Abstract

The purpose of the research is to describe the local knowledge ofcoastal women in the management of fisheries resources (study oncoastal women of Puger, Jember Regency). Local knowledge ofcoastal women is analyzed through the theory of ecofeminism.Meanwhile, the management of fisheries resources carried out bywomen can be seen from community participation andcommunication skills. The type of research used is descriptive witha qualitative approach. Data collection techniques throughobservation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysistechniques used were data reduction, data presentation, andconclusion drawing. The results showed that coastal women's localknowledge is based on their experience from generation togeneration which will cause them to be able to dominateparticipation in fisheries resource management. The ability ofcoastal women in selling their catches is based on theircommunication skills. In the view of ecofeminism, the involvementof coastal women must be recognized in managing and protectingnature in addition to their needs

Abstract

Non-formal education units through equivalency programs are an effortto provide justice for the entire community. In its implementation, the roleof teaching staff is certainly very influential on the quality of delivery ofknowledge and knowledge to students. Therefore, it is important tomanage the teaching staff. This study aims to examine how the process ofmanaging human resources, namely teaching staff at PKBMGlobal Mandiri.This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniquesofinterviews and documentation. The result of this research is that themanagement of teaching staff at PKBM Global Mandiri is carried outtransparently, accountably, and democratically from the recruitmentprocess, development and training of teaching staff to the placement ofpositions and responsibilities, all of which are in line with the theory ofresource management which can be proven by the large number ofstudents and A accredited institutions

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between computer technician training and increasing the hard skills of participants at LKP Stimic Ecomtech Jember. The research method used in this research uses quantitative methods with a correlational type. In this research, the location determination technique uses a purposive area, the research location was carried out at LKP Stimic Ecomtech Jember. After that, respondents are determined using a saturated sample or total sample. Furthermore, the respondents in this study were 30 respondents. Then, the coefficient on the Pearson product moment correlation (r) in this study was obtained at 0.999 (interpretation of a high correlation value). So it can be concluded that there is a correlation between computer technician training and increasing the hard skills of participants at LKP Stimic Ecomtech Jember. This means: The Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) of this research, namely "There is a Correlation Between Computer Technician Training and the Increase in Hard Skills of Participants at LKP Stimic Ecomtech Jember" is accepted in the high correlation category (0.999).

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of a computer course program in improving the digital skills of training participants at LKP Sulthan Computer Bondowoso. The technique for determining the location uses a purposive area and the technique for determining informants used is purposive sampling. The type of research used is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity checking techniques used include: extending participation, diligent observation and triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the research can be concluded that the places and facilities at LKP Sulthan Computer include computers, theory rooms and practice rooms, presentation of material provided in accordance with Perpes SKKNI Number 08 Curriculum 2012, practice and assignments in the graphic design program, namely designing pamphlets and banners. The problem that often occurs in Sulthan's computer LKP is the difference in the comprehension abilities of training participants. At the end of the course program the instructor conducts a program closing reflection to review the training participants' abilities. The skills and creativity of the trainees can be seen from the way the trainees combine elements in graphic design and the trainees' communication skills can be seen when making presentations.

Abstract

The formation of children's character has an important role for the family, parents should be able to pay attention, guide and provide direction to children when they start to grow up, which can be done by paying attention to the family's socialization function. In Rancabatu village there are still many parents who do not know the importance of the function of family socialization so that many parents are still indifferent to the formation of children's character, even though this function helps pay attention to the formation of children's character in this millennial era. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the family socialization function in shaping children's character in the millennial era. The method in this research uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collected is through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis begins with collecting data, reducing data, then presenting the data and then drawing conclusions. The research results obtained due to a lack of understanding regarding the importance of the family socialization function make parents pay less attention to the formation of their children's character, each parent has their own way of forming their child's character without paying attention to the socialization function. The condition of parents also influences the formation of children's character because there are parents who are indifferent and there are also those who are understanding. There are parents who try to be close to their children, there are also those who are just normal. Parental closeness has a significant impact on the child's growth and development. Family harmony and well-being are also influenced by the love and attention given to each child. In the millennial era, children's high work enthusiasm can also help them make friends and develop.

Abstract

The addition of a coaching program is seen to have a better effect on employees because it prioritizes two-way communication and explores solutions from employees themselves for every problem that arises so that it is considered more effective. This study aims to analyze the relationship between coach competencies seen from the dimensions of active listening, creating awareness, direct communication and coachee learning motivation through a coaching process to achieve a coaching effectiveness. This is in line with the theory that says coaching can be very effective in helping individuals reach their true potential. Descriptive quantitative approach is the method used in this study. Data was collected using questionnaires from 90 respondents taken using a simple random sampling approach. The results showed that the direct communication dimension was the strongest dimension of coach competence, while the motivation to learn in the coachee showed diversity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe parental stimulation regarding gross motor development in 3-4-year-old children at PG Aisyiyah 08 Kranji, Lamongan Regency. This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach. The location of the study was determined using purposive area sampling, and informants were selected using purposive sampling. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity techniques employed were prolonged engagement, persistent observation, and triangulation. Data analysis involved data reduction, data display, and data verification. Based on the findings, parents of students at PG Aisyiyah 08 Kranji do not specifically organize activities to stimulate their children's gross motor development, but they provide toys that can support it. Some parents accompany their children during play, while others do not. Collaborative participation between parents and teachers occurs through regular meetings initiated by teachers to discuss child development. Students at PG Aisyiyah 08 Kranji are capable of performing locomotor and non-locomotor movements well, though not all of them excel in manipulative movements

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in enhancing students' civic skills in their community life. In an era of globalization characterized by numerous challenges, it is crucial for the younger generation to possess robust civic skills to actively participate in the social, political, and economic life of the nation. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project significantly improves students' understanding, skills, and attitudes towards Pancasila values, which are then reflected in their community activities. This study recommends that the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Program be integrated into the national education curriculum to develop a generation that is not only academically proficient but also responsible as good citizens.
