Abstract

In the era of increasingly advanced developments, it requires humans to follow developments that occur in order to support life. The development of technology and speed in obtaining information is certainly very influential in activities to improve financial performance, one of which is the development of technology-based businesses. This study aims to determine the effect of the level of risk, benefit, and ease to use on the decision to use use a digital wallet with interest in use as an intervening variable. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and used three independent variables, namely the level of risk (X1), benefit (X2), and ease to use (X3), then there is one dependent variable, namely the decision to use (Y), and one intervening variable, namely interest in using (Z). The samples used were students of the State Islamic University of Nort Sumatera in 2018 as many as 99 samples. The type of data use in this study is primary data by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. While the data analysis techniques used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that (i) the level of risk has a positive and significant effect on interest in use, (ii) usefulness has a positive and significant effect on interest in use, (iii) ease to use has a positive and significant effect on interest in use, (iv) interest in use has a positive effect and significant to the decision to use, (v) the level of risk has no significant effect on the decision to use through interest in use, (vi) benefit has no significant effect on decisions to use through interest in use, (vii) ease of use has a positive and significant effect on decisions to use through interest in use. Interest path analysis was tested to be able to mediate the relationship between the level of risk, benefit, and ease of use on the decision to use a digital wallet. Abstract

High school/ vocational high school students are the target of increasing financial literacy due to the large number of financial and educational institutions that provide insight into financial literacy to the public. This will be related to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) report in 2019 which conducted a survey on financial literacy and inclusion, the results of which showed that the financial literacy index of the Indonesia people increased from 29,7% in 2016 to 38,03% while the financial inclusion indexincreased from 67,8% to 76,19%. SMA/ SMK students are directed to be able to understand financial literacy. Although there are still many high school/ vocantional students who are not good at financial literacy which cause students to be less able to control themselves so they tend to behave consumptively. Therefore, to support the goverment in increasing the financial literacy index, financial literacy training was held for students of SMK Bina Informatika located in South Tangerang. This training will introduce students to various types of investment instruments and how to start a business at a young age. So that students are able to manage their finances and are excited to build a business. Keywords: financial literacy, investment, business

Abstract

Consumptive behavior in buying fashion products for students of the Department of Islamic Economics, State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The informants of this research are students of the Department of Islamic Economics, 2018-2022, who like to shop. included in the category of consumptive behavior. The method of taking is using questionnaires or interviews. All subjects show consumptive behavior when they see good fashion products in front of their eyes. This consumptive behavior occurs initiated by factors that influence the subject's shopping style, namely environmental factors, internal factors, and fashion developments. Subjects buy not because of needs but desires, and subjects tend to often make purchases suddenly. The subject does not think about whether the items at home or at the boarding house still function, are easily tempted or interested in fashion products that other people use, cannot control themselves, and buy because they want to follow the trend. The subject of buying the product is not the priority. This unconscious behavior makes the subject tend to be consumptive in shopping. The impact or effect felt by the subject is wasteful. It is said to be wasteful because the subject spends money to buy something that is not prioritized. Keywords: Consumptive Behavior, Fashion Products

Abstract

This study aims to determine the operations of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in collecting and distributing zakat funds in Pematangsiantar City. This research method uses two approaches, namely quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results of this study indicate that the distribution of zakat funds at the Pematangsiantar BAZNAS office is still in the nature of distributing zakat funds in a consumptive way, namely zakat funds given to mustahiq to be used in meeting the necessities of life as is the case with clothing, food and so on. And these consumptive zakat funds cannot be used as productive zakat funds or the development of zakat funds by means of business, for example, they are only used to fulfill basic needs in daily life. Supporters and obstacles in the collection and distribution of zakat funds are still lacking in facilities, both facilities and human resources who are ready to pick up donors and look for donors, then there is still a lack of awareness of muzakki in fulfilling their zakat obligations. Abstract

Starbucks is a company that is popular among millennial teenagers, although the prices of food and drinks at the Starbucks company are quite expensive, but for some reason Starbucks remains a hangout place for today's millennial youth elite. Starbucks itself sells hot and cold drinks, coffee beans, salads, hot and cold sandwiches, sweet pastries, snacks and items such as glasses and tumblers. Founded in 1971 in Seattle as a local coffee roaster and retailer, Starbucks expanded rapidly. The Starbucks company that is growing rapidly and is very well known among millennial teenagers is the result of a marketing company itself that is able to promote its products well and can raise the image of its own Starbucks products in the eyes of millennial teenagers so that it becomes a favorite place for tongkorongan hits. Abstract

In this study the authors took the title of the implementation of the educational profession in improving the quality of education where the educational profession is an important point in the implementation of improving the competence of teachers to support the quality of education in schools. The educational profession is intended to improve the quality of education for teachers in Indonesia because among the many aspects that support the quality of educational processes and outcomes, the educational profession or educators and education personnel play the most important role in relation to improving the quality of education and educational outcomes. The teacher plays a central role in directing teaching and learning activities and is the vanguard who really determines how the learning process is carried out. "There are no teachers, there is no education, there is no education, there is no economic and social development." In the hands of the teacher, the curriculum, learning resources, facilities and infrastructure as well as the learning climate become something meaningful for students. Therefore, teachers are often be the party to blame when education shows disappointing results, and the quality of teachers is questioned. To avoid this from happening, we need to apply the competence of the teacher education profession. Abstract

This research is based on as one of the challenges of industry 4.0 in the world of education to build learning innovations carried out by Human Resources (HR). In this case, teachers can take advantage of things such as information technology facilities that are growing rapidly in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 so that they can play a role in improving the quality of learning. Education is an effort made by the government to produce the nation's children and produce quality human resources. One of the factors for the creation of quality education is the presence of professional teachers. In this case the teacher has the opportunity to develop themselves widely depending on the willingness, desire and readiness to do so. Improving the ability of teachers to carry out their profession should not be too passive, but also proactive, not waiting for opportunities but looking for opportunities. As if the teacher already has such an attitude, then he will always try to develop himself independently in the progress of the times in line with the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Teachers must be able to master technology to improve the quality of learning and one solution to prepare a competent millennial generation. Therefore, the researchers made SMP IT Al Hijrah 2 Deli Serdang, Medan the object of research to analyze the professional abilities of teachers in using and utilizing technology. Data were collected through qualitative methods, namely by means of observation interviews and documentation. It can be concluded that the teachers of SMP IT Al Hijrah 2 Deli Serdang have mastered and utilized technology effectively and efficiently. Keywords: teacher professionalism, technology, era 4.0.

Abstract

Professionalism itself has not been understood by PAUD because it is not only an intention or desire. His sincerity must be reflected in his actions. PAUD teacher certification provides a positive meaning so that PAUD teachers continue to consistently improve their own professionalism. PGPAUD needs introspection to seek all means to increase the competitiveness of graduates as well as academic products and other services, which are achieved, among others, through improving the quality of education in order to have quality excellence. Abstract

The community service activities carried out aim to make it easier for guests or prospective applicants to get information by improving company services using the Total Quality system (TQS). This activity was carried out at PT. Arina Multikarya Banjarmasin Branch, which is one of the companies engaged in outsourcing and also marketing that promotes consumer goods, also acts as an agency that houses many employees such as BA (Beauty Advisor), BC (Beauty Consultant), SPG (Sales Promotion Girls) , as well as TL (team leader) from certain companies that have worked together or become company partners. In this community service, the methods used are observation methods, sociological empirical approaches, coordinating and arranging what to do, carrying out activities, and evaluating. From the results of the activity, it shows that the guests who come are greatly helped by the layout of the room and the structure of the employees because the guests who come will find a room for employees. Abstract

One of the keys to the growth of the agricultural sector is the level of welfare enjoyed by farmers. The purpose of this study is to find out how the welfare of farmers in North Sumatra will be affected by the price of grain in 2020-2021. In accordance with the research design, quantitative descriptive research will be used to conduct this research. This kind of research is quantitative. That secondary data is used. The Central Bureau of Statistics provides information for this (BPS). The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression Test with SPSS application. The results showed that the probability value. Tcount of the dry milled grain variable (X1) is 0.019 < from 0.05 so that the milled dry grain variable has a significant effect on the farmer's exchange rate variable in 2020-2021. The probability value of Tcount of Harvested Dry Grain (X2) is 0.966 > from 0.05 so that the Harvested Dry Grain variable has no effect on the Farmer's Exchange Rate variable (Y) in 2020-2021. The calculated F probability value (sig.) above is 0.047 < from the 0.05 significance level (0.047 < 0.05). So it can be said that the Variables of Milled Dry Grain and Harvested Dry Unhusked Simultaneously have a significant effect on Farmers' Exchange Rates in 2020-2021. Keywords: Welfare, Grain
