Abstract

Keterampilan menulis paragraf peserta didik belum mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Guru masih kesulitan dalam mengajarkan menulis paragraf, sedangkan peserta didik kesulitan dalam memunculkan ide atau gagasan dan kurang menguasai keterampilan mikrobahasa. Penanaman nilai karakter pada peserta didik juga perlu dilakukan sejak dini. Oleh karena itu, model pembelajaran induktif dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran menulis paragraf dengan media gambar seri yang bermuatan nilai-nilai karakter. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kebutuhan pengembangan, prinsip-prinsip pengembangan, desain, dan keefektifan model pembelajaran induktif dengan media gambar seri yang bermuatan nilai karakter untuk meningkatkan kompetensi menulis paragraf peserta didik kelas III SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Research and Development (R&D) dari Borg and Gall (Sugiono 2009:298), kemudian disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penelitian, yang meliputi tiga langkah, yaitu (1) studi pendahuluan dan awal pengembangan, (2) pengembangan, dan (3) pengujian/validasi. Dalam pengembangan model pembelajaran, produk yang dibutuhkan yaitu produk yang dikembangkan dengan menarik dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi peserta didik. Selain itu, penilaian diberikan oleh dosen ahli dan guru dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata berkategori baik, serta efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran.Paragraphs writing skills of students has not gotten maximum results yet. Teachers still has difficulties in teaching paragraphs writing, whereas students has difficulties in generating ideas or concepts and less skills in microlanguage mastery. Planting the value of the character on the learners also needs to be done early. Therefore, inductive learning model is developed in learning to write paragraphs with the help of the media image series which contains character values. The problem in this research is how the needs of the development of model, principles of model, design model, and effectiveness of inductive learning model with the media image series which contains character values to improve the competence of class III SD students in writing paragraphs. The design of this research is Research and Development (R&D) by Borg and Gall (Sugiyono 2009:298), then adapted to the needs of research, which includes three stages, namely (1) a preliminary survey, (2) development, and (3)test expert/ validation. In the development of model of teaching, the required product is a product developed with attractive packaging and adjusted to the learners. In addition, the assessment given by expert lecturers and teachers with an average value acquisition categorized as well, and effective to use in learning.

Abstract

This device is motivated by a phenomenon that is interesting to study and research in relation to Islamic character. Some students have Islamic characters while some other students have non-Islamic characters. Students with Islamic characters are always pleasing to everyone's eyes. Discipline, confident, diligent, responsible, respect for friends, respect for teachers or elders, strong religion, friendly and tolerance are inherent in their every behavior. It is different from students who has a non-Islamic character, almost everyone dislikes him. Students with non-Islamic characters tend to be undisciplined, lazy, insecure, irresponsible, like to annoy friends, fight against teachers, selfish and less Islamic. In this case the researcher trying to find out how to instill the values ​​of Islamic character education in al-banjari extracurricular activities at MA Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang.

Abstract

Non-formal education units through equivalency programs are an effortto provide justice for the entire community. In its implementation, the roleof teaching staff is certainly very influential on the quality of delivery ofknowledge and knowledge to students. Therefore, it is important tomanage the teaching staff. This study aims to examine how the process ofmanaging human resources, namely teaching staff at PKBMGlobal Mandiri.This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniquesofinterviews and documentation. The result of this research is that themanagement of teaching staff at PKBM Global Mandiri is carried outtransparently, accountably, and democratically from the recruitmentprocess, development and training of teaching staff to the placement ofpositions and responsibilities, all of which are in line with the theory ofresource management which can be proven by the large number ofstudents and A accredited institutions

Abstract

Pelatihan wirausaha mengalami berbagai tantangan dalam mendorong peserta didik untuk meluncurkan usaha rintisan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pelaksanaan pelatihan kewirausahaan ditinjau dari jalur usaha rintisan, yaitu cipta, sistem, dan tumbuh. Metode penelitian menggunakan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Sirnajaya, Kab. Bogor. Kegiatan penelitian dilaksanakan selama 1 tahun (Oktober 2022 sampai November 2023. Subjek penelitian ini merupakan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Desa Sirnajaya dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan pelatihan kewirausahaan signifikan dalam meluncurkan usaha rintisan. Terhambatnya satu jalur usaha rintisan, yaitu peluncuran usaha rintisan pada tahap sistem akan mempengaruhi jalur selanjutnya. Kondisi ini stabil terjadi, bahkan kepada peserta didik yang telah menguasai kompetensi pada jalur setelahnya, yaitu strategi pertumbuhan usaha pada tahap tumbuh. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pula bahwa setiap tahap harus terintegrasi dengan prinsip pemberdayaan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada desain pelatihan kewirausahaan yang mempertimbangkan jalur usaha rintisan, pemberdayaan, dan kompetensi wirausaha.

Abstract

Abstract Rawa Gede as one of the disnasti of Sirnajaya tourism village, Sukamakmur District, continues to develop its tourism base through increasing human resources, structuring facilities and infrastructure and optimizing available natural resources. Achieving the goal of a tourist village requires community involvement to maintain tourist attractions, comfort and service to tourists through various types of culinary, local products and tourism service businesses. The development of tourism villages is inseparable from various obstacles, especially in developing micro, small and medium enterprises, MSMEs. One of the reasons is the low level of education and the limited skills that business owners have. Based on this, a program is needed to improve the ability of people in tourism villages, especially MSME owners, to be empowered through training on the use of social media. Empowerment carried out through various stages of awareness, training and mentoring can help MSME groups to develop businesses together in tourist attractions. Strengthening MSME groups encourages the community to be involved in building tourism villages so as to form tourism awareness groups to maintain, develop village business products, tourism services by promoting through social media. Abstrak Rawa Gede sebagai salah satu disnasti desa wisata Sirnajaya Kecamatan Sukamakmur terus melakukan pengembangan basis wisata melalui peningkatan sumber daya manusia, penataan sarana dan prasarana serta optimasisasi sumber daya alam yang tersedia. Mencapai tujuan desa wisata membutuhkan keterlibatan masyarakat untuk menjaga objek wisata, kenyaman dan pelayanan terhadap para wisatawan melalui berbagai jenis kuliner, produk lokal dan usaha jasa wisata. Pengembangan desa wisata tidak tidak terlepas dari berbagai kendala khususnya dalam mengembangkan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah UMKM. Salah satu penyebabnya yaitu tingkat Pendidikan yang rendah dan keterampilan yang dimiliki pemilik usaha terbatas . Berdasarkan hal ini diperlukan adanya program untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat di desa wisata khususnya pemilik UMKM agar dapat berdaya melalui pelatihan tentang penggunaan media sosial. Pemberdayaan yang dilakukan melalui berbagai tahapan penyadaran, pelatihan dan pendampingan dapat membantu kelompok UMKM untuk mengembangkan usaha secara bersama di objek wisata. Penguatan kelompok UMKM mendorong masyarakat untuk terlibat dalam membangun desa wisata sehingga membentuk kelompok sadar wisata untuk menjaga, mengembangkan produk usaha desa, jasa wisata dengan mempromosikan melalui media sosial.

Abstract

The research was carried out aimed to find out how much the application of character education is the responsibility of students towards the surrounding community through the management of corpse learning activities. This research method uses field research, which is qualitative in nature, namely research data procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from teachers and students tending to be analyzed. The results of the study are the first character at school, the second is Learning zakat chapters which are acted on in amil zakat activities in 10th grade IPS MA Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon, thirdly Islamic Characters are found in amil zakat activities. Various types of Islamic characters that must be fulfilled by students in amil zakat activities including The nature of honesty, patience, fairness, sincerity, etc. In learning the chapter on zakat in class students are encouraged to know the intention of zakat, the intention to receive zakat, those who are obliged to pay zakat and those who receive zakat. In practice, students make an amil zakat pania where they collect all zakat from students and then give it to the surrounding community who are obliged to receive the remaining zakat at the mosque to be given to people who are obliged to receive zakat in the Kalikejambon village.

Abstract

Ketergantungan pendanaan Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) kepada pemerintah sangat tinggi. Jumlah peserta didik regular memiliki tren di bawah dari jumlah peserta didik beasiswa. Di sisi lain, LKP memiliki peran besar dalam penciptaan peluang kerja dan wirausaha melalui Pendidikan Kewirausahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui mendeksprisikan pengelolaan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berbasis empat pilar financial sustainability, yaitu perencanaan finansial dan strategi, diversifikasi pendapatan, administrasi dan keuangan, serta pendapatan mandiri di LKP Tata Rias Pengantin Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, kuisioner, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat aspek financial sustainability di LKP Jawa Barat masih lemah karena adanya keterbatasan dana, terbatasnya jenis dan jumlah implementasi kerjasama, dan rendahnya jenis layanan produk serta jasa yang ditawarkan. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa kecakapan komunikasi digunakan sebagai dasar teralisasinya kerjasama di sektor informal. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi terhadap pengelolaan LKP untuk mencapai financial sustainability, yaitu peningkatan diversifikasi layanan produk dan jasa yang didukung oleh jaringan kemitraan LKP.

Abstract

The training management procedures for PMI volunteers have not been implemented continuously due to the limited resources of this non-profit organization. This study aims to explore the capacity of volunteers after one year of training and task placement in the Reproductive and Sexual Health Program for adolescents. A qualitative approach was used to analyze the volunteers' knowledge and skills, with data collected through interviews and questionnaires involving 26 respondents. The results indicate that the volunteers' overall capacity is adequate to fulfill their roles, supported by commitment, solidarity, and the ability to share experiences. However, competency in handling cases of sexual violence remains inconsistent among volunteers. Volunteers with less than five years of experience tend to provide brief responses when assisting victims of sexual violence. The study recommends implementing regular, continuous training schedules and establishing forums or communities for volunteer experience-sharing. The outcomes of these discussions can serve as the basis for developing case-based guidebooks and FAQ lists. These learning resources are expected to enhance the capacity of new volunteers, ensuring the program's sustainability.
