Abstract

This study aims to process and manage official travel orders (SPPD) from the Web-based Office Travel Order Application System Design at the Bureau of Development Administration of North Sumatra Province based on the Web. In this design, the data used is a Service Travel Order where data collection is by observation, interview, and literature study. After collecting data, it was found that the recording of SPPD was still manual, namely using bookkeeping media. So from these problems, researchers made a Web-based Office Travel Order Application Design using PHP and MySQL programming made with the Sublime Text editor and Bootstrap. The results of this application design are inputting SPPD, inputting employee data, searching SPPD, and making SPPD. Keywords: SPPD, PHP, MySQL, Website

Abstract

Currently Senggowar Village is entering the dry season, where most of the farmers here grow chili as a very profitable commodity. As one of the Work Projects from the Real Work Lecture (KKN) carried out in Senggowar village, Nganjuk regency. In determining and analyzing the problems that occur, you use the PAR method (Participatory Action Research) which involves the participation of resource persons and the surrounding community as data sources. The problem found in the field is that just before harvest time, chili plants should be able to produce superior chili products, but they are attacked by Patek disease (anthracnose) which makes chili plants less productive, which causes farmers to lose money. The activity carried out was counseling about preventing Patek disease (anthracnose) in chili plants, this activity aimed to provide knowledge about Patek disease and how to prevent it, so that losses caused by Patek disease do not recur. The purpose of this outreach is that farmers can know about how to prevent Patek disease in chili plants and be able to actualize it when entering the planting season.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Fashion involvement in buying decisions on Impulse Buying Through the Positive Emotions of Teenagers during the Covid-19 pandemic. In making this journal using the method of literature study. In compiling this journal, the author uses various journals with the discussion of each journal still related to being a reference material in making this journal. The results of the study show that fashion involvement and positive emotion have an impact on impulse buying. This means that fashion involvement has a positive influence on impulse buying behavior with fashion involvement playing an important role because it has an impact on consumer decisions and positive emotion also has a positive influence on customer desires to make unplanned purchases, so that it has a big impact on consumer desires to make impulse buying. Abstract

Fake news, also known as Hoax, is becoming increasingly popular for us to hear and is also rife in various media. Starting from print media and online media. Fake news is false or untrue information that is fabricated or distorted from real facts. The problems we discuss in this research include: How is the Criminal Law Policy in Overcoming and Preventing Fraud News Crimes According to Current Positive Law and How Criminal Law Policies are in Overcoming and Preventing Fraud News Crimes in the Future. This research is normative research. The rules regarding fake news (Hoax) which are clearly included in the Criminal Code are contained in Article 390, while the rules regarding fake news (Hoax) contained in the law are contained in law no.11 of 2008 and law no. 1 of 1946. Renewal of Law No. 11 of 2008, namely Law No. 19 of 2016. The role of the government and society is contained in Law Number 19 of 2016 and is listed in articles 40 and article 41. Rules regarding Criminal Acts of Fake News (Hoax) in the renewal criminal law is contained in the 2019 Criminal Code Bill in Article 272. Keywords: Criminal Law Policy; Hoax; Criminal Law Reform.

Abstract

The school literacy movement (GLS) is an effort made by educational institutions related to increasing the awareness of students to read and write so that they will gain broader knowledge and insights. The purpose of this study was to describe the influence of the school principal's transformational leadership on the school literacy movement at SMA Negeri 1 Cibungbulang, Bogor Regency. The research method used is a type of literature study research. Data collection in this study was obtained by examining and then linking reading sources to problems in the research area with the transformational leadership contributions of school principals to the school literacy movement. The principal of SMA Negeri 1 Cibungbulang has strategies and efforts to support the GLS program, namely making literacy journals, procuring class libraries, geulis trees, class bulletin boards, and literacy ambassadors. The GLS program that is being implemented is able to motivate students to increase their interest in reading, to be able to make good use of time, especially with the Geulis tree program and class madding. Besides reading, students can imagine and be creative in expressing their ideas from something they read. This is proven to be able to eliminate boredom during literacy hours. Abstract

In general, one of the final tasks of students who want to earn a bachelor's degree is to compile scientific papers or what is commonly called a thesis. Writing thesis, students are required to have independence in the process through the guidance process carried out by the supervisor. The process of writing a thesis requires adequate information support as a source of writing. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method to describe the nature of the problem under investigation. Sulistyo-Basuki (2006: 78) describes qualitative research intending to get a complete reflection of things for the thoughts of people being watched. This study resulted in final year students of the faculty of social sciences at the UINSU Library. Based on the results of the discussions that have been carried out, seven information search strategies were found in this study. That is Ellis' information seeking behavior strategy. Abstract

This article aims to reveal the importance of parental awareness in understanding children's growth and development. Parents are the first madrasah and teachers are the second education for early childhood. This research is a descriptive qualitative research in the form of a case study. Data obtained by means of observation and interviews with parents and teachers. The results of the study are the role of parents in stimulating children's cognitive development, namely as: ( observer, motivator, facilitator, madrasah, and problem server ); the second is the impact of the role of parents on children's cognitive development, namely: children are motivated to study at home, children become more critical, become more active, experience an increase in the achievement of learning outcomes, are able to set goals, and are able to bring up a character of responsibility and self-confidence. Abstract

Rabbit (Oryctogalus cuniculus) is a livestock that has great potential as a pet or ornamental animal, producing meat and skin/hair (Raharjo et al. 2001). The development of rabbit farming in Indonesia has been growing in the community because it is easy to maintain, relatively does not require large capital, the business cycle is relatively fast, produces a variety of products, there are not many competitors, can utilize narrow land and can use agricultural waste as feed. This study aims to analyze the impact of the feed given to rabbits, to analyze what content is in starfruit leaf flour and to facilitate the selection of alternative feeds such as leaves. The research method used was to analyze how the effect of the ratio of regular feeding and using starfruit leaves (Averrhoa carambola L.) on body weight in rabbits (Oryctogalus cuniculus). Abstract

This article aims to know and describe the Role of Parental Education in Organizing Childcare. The method used in this research is a literature study to find out about the Role of Parental Education in Organizing Childcare. Parents have a role to help optimize children's growth and development, so that they can achieve their developmental tasks well. The education level of mothers and fathers is an important factor that influences the parenting style of mothers and fathers. This article is written with the aim of conveying information to readers, so that it can be used as a reference to increase readers' knowledge, and can have an academic impact on the author. Abstract

Each phase of age that the human being undergoes has special characteristics that distinguish it from other phases of growth. The purpose of this study was to find out how influential psychology education is on adolescent education. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely by utilizing sources from previous research and utilizing other sources that are library analysis as the main object of research. The results of this study are the most appropriate learning model in adolescent psychology when facing various problems that relate physical, cognitive, emotional and psychosocial. It takes the role of parents, teachers and the community to recognize their world and provide opportunities to develop within their potential. Like a form of giving rules that are looser but still controlled because they are starting to be independent. Giving praise, appreciation, affection, and growing confidence in interacting with the environment. Confidence here is when a child feels he is capable and dares to be different and holds firm to his principles when what he brings is true. The role of the counseling teacher or counselor is not only focused on helping students with problems, but on assisting all students in developing a variety of potentials, including the development of learning/academic, career, personal, and social aspects.
