal acts under the Law on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law) related to phishing within the jurisdiction of the Riau Regional Police has not been running optimally. This is evident from the relatively low number of resolved cases. The investigation process begins with examining the victim, collecting evidence that can identify the perpetrator, and establishing cooperation with stakeholders. Once all procedures are properly carried out, the suspect is named and the case is submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office. The obstacles faced during the investigation include limited human resources and supporting technology within the police force, difficulties in identifying perpetrators operating in an organized manner, challenges in tracking the bank accounts used by the perpetrators, and low public awareness levels. To overcome these obstacles, the Riau Regional Police have made efforts to enhance human resources and technological infrastructure, collaborate with stakeholders such as banks, other regional police departments, the National Police Headquarters, and social media platforms, as well as conduct public education and outreach programs.Repressive measures involve investigation and prosecution.The main challenges in law enforcement are limited human resources and facilities, difficulties in identifying and tracking perpetrators who operate in an organized manner, and low public awareness. To overcome these obstacles, the Riau Regional Police have taken steps such as improving personnel capacity and resources, cooperating with stakeholders including banks, other regional police departments, the National Police Headquarters, and social media platforms, as well as providing continuous public education and outreach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas model pembelajaran inquiry learning dalam materi sistem pencernaan pada pembelajaran IPA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa penelitian tindakan kelas dengan penerapan inquiry learning berbasis diskusi kelompok dan media gambar sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipasi siswa, motivasi belajar, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis yang dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada ketiga aspek tersebut setelah penerapan model ini. Partisipasi aktif siswa meningkat dengan adanya diskusi dan eksplorasi bersama. Motivasi belajar tumbuh dari pengalaman belajar yang lebih menyenangkan dan menantang secara intelektual. Kemampuan berpikir kritis juga terasah melalui proses pemecahan masalah dan argumentasi dalam diskusi kelompok. Model pembelajaran inquiry learning terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA pada materi sistem pencernaan, sehingga direkomendasikan untuk digunakan dalam praktik pembelajaran di sekolah menengah pertama.
