Abstract

The standard of education in a nation has an effect on its progress. Through interaction between students, educators, and learning resources, education is a teaching and learning activity. The rest is influenced by the community and the environment around it, but these three main factors greatly influence the quality of education. It is hoped that every member of the educational staff and teaching staff will comprehend the significance of educational supervision in the learning process in order to support the improvement of education quality. so that each educator and education staff member can fulfill their supervisory duties in accordance with their rights and authority. It is anticipated that education will produce the nation's next generation with academic and non-academic potential to compete nationally and internationally. In Indonesia, education supervision serves to restore and improve the educational system. However, in practice, educational supervision still suffers from a number of flaws, including supervisors who have not been able to perform their responsibilities to the fullest, a lack of awareness of the significance of educational supervision to the creation of high-quality education, and a lack of infrastructure for educational supervision.. Abstract

The livestock center program is a form of community service, especially for mustahik in Pidie Jaya District, Aceh Province. Distribution of zakat funds to the productive BAZNAS livestock program with the target of turning mustahik into muzaki. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, the results show that the main empowerment activities of the BAZNAS livestock center program include empowering mustahik breeders through utilizing productive assets in the form of livestock and livestock production facilities, initiating and developing institutional business for breeders, building livestock production centers, and building product marketing networks. livestock and their derivatives. Abstract

The goal of this study is to find out how much consumers trust Ms. Glow's beauty products, which has a big impact. This demonstrates that customers consider Ms. Glow's beauty products to be superior to those of rival brands or other brands. The Ms. Glow brand's products, according to customers, are of high quality and have a positive effect on the face when used. The business world always evolves over time, especially the cosmetic or beauty industry, which has become a necessity for every human being, both men and women, according to the explanation of the relationship or influence of brand image with brand loyalty and consumer trust with brand loyalty. The marketing communication strategies in this study start with marketing strategies based on the four Ps—product, price, places, and promotion. the kinds of promotions that were done and how satisfied customers were. The author employs a qualitative approach, and the author of this study employs a qualitative approach to explain the collected data. Abstract

Communication Technology Advancement requires broadcast radio management to have a strategy that is able to cope with intense competition in the middle of the computer era. The presence of radio broadcasts through internet-based on-line to stimulate conventional broadcast radio had to pack to spur meet the needs of listeners. Strategies undertaken in the radio broadcasts follow the trend of technology through radio broadcasts done by conducting research to meet the needs of listeners as a basis for planning the broadcasting format, scheduling programs based segment and timeliness in order to fulfill the needs of listeners. Radio broadcasts via on line to form a new broadcast of programs with the intention to expand the global reach of the listener as konskwensi of radio broadcasting in the era of technology. Broadcast radio capability on line is able to explore the entire universe globally, then the management of broadcast radio still sought listeners if they can overcome technological determination. Broadcast radio manage- ment strategy will continue to evolve in line with advances in technology. Whatever the technological advances of communication occurs when a radio broadcast is properly managed then the radio broadcast at any time until the listener will never be abandoned. Abstract

The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has in fact provided impetus for a country to take 'abnormal' policies to break the chain of COVID-19, and Indonesia is no exception. the method of normative juridical approach, namely an approach to the problem by examining and reviewing an applicable and competent law and regulation to be used as a basis for carrying out problem solving. Legal protection is one of the elements to improve aspects of law enforcement in a country. Of course legal protection is given by the state to its people in order to create stability in any case, including in economic and legal matters. Abstract

This article discusses the practice of field recognition of physical observation at RA Al Fajar. This school is located in a strategic location to support the creation of good teaching and learning activities. RA Al-Fajar is a school that really maintains cleanliness, neatness, and order in carrying out administration in the learning process. There are 6 teachers at RA Al-Fajar, while 11 students are available in one class only. The facilities and infrastructure at this school are very decent and good. The learning and teaching activities are also in accordance with the education units based on the Permendiknas, namely using the learning implementation plan (RPP). This study aims to find out the conditions and circumstances that occur in the field of RA Al-Fajar related to infrastructure and teaching and learning activities. The method in this study is a qualitative research method with observation data collection instruments. The results of this study RA Al-Fajar is a school with very good infrastructure and teaching and learning activities. The infrastructure provided is in accordance with the learning needs of children. The curriculum is implemented in accordance with Permendikbud standards. Abstract

The song with the title "Angel Baby" is considered to cause debate in the midst of society, especially Indonesian society. Because this song is considered to contain LGBT elements because the singer is Troye Sivan who is allegedly gay. Therefore, the author makes the song to be analyzed. According to the writing, the song is quite interesting to research (analyze). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the representation of patriarchal culture in the ‘Yuni’ film. This study uses a qualitative approach with a semiotic approach. Data collection techniques using documentation and observation. Data collection is done by collecting scenes in the film titled ‘Yuni’ that represent patriarchy culture. The data analysis technique used is John Fiske's semiotics which consists of three levels, namely: the level of reality, the level of representation, and the level of ideology. The result of the research shows that ‘Yuni’ film represents patriarchal culture. The analysis in this study was carried out by paying attention to conversations, facial expressions, the environment, to the cinematography used in the scenes in the ‘Yuni' film. There are findings of patriarchal culture shown in the ‘Yuni’ film, namely: a complete division of labor for women and the double burden received by women, restrictions on movement of women in terms of pursuing higher education, sexual exploitation of women, physical violence perpetrated by men against women, and restrictions on movement of women by educational institutions. Suggestions from this study there are still shortcomings in it, therefore there is a need for further in-depth research and developing topics related to the concept of gender presented in the film titled 'Yuni', the interpretations generated by the researchers in this study can be different. further research is needed, and the community is expected to be able to absorb films as a medium for community learning that gender inequality is still common in society. Abstract

The capital market is an organized financial system that brings together shareholders and investors who have a certain period of time, either directly or through intermediaries. The capital market sector is one of the financial services sectors that play an important role in national development. At present, there are many criticisms of capital market dispute resolution caused by many factors related to law enforcement, so that efforts to create an orderly and efficient capital market have not been optimally achieved. In writing this research the method used refers to normative juridical, which contains many juridical reviews from several sources and references to the object under study. Abstract

Pembinaan dan pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah, akademisi, dunia usaha, dan masyarakat. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah terwujudnya desa mandiri ekonomi yang menjunjung tinggi kearifan lokal masyarakat sebagai pelaku partisipatif aktif dalam dinamika pengelolaan dan manajemen usaha produk UMKM. Dengan target khusus yaitu (1) peningkatan sadar usaha masyarakat melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengelolaan dan manajemen usaha produk UMKM masyarakat desa, (2) terwujudnya pengelolaan dan manajemen usaha produk UMKM dan pemasaran produk pelaku UMKM (3) terwujudnya usaha rumah tangga yang dikelola secara mandiri. Metode kegiatan ini adalah metode workshop dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan pada masyarakat melalui pelatihan pengelolaan dan manajemen usaha produk UMKM secara intensif sehingga tercapai seluruh target dan luaran yang diharapkan melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan KKN Tematik. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman dan keterlibatan pelaku usaha UMKM dengan melakukan promosi, perbaikan administrasi, perbaikan kemasan produk dan penjualan melalui online. Selain itu, pelaku usaha UMKM dapat memperoleh pengetahuan cara manajemen usaha yang baik sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat pelaku usaha UMKM.
