Abstract

The construction of the Promotion Center Building and Written Batik Derivative Production Building is a development project with service provider PT. Hariz Three Sons. Tree Analysis (FTA) to determine the causes and impact of risk failure and Critical Path Method (CPM) to determine the extent to which work experiences a critical path. The most dominant causal factors are factors caused by external factors, namely in the form of very high rainfall intensity in one month and unilateral blockades by village officials. The causal factor caused by the owner is the delay in submitting design changes to the field where the design is very important as a development guide. Meanwhile, delays caused by implementers are inappropriate duration determinations that result in work productivity not being properly controlled. Floor work and wall ornaments this work on the last day of the contract only produced 1.286% of the total 17.50%, which means there was a deviation of -16.211%. Floor work and wall ornaments have several work items including Install UK Polished Ceramic Floors. 60 x 60 cm, Install KM/WC Color Ceramic Floor 20 x 20 cm, Install Color Ceramic Wall 20 x 40 cm, Install 1 m ceramic plinth measuring 5 cm x 20 cm, Install 1 m2 Cutting Plate 5mm Thick Batik Motif + frame and Lettering Jobs.  Keywords: Project Delay Factors; Fault Tree Analysis (FTA); Critical Path Method (CPM).

Abstract

Egress time in stadiums and sports buildings is one of the important things to consider in providing safety and tranquility for the audience in the building. The purpose of accessibility systems and adequate evacuation circulation planning in sports buildings is to provide evacuation routes that are easily accessible to spectators and minimize crowds and accumulation of people at the exit. This study aims to determine the most effective evacuation time at the Brawijaya Stadium and GOR Jayabaya in Kediri and the difference in the evacuation of spectators in a fire situation in open and closed buildings. This research uses simulation experimental research methods using Pathfinder and Pyrosim applications to find the most effective evacuation time in each building. The final results show that the addition of a radial gangway, the addition of exit doors, and the improvement of circulation flow effectively reduce the length of evacuation time in both buildings. At the Brawijaya Stadium, the evacuation time was 6 minutes and 59 seconds. GOR Jayabaya requires an evacuation time of 6 minutes and 56 seconds. In addition, there are differences in the distribution of smoke and fire in open and closed buildings. Keywords: Egress Time; Evacuation Time; Evacuation Circulation.

Abstract

The five-point intersection on Keputih Street is one of the unsignaled intersections in the city of Surabaya with traffic problems. At certain times, especially rush hour, traffic problems will occur. At 07.00 WIB it was seen that several drivers were trying to cut through the traffic jam by squeezing in between other vehicles, this was done by road users to avoid long queues of vehicles. Queues can be approximately 1.2km long and the surrounding existing conditions are commercial or shopping areas, housing with several sides of the road used as a means for vehicles to stop or park as an additional congestion factor. Thus, there is a need for management planning and traffic engineering to improve the quality of intersections in serving road users. The method used for data analysis is based on existing data obtained directly from the field and processed according to PKJI 2023. The results obtained were that the degree of saturation at the intersection was much different before and after the traffic engineering planning was carried out. Projection results with the installation of traffic light signs and geometric widening of Keputih Tegal, the degree of saturation value obtained was 0.78 where previously DJ = 0.98 0.85. Abstract

Urban flood areas hit various regions in Indonesia, such as what happened in Malang City. Flooding occurred in several areas of Klojen District, including Wilis Street, LetJen Suprapto Street in Samaan Village, Bareng Raya Street II in Bareng Village, Retawu Street, and Pulosari Street. This research uses a recharge well model based on shape factors to discuss flood mitigation. Data analysis includes existing floods, conditions of the study area, and an applied model adjusted to soil permeability in the research area. They were mapping the area (A) and coefficient C using ArcGIS 10.8 2023 software. The model applied is an infiltration well design constructed from a concrete buis at the top and soil pores at the bottom. The design rainfall calculation results are 592.112 mm/day. The results of the analysis show that there are a total of 30 channels from Samaan Village, Bareng Village, and Gading Kasri Village, whose channel capacity is unable, causing flooding. The geometric factor value of 3.14 m has a planned water inflow discharge of 1.7626 m3/second. Klojen sub-district requires 66 recharge wells to overcome the flooding. The application for constructing infiltration wells was carried out only in the Gading Kasri sub-district area, namely 11 infiltration wells. The infiltration well is planned to use a concrete buis with dimensions of 50x100 m, height L as deep as 2 m, bottom of porus in 1 m, and total depth of channel H is 3 m. Abstract

The road is a facility for land transportation that serves regional development. The deterioration of road quality can pose constraints on economic and social activities and endanger road users. Small damages can escalate if not promptly addressed, leading to losses. This reasearch aims to determine the type and level of damage on Jelidro II – Kuwukan - Sambikerep Roads STA 0+000 to STA 1+600. There are two methods for obtaining road condition values in this research, the methods are Pavement Condition Index method and the Bina Marga method. On the section of Jelidro II – Kuwukan - Sambikerep Roads, 8 types of damage were found, those are crocodile skin cracks, grade depression, edge cracks, potholes, patches, longitudinal cracks, slip cracks, and ravelling. The results of calculating the road condition value using the PCI method is 63,6 where the road is included in the good category. Calculations using the Bina Marga method get a priority order of 9. The two methods show that the road has the same type of treatment, that is a routine maintenance program with repair methods that can be carried out, namely surface layers such as asphalt resurfacing and patching holes. Keywords: Road Damage; PCI method; Bina Marga method.

Abstract

Baumata watershed is located in Kupang district. The land use conditions are mostly forests, paddy fields, with low root depth and play a major role in the process of causing soil damage, accelerating the rate of erosion and increasing the volume of surface runoff. This research examines the current level of erosion hazard in the existing land use of the Baumata Watershed and its area by considering the Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) of Kupang Regency and its surroundings in the Baumata Watershed. The method used to calculate the rate of erosion is the MUSLE method where the method uses an approach from the surface runoff factor. The data processing uses a Geographic Information System (GIS). The erosion rate watershed is 3,402,685 tons/ha/year with a watershed area of 2,439.35 ha. Land rehabilitation and soil conservation (ARLKT) directions that are appropriate for the conditions of the Baumata watershed are 87 annual crop cultivation areas. 21 % (2,127.42 ha), Seasonal Plant Cultivation Areas 10.67 % (260.38 ha), and Buffer Areas 2.11 % (51.55 ha). The existence of data and information on the magnitude of erosion rates and land criticality in the Baumata watershed in Kupang district can be used to anticipate early landslide disasters in the area.
