Abstract

Diseases and pests in grouper fish pose a serious challenge for fish farmers, causing significant losses in production and fish quality. Limited access to up-to-date information and the lack of a centralized platform worsen fish health conditions and impact the sustainability of aquaculture businesses. Therefore, a website-based platform is needed as a digital solution for grouper fish farmers. This research was conducted to develop an information system in the form of the Doker.com website, which provides features to assist farmers in identifying, preventing, and treating diseases and pests in grouper fish. The development method includes the SCRUM methodology for project management and the Design Thinking framework for interface design. This application was implemented using React Vite for interactive frontend development and ExpressJS for backend development. The final result is a Doker.com website platform that provides features such as a digital encyclopedia, prevention and treatment guides, and e-commerce facilities. This platform is expected to increase farmers' knowledge of grouper fish health, improve harvest yields, strengthen the aquaculture community, and support environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) is a combination of technology business between business people and customers who conduct electronic transactions online. Currently, many people shop online or it can be called e-commerce in Indonesia, such as Shopee. The quality of e-commerce sites can affect the number of customers to make transactions, knowing that the height and quality of the website is determined by Webqual 4.0. The instruments used are validity test and reliability test, partial hypothesis test (T test), simultaneous test (F test) and coefficient of determination test ( . This study aims to obtain value from users and to determine the factors that affect the quality of the Shopee website. To support research, researchers conduct interviews and questionnaires as a method of collecting information. The population in this research are customers/clients who have used the Shopee web as a medium for purchasing goods at CV. Primero Laser Indonesia. 50 respondents have been collected as an illustration in this case it takes 2 (two) weeks of collection. The results of this study have a good and significant effect on the Information Quality variable ( on user satisfaction at CV. Primero Laser Indonesia customers (Y), but there is no good/positive and significant effect between the Usability Quality variable ( and Service Interaction Quality ( to customer satisfaction CV. Primero Laser Indonesia (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam proses seleksi karyawan terbaik di PT. XYZ menggunakan algoritma Random Forest. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah proses penilaian karyawan yang masih dilakukan secara manual melalui Microsoft Excel, sehingga rawan terhadap kesalahan perhitungan, duplikasi data, serta memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk menentukan karyawan berprestasi. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan sistem berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan model klasifikasi machine learning guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan objektivitas proses evaluasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi tiga tahap pengumpulan data, yaitu studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan model Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menampilkan hasil penilaian karyawan berdasarkan empat kriteria utama: kedisiplinan, kinerja, sikap kerja, dan keahlian, yang kemudian diolah menggunakan algoritma Random Forest untuk menentukan peringkat akhir. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Random Forest memberikan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dalam proses klasifikasi dengan nilai akurasi mencapai 91,2%, serta menghasilkan peringkat karyawan yang konsisten dengan hasil evaluasi HRD. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan antarmuka pengguna yang sederhana dan informatif, yang memudahkan admin, HRD, dan karyawan dalam mengakses informasi sesuai hak akses masing-masing. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan algoritma Random Forest dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kecepatan, objektivitas, dan transparansi proses penilaian karyawan di PT. XYZ.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh proses diagnosa kerusakan printer yang masih manual di WW Print Solution, sebuah pusat layanan perbaikan printer, yang menyebabkan potensi ketidakakuratan dan keterlambatan perbaikan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu mendiagnosa kerusakan printer menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes. Metode pengembangan Waterfall diterapkan secara terstruktur, mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), serta desain basis data. Implementasi dilakukan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL, dan pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memvalidasi fungsionalitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar yang dibangun berhasil mendiagnosa kerusakan printer secara otomatis sesuai dengan perhitungan probabilitas Naive Bayes. Aplikasi ini terbukti mampu mempercepat proses identifikasi masalah, mengurangi ketergantungan pada pengalaman teknisi, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Dengan demikian, sistem ini memberikan solusi efektif untuk diagnosa kerusakan printer yang lebih cepat dan akurat, serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan di WW Print Solution. Abstract

This study aims to design a UX Dashboard for analyzing the user experience of the Lazada app. UX methods, such as data collection and user experience analysis, are integrated. Findings from data analysis are utilized to create a dashboard providing a comprehensive overview of user experience, covering navigation, product search, checkout processes, and customer support. The dashboard enables monitoring changes in user experience and evaluating the impact of improvements. The results are expected to offer valuable insights for the Lazada development team to enhance the application and contribute to understanding UX practices in the e-commerce context and the development of user experience dashboards.

Abstract

Patra IFMS Training Center has had a wireless LAN (Local Area Network) network but still uses a hotspot network from the provider, which is very easy to access anytime, anywhere and can be enjoyed as long as the hotspot network is within reach. The main challenge in wireless LAN networks is managing human resources and maintaining the network so that it is effective, ensuring good, stable service quality so that there is no speed tug-of-war between other users when conducting online meetings or online training. This research aims to overcome these challenges by implementing additional MikroTik hardware and using user management methods and bandwidth priorities in the WLAN network as well as testing user management methods, bandwidth priorities on the network and MikroTik remote monitoring that will be added to the new network. The results of using MikroTik are very significant after grouping users using a collaborative user management system with bandwidth priorities so that the use of the internet network will be directed. The computer network at the Patra IFMS Training Center Office has installed a VPN and Address List which helps administrators to monitor network usage that is already running.

Abstract

This study aims to carry out a bibliometric analysis of the studies that have been carried out related to Augmented Reality (AR) in particular in the field of medicine. Augmented reality technology, which is becoming increasingly popular in the field of medicine, has the potential to improve medical diagnosis, treatment, and training. In this research, we perform bibliometric analysis of relevant scientific publications published in a particular period. Bibliometric analysis methodology gathers data on AR research in the field of medicine. This includes the title, author, journal where it was published, year of publication, and keyword used. The results of bibliometric analysis showed rapid progress in AR research in the field of medicine. In the last five years (2018-2023), as many as 250 publications were selected based on research criteria. This analysis reaches the conclusion that research on AR in the field of medicine is vital and increasingly recognized in the scientific community. The results of this analysis can help researchers and medical practitioners understand current trends with the use of AR in medical practice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada evaluasi dan perancangan ulang aplikasi maxim dengan menggunkan metode A/B Testing untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Aplikasi Maxim, penyedia layanan transportasi berbasis aplikasi mengalami pertumbuhan pesat namun meghadapai beberapa masalah terkait dengan kualitas layanan dan fitur aplikasi yang dinilai kurang optimal oleh pengguna. penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi permasalahan utama pada aplikasi Maxim melalui analisis ulasan pengguna dan mengembangkan solusi desain yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan serta loyalitas pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah A/B Tesitng, yang melibatkan perbandiangan dua versi aplikai untuk mengukur efektivitas perbaikan desain. proses penelitian meliputi identifikasi masalah melalui ulasan pengguna, wawancara, dan pengujian kegunaan dengan pendekatan system (SUS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perbaikan yang dilakukan pada versi baru aplikasi, seperti peningkatan tampilan antarmuka dan perbaikan sistem pemesanan, dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna secara signifikan. dengan adanya perbaikan ini, diharapkan aplikasi maxim dapat memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) through the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) is a government program offered in the form of direct education financing to students (6-21 years). KIP is an improvement part of the Poor Student Assistance (BSM) program since the end of 2014. The target of PIP at SMP PGRI 1 Cilacap is still not well targeted, due to the lack of criteria for KKS recipients. Therefore, the author added criteria for KKS recipients in the research. This research was created based on previously existing data, namely 100 training data and 9 test data using the Naïve Bayes data mining method and with 6 attributes, namely parents' occupation, number of dependents, parents' income, KIP recipients, KPS recipients, KKS recipients. The accuracy test results obtained were 88.89% and the Recall calculation was 85.71%.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of a web-based attendance system that utilizes QR scanner technology to record individual attendance, especially in an educational environment. The report also highlights the primary benefits of this approach, such as process efficiency, data accuracy, and real-time information access. The web-based attendance system using QR scanner technology not only enhances administrative effectiveness but also provides a more modern and interactive experience for individuals who need to be accounted for. This helps reduce the risk of errors in manual attendance recording and provides faster and more accurate access to attendance data. In this research, the author used various methods to collect data, including observation and a literature review. The author relied on various online documentation sources as data references for this report. The documents used by the author included several Scopus-indexed journals, e-books, and various digital news pages from the past 5 years. For the development method of this website, the author employed the Agile methodology. Agile is one of the models of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The results of this research, which combine QR codes and web access, make this attendance system a relevant and innovative solution for efficient attendance management.
