Abstract

Performance is measured by the capital adequacy, liquidity and profitability indices, which together paint a picture of the state of a financial organization over a certain period of time both from the aspect of raising funds which can be seen from the indicators of capital held. Managing organizational operations, assisting in decision making, identifying employee training and development needs, providing feedback to employees on how their superiors perceive their performance, and providing a basis for award distribution are all advantages of performance appraisal for management. The purpose of this study is to determine the value of financial reporting in evaluating business performance. Research is useful for businesses because it provides information about the importance of financial statements in evaluating company performance and making decisions in the future. Researchers can learn how important financial reports are to assess the success of this research. This study uses a naturalistic approach, sometimes known as a qualitative approach. This study uses qualitative data, or information that is composed of words, sentences, or diagrams and pictures. The research data comes from secondary sources, or information obtained through documents, existing books, and literature studies. Abstract

Maintenance of human resources is very important for every company, because besides aiming to maintain human resources it can also increase employee dedication, discipline and loyalty. Maintenance of human resources will protect workers from work accidents and maintain harmonious communication between human resources. The type of research used in this research is qualitative type research and the approach used in this research is a deductive approach, where the informants provide explanations about the principles of learning content, then explain them in the form of their application or examples in certain situations. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedures for carrying out the maintenance of human resource management at PT. Tirta Medical Indonesia. From the results of this study it can be seen that PT. Tirta Medical Indonesia has implemented good work maintenance methods and in accordance with the theory of Drs. H. Melayu S. P Hasibuan which includes effective communication between companies and employees, providing fair incentives, paying attention to employee welfare, occupational health and safety and conducting Pancasila industrial relations. The author suggests that PT. Tirta Medical Indonesia must continue to be able to maintain and improve the maintenance of better Human Resources in order to increase employee loyalty and performance. Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems of students who are less able to solve problems. Most students are less able to respond and determine or get solutions to solve the problems they are facing. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Problem Based Learning model on learning science learning outcomes for class Vl SD Karya Bunda private school. This research using experimental research methods. There is a significant difference between the science communication skills of class V1 students who are taught using Audiovisual Media and the science learning outcomes of class V students without using Audiovisual media as evidenced by statistical data showing that the average scores of the two groups are at different averages. keywords: Problem Based Learning, Science, Audiovisual Media.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' creative thinking skills in science subjects with material motion of objects through animated video media. The research method used is the R&D (Research and Development) approach. In this study, data collection techniques were used in the form of media and material expert validation as well as pretest and posttest. The results showed that there was a significant increase in student responses from the results of the pretest and posttest. The average value of the pretest is 60% and the average value of the post test is 81.53%. So it was concluded that the development of animated video media can improve students' creative thinking skills. Keyword: Animation Video Development, Creative Thingking Ability

Abstract

The waste problem is caused by several factors, one of which is the low awareness and concern of the community about waste. The Kepul application is a new breakthrough and innovation that exists as a forum to invite people to care more about health and environmental hygiene through optimizing the buying and selling of waste that can be recycled through the Kepul application. The purpose of this study was to find out the success of the kepul application program in increasing public awareness of environmental health. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and case study research designs and data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The research results obtained are the realization of environmental hygiene and health and being able to increase public awareness through the kepul application program and being able to change people's mindset towards waste. It can be concluded that the kepul implementation team has succeeded in inviting the public to care more about the health and cleanliness of the environment through the kepul application in an effort to increase public awareness of environmental health. Abstract

Cryptocurrency is a virtual currency that has no physical or concrete form and exists in cyberspace. One of several types of crypto money is Crypto Asset. The use of Crypto Assets as a means of payment in online buying and selling transactions has recently become increasingly widespread, even though the government has banned this practice. At the beginning of 2019, the Indonesian government has issued regulations regarding the legalization of Crypto Assets (crypto assets) in Commodity Futures Trading. The dual function of Crypto Asset as a commodity and online transaction exchange tool raises pros and cons among scholars and economists. This study aims to obtain answers regarding cryptocurrencies as a commodity in Indonesia and what are the opportunities for Crypto Assets as subjects in Islamic commodities on the Commodity Exchange. The theory applied is the theory of legal and vanity business transactions in Islam. This research is a literature study and is qualitative in nature. The data analysis technique used is analytical descriptive with a normative juridical Islamic law approach. From this research, the results show that cryptocurrencies can be traded on Islamic commodity exchanges on condition that the state protects this trade under a legal umbrella and issues cryptocurrencies where the price is determined by gold or the country's currency. Crypto Assets cannot be used as commodities in Sharia Derivative Contracts in Indonesia, because Crypto Assets still contain speculation, maysir and are prone to be used for illegal activities. Crypto assets are legally h}aram lighairihi or illegal due to external factors, so they should be avoided. Keywords: Legal Certainty, Crypto Assets, Investment in Islamic Law and Positive Law

Abstract

Clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) is a step that must be taken to achieve optimal health status for everyone. The implementation of PHBS in the mosque environment is one of the efforts to mobilize and empower the administrators and also the congregation of the mosque to live a clean and healthy life. The purpose of this research is to realize the PHBS program at the Tuntungan mosque so that congregations can be productive in caring for health. The method used in this study is qualitative and data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results based on the results of research on cleanliness in the Tuntungan mosque environment are quite clean, but there are still many people who pay less attention to cleanliness and also the condition of the water in the mosque still feels rusty. The conclusion of this study is that there are still many mosque congregations who have not implemented PHBS at the Tuntungan mosque. Keywords: PHBS, Mosque

Abstract

Advocate profession is closely related to advocate organizations as a forum for advocates. Advocate profession is an honorable profession (officium nobile) because it devotes itself to the interests of society, not only for personal gain. One of the roles of an advocate is as a supervisor and guardian of justice. However, when viewed from the implementation and enforcement so far, it is often seen that the advocate's code of ethics is a complement that most advocates pay little attention to. Violations of the code of ethics are often committed by advocates in carrying out their profession and do not even hesitate to carry out these actions openly. If there is a violation of the Code of Ethics, the Advocate Honorary Council has the right to impose sanctions and decide to impose sanctions in accordance with the articles stipulated in the Indonesian Advocate Code of Ethics contained in Article 7 paragraph (1) of the Law on the Indonesian Advocate Code of Ethics. This research is a normative legal research group, namely legal research that uses a type of doctrinal research or also called normative juridical research (legal study research). Abstract

Marketing strategy is a way to create a sustainable competitive advantage for both companies that produce goods and services. Market competition is a major challenge for entrepreneurs. One of the Indonesian batik production industries is located in the village of Wukirsari. The purpose of this research is to analyze the competitive marketing strategy of the global Giliroyo batik industry. In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive method where the data collection technique used was a literature study. According to the survey results, the marketing strategy of the global Jiriroyo tie-dye industry consists of a product strategy, a pricing strategy, a sales promotion strategy and a placement strategy, which are commonly referred to as the 4Ps.
