Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage di bursa efek indonesia, menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia, Menganalisis dan mengetahui Pengaruh Likuiditas terhadap Profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Food and Beverage Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada Galeri Investasi Bursa Efek Indonesia yang di Makassar yang terletak jalan DR Ratulangi No. 124 Kec Mariso, Kota Makassar Waktu penelitian direncanakan kurang lebih satu bulan lamanya. Jenis data yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, yaitu data-data laporan keuangan perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, yaitu data yang di dapatkan secara tidak langsung melainkan data yang telah diolah melalui  website www.idx.co.id berupa data laporan keuangan perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil Penelitian menemukan bahwa Variabel Perputaran Modal Kerja berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel Struktur Modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dan Variabel Likuiditas berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of working capital on profitability of food and beverage companies on the indonesia stock exchange, analyze and determine the effect of capital structure on profitability of food and beverage companies on the indonesian stock exchange, analyze and determine the effect of liquidity on profitability of companies food and beverage on the indonesia stock exchange. 124 mariso sub-district, makassar city. the research time is planned for approximately one month. the type of data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data on the financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The source of data used in this study is secondary data, namely data that is obtained indirectly but data that has been processed through the website www.idx.co.id in the form of financial report data for food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the study found that the Working Capital Turnover Variable had a significant negative effect on profitability in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The capital structure variable has a significant positive effect on profitability in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. And the Liquidity variable has no significant positive effect on profitability in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan masing-masing perusahaan industri persemenan di Indonesia pada periode 2015-2019. trend kinerja keuangan industri semen di Indonesia pada periode 2015-2019 dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan perusahaan industry semen di indonesia periode 2015-2019 Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu analisis yang didasarkan pada perhitungan data. Untuk data yang digunakan yaitu data skunder berupa laporan keuangan periode tahun 2015-2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Analisis Rasio Keuangan, 1) Rasio lancar (Current Ratio), INTP dan SMBR memiliki kinrja keuangan yang terbaik bagus karena rasio lancar perusahan diatas rata-rata industri semen 2) Rasio utang terhadap equitas (Debt To Equity Ratio), SMCB dan SMBR sudah memiliki kinerja yang cukup bagus karena secara keseluruhan DER berada diatas rata-rata industri semen, 3) Rasio Perputaran Total Aset (Total Assets Turn Over), PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk yang terbaik di antara ke 4 perusahaan lainnya. Berdasarkan  TATO secara keseluruhan berada diatas rata-rata industri semen., 4) Rasio Hasil Pengembalian atas Ekuitas WTON,diantara 4 perusahaan lainnya karena secara keseluruhan rasio hasil pengembalian atas ekuitas lebih besar dari rata –rata industri semen. Analisis Trend, 1) Trend Rasio Lancar (Current Ratio) SMCB,WTON, mepunyai nilai B positif menggambarkan dari tahun 2015-2019, perusahaan cenderung mengalami kenaikan rasio lancar, 2) Trend Debt to Equity Ratio SMCB, INTP,SMBR dan WTON, mengalami peningkatan  yang disebabkan porsi hutang meningkat setiap tahunnya, 3) Total Assets Turn Over WTON, cenderung mengalami kenaikan TATO, 4) Trend Return On Equity, SMCB, cenderung mengalami kenaikan rasio hasil pengembalian atas ekuitas. The purpose of this study is to analyze 1) the financial performance of each cement industry company in Indonesia in the 2015-2019 period. 2) trends in the financial performance of the cement industry in Indonesia in the 2015-2019 period. 3) factors that affect the financial performance of the cement industry in Indonesia in the 2015-2019 period.This study uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, namely analysis based on data calculations. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements for the 2015-2019 period The results show that Financial Ratio Analysis, 1) Current Ratio, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk and PT Semen Baturaja Tbk have the best financial performance because the company's current ratio is above the cement industry average. 2) Debt to equity ratio ( Debt To Equity Ratio), PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk, and PT Semen Baturaja have good performance because overall the debt to equity ratio is above the cement industry average 3) Total Assets Turn Over Ratio, PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk is the best among 4 other companies. Based on the total asset turnover as a whole, it is above the cement industry average. . 4) Return on Equity Ratio PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk, has the best financial performance among the other 4 companies because the overall return on equity ratio is greater than average – cement industry average. Trend analysis, 1) Trend of Current Ratio (Current Ratio) PT Hplcim Indonesia Tbk, PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk, has a positive B value depicting from 2015-2019, the company tends to experience an increase in current ratio, 2) Trend ratio Debt to Equity (Debt to Equity Ratio) PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, PT Semen Batu Raja Tbk, PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk, experienced an increase in the debt to equity ratio due to the annual increase in debt portion, 3) Trend Total Assets Turn Over Ratio, PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk, tends to experience an increase in the total asset turnover ratio, 4) Trend Return on Equity Ratio, tend to experience an increase in the return on equity ratio

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan meng-analisis pengaruh daya tarik wisatawan, citra destinasi terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh daya tarik, citra destinasi dan kepuasan wisatawan terhadap kepuasan minat berkunjung, serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh daya tarik wisatawan dan citra destinasi terhadap minat berkunjung ulang melalui kepuasan wisatawan pada beberapa obyek wisata di Kabupaten Pasangkayu. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui obser-vasi, interview, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrument penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur (path analysis), pengujian hipotesis, analisis sobel test. Hasil analisis bahwa daya tarik wisatawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, citra destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, daya tarik wisatawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung ulang, citra destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung ulang, dan kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung ulang. Kemudian dari hasil uji sobel test maka ditemukan bahwa kepuasan wisatawan memediasi pengaruh daya tarik dan citra destinasi terhadap minat berkunjung ulang pada beberapa destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Pasangkayu This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of tourist attraction, destination image on tourist satisfaction, to determine and analyze the influence of attraction, destination image and tourist satisfaction on the satisfaction of visiting interest, as well as to determine and analyze the influence of tourist attraction and tourist satisfaction. the image of the destination on the interest in revisiting through tourist satisfaction at several tourist objects in Pasangkayu Regency. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires, while data analysis techniques use research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis, hypothesis testing, Sobel test analysis. The results of the analysis that tourist attraction has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction, destination image has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction, tourist attraction has a positive and significant effect on interest in revisiting, destination image has a positive and significant effect on interest in revisiting, and satisfaction has an effect positive and significant to the intention to revisit. Then from the results of the Sobel test, it was found that tourist satisfaction mediates the influence of attractiveness and destination image on interest in revisiting several tourist destinations in Pasangkayu Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja, menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai bidang hukum Polda Sulsel. Adapun yang menjadi populasi adalah pegawai Bidang Hukum Polda Sulsel yang ditentukan sebanyak 39 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian bahwa motivasi kerja dan kompetensi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi dan kompetensi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil persamaan regresi motivasi kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja (model 1) memiliki koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,844%. Sedangkan hubungan motivasi kerja, kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (model 2) dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,857%. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Analysis of Motivation and Competence on the Performance of Law Employees of the South Sulawesi Regional Police through Job Satisfaction (supervised by Seri Suriani and Miah Said) The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of motivation and competence on job satisfaction, analyze the effect of motivation and competence on employee performance, and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. To analyze the influence of motivation and competence on performance through job satisfaction of employees in the field of law Polda Sul-Sel. As for the population, there are 39 employees of the Law Division of the South Sulawesi Regional Police who are determined to be. The technique of collecting data is through distributing questionnaires with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results showed that work motivation and competence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation and competence have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the regression equation of work motivation and competence on job satisfaction (model 1) has a coefficient of determination of 0.844%. While the relationship between work motivation, competence and job satisfaction on employee performance (model 2) with a coefficient of determination of 0.857%. Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and job satisfaction can mediate the effect of competence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran praktik digitalisasi keuangan syariah terhadap peningkatan kinerja keuangan syariah UMKM di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara secara mendalam terhadap pelaku UMKM dan mitra UMKM yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi keuangan syariah berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja keuangan syariah UMKM. Meskipun pada kenyataannya masih banyak UMKM yang belum mampu memanfaatkan secara maksimaldigitalisasi keuangan syariah dalam kegiatan praktik bisnisnya. Dengan demikian penelitian ini merekomendasikan kiranya peran digitalisasi keuangan syariah dapat ditingkatkan termasuk dalam peningkatan peran pemerintah dalam bentuk kebijakan dan regulasi yang mendukung praktik digitaliasi keuangan syariah di tengah masyarakat. This study aims to determine the role of digitalization of Islamic financial practices in improving the performance of Islamic finance MSMEs in Makassar City. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with related MSME actors and MSME partners. The results of the study show that the digitalization of Islamic finance has an effect on improving the performance of Islamic finance MSMEs. In fact, there are still many MSMEs that have not been able to take full advantage of the digitalization of Islamic finance in their business practice activities. Thus, this study recommends that the role of digitizing Islamic finance can be increased, including increasing the government's role in the form of policies and regulations that support the practice of digitizing Islamic finance in society.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel produk, harga, promosi, tempat, bukti fisik, orang, dan proses terhadap tingkat penjualan semen pada PT Semen Tonasa di Kabupaten Pangkep. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam hal ini metode kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Populasi, konsumen yang menggunakan produk, diambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan uji moderating dengan uji residual. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel produk, harga, promosi, tempat, bukti fisik, orang, dan proses berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan semen di PT Semen Tonasa. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the positive and significant influence of product, price, promotion, place, physical evidence, people, and process variables on the level of cement sales at PT Semen Tonasa in Pangkep Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. In this case, the quantitative method used is a survey method. Population, consumers who use the product, and samples were taken from as many as 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis and moderating test with a residual test. The results of this study prove that the product, price, promotion, place, physical evidence, people, and process variables have a positive and significant effect on the level of cement sales at PT Semen Tonasa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris nilai guna bagi pengguna fintech e–wallet DANA dan untuk menganalisis secara empiris nilai manfaat bagi pengguna fintech e-wallet DANA. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data peneliti peroleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui nilai guna dan manfaat yang didapatkan oleh para informan sebagai pengguna dompet digital DANA yaitu (1) Kemudahan Bertransaksi, (2) Banyak diterima di merchant-merchant, (3) Keamanan dan (4) Promo potongan Harga. This study aims to (1) find out and analyze empirically the use value for DANA e-wallet fintech users, (2) To find out and empirically analyze the value of benefits for DANA e-wallet fintech users. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data researchers obtained through observation, interviews, documentation and literature. The results of this study indicate the use values and benefits obtained by informants as users of the DANA digital wallet, namely (1) Ease of Transactions, (2) Widely accepted at merchants, (3) Security and (4) Discount promos.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh trust kepemimpinan dan kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh trust kepemimpinan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pada Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada kantor Pemerintah Kabupaten Pangkep yang ber-jumlah sebanyak 373 orang pegawai, teknik pengum-pulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM Amos. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa trust kepemimpinan dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh trust kepemimpinan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Pemerintah Daerah kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Abstract

Lingkungan kerja merupakan iklim di mana perwakilan melakukan pekerjaan mereka sehari-hari. Lingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan akan benar-benar ingin membuat kegembiraan dan energi untuk bekerja. Eksplorasi ini merupakan semacam penelitian tinjauan dengan menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Penduduk adalah keseluruhan dari setiap nilai yang dapat dibayangkan, baik akibat dari penghitungan atau perkiraan, kuantitatif atau subjektif dari kualitas-kualitas tertentu sehubungan dengan susunan yang total dan jelas dari barang-barang yang sifat-sifatnya perlu diperiksa. Contoh dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah seluruh perwakilan di Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) TBK Kantor Cabang Panakkukang Kota Makassar sebanyak 102 pekerja, sehingga analis mengambil contoh yang relatif tidak teratur (sesuai pemeriksaan sewenang-wenang). Prosedur pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini adalah dengan menggunakan survei, persepsi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tempat kerja berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi kerja perwakilan di PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. Diketahui bahwa semakin banyak tempat kerja perwakilan maka semakin efisien kerja perwakilan tersebut. The work environment is the climate in which representatives do their day-to-day work. A pleasant work environment will really want to create excitement and energy to work. The motivation behind this research is to determine the workspace at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) TBK Panakkukang Branch Office Makassar City. This exploration is a kind of review research using a quantitative methodology. Population is the sum total of every imaginable value, whether the result of calculation or estimation, quantitative or subjective of certain qualities with respect to the total and clear composition of the goods whose properties need to be examined. The example in this study is the total number of representatives at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) TBK Panakkukang Branch Office Makassar City as many as 102 workers, so that analysts take relatively irregular samples (according to arbitrary inspections). Information collection procedures used in this test are surveys, perceptions and documentation. The results showed that the workplace had an effect on the work efficiency of representatives at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Panakkukang Makassar Branch Office. It is known that the more representative workplaces, the more efficient the representative's work will be.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi kinerja pegawai dalam pelayanan publik, faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam kinerja pegawai, dan upaya apa saja yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala kinerja pegawai dalam pelayanan publik di Sekretariat Daerah Bagian Organisasi Kabupaten Bantaeng. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagian Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bantaeng. Dan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Bagian Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bantaeng. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa capaian kinerja Bagian Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bantaeng tahun 2015 sampai tahun 2022, dapat disimpulkan secara keseluruhan capaian kinerja sangat memuaskan, karena sudah melebihi target capaian. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pada Bagian Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bantaeng antara lain: Faktor Internal (motivasi kerja pegawai bagian organisasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan pegawai bagian organisasi, kepuasan kerja pegawai bagian organisasi), Faktor Eksternal (kompensasi yang diberikan pada pegawai bagian organisasi, kepemimpinan bagian organisasi, budaya kerja bagian organisasi, lingkungan kerja bagian organisasi). Faktor penghambat kinerja pegawai adalah kurangnya kesejahteraan, manajemen yang kurang baik, tidak adanya motivasi. Sedangkan upaya/strategi yang perlu dilakukan oleh Bagian Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bantaeng adalah kepuasan kerja, tingkatkan kinerja pegawai negeri sipil melalui training, berikan reward bagi pegawai negeri sipil yang berprestasi, lakukan pendekatan untuk mengoptimalkan kerja pegawai negeri sipil, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis, menyediakan dan melengkapi fasilitas untuk pelaksanaan pekerjaannya. This study aims to determine the evaluation of employee performance in public services, factors that become obstacles in employee performance, and what efforts are made to overcome employee performance constraints in public services at the Regional Secretariat of the Organizational Section of Bantaeng Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research. The object of this research is the Organizational Section of the Regional Secretariat of Bantaeng Regency. And the subjects in this study were employees of the Organizational Section of the Regional Secretariat of Bantaeng Regency. The data collection methods in this study were interviews, documentation, and observation. The results showed that the performance achievement of the Organizational Section of the Regional Secretariat of Bantaeng Regency from 2015 to 2022 (as evidenced by the document data, observations and interviews that the researchers had conducted), it can be concluded that the overall performance achievement was Very Satisfactory, because it had exceeded the achievement target. Factors that affect the performance of the Organizational Section of the Regional Secretariat of Bantaeng Regency include: Internal Factors (Work motivation of employees of the organization section, education and training of employees of the organization section, job satisfaction of employees of the organization section), External Factors (Compensation given to employees of the organization section, Organizational leadership, organizational part work culture, organizational part work environment). The inhibiting factors for employee performance are lack of welfare, poor management, lack of motivation. Meanwhile, the efforts/strategies that need to be carried out by the Organizational Section of the Bantaeng Regency Regional Secretariat are job satisfaction, improve the performance of civil servants through training, provide rewards for outstanding civil servants, take an approach to optimize the work of civil servants, create a harmonious work environment, Provide and complete the facilities for the implementation of the work.
