El-Mujtama: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah jurnal ilmiah tentang program dan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai bagian implementasi dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Jurnal ini terbit dua kali setahun setiap Januari dan Juli, dikelola oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM) Institut Agama Islam Nasional (IAI-N) Laa Roiba Bogor. Ruang ingkup naskah yang diterima meliputi isu-isu pengabdian masyarakat dalam bidang: Pendidikan Agama Islam, Manajemen Pendidikan, Pandidikan Guru dan Madrasah, Kominukasi dan Penyiaran Dakwah Islam, Ekonomi Syariah, Keuangan Syariah, Bisnis Syariah, Sosiologi Islam, Literasi dan Kebudayaan Islam, P-ISSN 2746-9794 E-ISSN 2747-2736.

<![CDATA[The quality of education can be achieved by measuring how big the level of success of learning outcomes and achievements obtained by each student. Students who have high achievement are students who have learning motivation and broad knowledge base. By reading, students are expected to have the ability to absorb various knowledge which is mostly conveyed through writing.To get a relationship or correlation between the relationship of one variable with another variable of course required a method in the process of completion. There is a method used by several previous researchers, namely using the association rule method, which is a data mining technique to find associative rules between a combination of items. The algorithm used is a priori which is a step for the process of finding frequent-itemsets by iterating over the data. Where the itemset is the set of items that are in the set processed by the system, while the frequent-itemset shows the itemset that has an occurrence frequency of more than a predetermined minimum value.The objectives of this research are: 1) Build a system that can correlate between learning motivation and interest in reading with student achievement. 2) To find out the minimum support and maximum confidence and the variation between learning motivation and interest in reading and student achievement. 3) To obtain the best rules and produce the latest information. <![CDATA[Electricity is a basic need that greatly influences all community and government activities. Almost all people from the upper to the lower classes, both in the fields of education, government, economics and social, really need a source of electrical energy as a means of supporting activities and productivity. PLN (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that provides services to the community in the provision of electricity. The K-Means algorithm is one of the clustering technique algorithms that starts with random selection, which is the number of clusters that you want to form from the data to be clustered, namely electricity payments. the system made from k-means displays the results of the clustering of electricity payments, namely the pattern of electricity payments whose clusters are up, fixed and down. By utilizing a number of data owned by the agency, it can be grouped using data mining technology. <![CDATA[PT Permodalan Nasional Madani or PNM, is here as a solution to improve welfare through access to capital, assistance and capacity building programs for business actors. Along with business development, in 2016, PNM launched a capital loan service for underprivileged women who are ultra micro business actors through the Fostering a Prosperous Family Economy (PNM Mekaar) program. For this reason, PNM must be more careful and considerate in determining the provision of Mekaar Plus loans. In order not to make mistakes and cause disappointment in the future. So it is necessary to build a system that can be used as a determining and alternative system in determining how to provide Mekaar Plus funds by using a decision support system. This system will be able to make decisions quickly and precisely according to predetermined criteria. So that in the process of giving the blooming funds it can be done more effectively and can reduce the occurrence of errors in the decision-making process. <![CDATA[Micro, small and medium enterprises have a role for the welfare of the community. This sector is able to absorb labor and provide opportunities for MSMEs to develop and compete with companies that tend to use large capital. This research was conducted to find out how the impact that occurred due to the COVID-19 pandemic conditions and how the MSME strategy in improving their marketing capabilities. The object of this activity is UMKM in the field of snack business which is located in Gilang Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo City. The main problem for MSMEs is that in a pandemic like this, their product online marketing is still lacking and the media used is still minimal. Solving this problem can be done by analyzing SWOT and improving online marketing properly. Based on the results of the activity, it can be shown that first, there is an increasing understanding of the importance of technology for business. Second, increasing ability in internet technology management. Third, there is an increase in communication skills for partners in managing websites and social media marketing, namely the ability of partners to communicate products and product brands so that they have a list of regular customers on the website who have the potential to buy products on an ongoing basis.]]>

<![CDATA[Stock Return is the value obtained as a result of investment activities. The expected return is in the form of dividends for stock investments and interest income for investments. Return is the main goal of investors to get results from investments made by investors. Therefore, to be able to find out how much return will be obtained by investors, investors need to predict in order to find out how much return they will get. interest, exchange rate, dividend policy, and inflation on stock returns of banking companies on the IDX in 2016-2020. The sample in this study is 11 banking companies. Purposive sampling method is the method used to determine the sample of this research. The analytical method used is descriptive test, classical assumption test, and multiple regression analysis test using the SPSS application. The results of this study show that the interest rate and exchange rate variables have a positive effect, while dividend and inflation policies have a negative effect on stock returns. <![CDATA[Upaya pencegahan penyebaran virus corona (covid-19), pemerintah menganjurkan untuk menjaga kesehatan melalui: mengurangi resiko dengan mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan air yang mengalir, kurangi kontak langsung, dan menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental. Namun, hal ini ternyata belum disadari sepenuhnya oleh masyarakat. PHBS adalah bentuk perwujudan orientasi hidup sehat. Bertujuan untuk meningkatkan, memelihara, dan melindungi kesehatan baik secara fisik, mental maupun sosial di sekolah, tempat kerja, keluarga dan masyarakat. Manfaat yang didapatkan dalam menerapkan PHBS adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat agar mau dan mampu menjalankan hidup bersih dan sehat. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode sosialisasi dengan memberikan materi dan praktek cara hidup bersih dan sehat kepada siswa. Sebagai tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa kelas 8 SMPN 3 Narmada terhadap Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat. <![CDATA[This study aims to see how the application of group guidance to adolescent self-confidence in Timbang Lawan village, Bahorok Langkat. In the implementation of this research, it was applied to 8 teenagers with an age range of 12-15 years. Data obtained from observations and interviews. The results of observations and interviews were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that there is a problem of low self-confidence in adolescents in the village due to not optimal potential abilities in solving problems or their formal conditions, such as: lack of ability in competition, and intelligence. Based on this, group guidance services were applied so that the results obtained that group guidance services had a positive effect on adolescents in Timbang Lawan Village, Bahorok. <![CDATA[This Community Service (PkM) aims to provide education and guidance to the community about the urgency and strategy of economic empowerment in rural areas through the concept of zakatnomics. Village economic empowerment is needed in realizing the independence of rural communities through the concept of zakatnomics. Education and coaching in this PkM activity was carried out on August 13, 2022 in the Nasol Village Hall, Cikoneng District, Ciamis Regency. The implementation prioritizes collaboration with the Nasol Village Government which consists of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), the Village Zakat Collecting Unit (UPZ), the Village Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and cadres of Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK). The participants of this activity are representatives of small business actors in the Nasol Village area as many as 30 (thirty) people. The topic used as material in this activity is a discussion of how the rural economy can be empowered through the zakatnomics strategy. The potential for economic empowerment in Nasol Village needs encouragement both in terms of capital resources and human resources. One elaboration of the encouragement of capital resources can be applied through optimizing the role of the UPZ institution as an organization formed by the Regency National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) which is authorized to collect Zakat, Infaq and Alms (ZIS) funds and can be authorized in terms of assistance in the distribution of funds. The purpose of this PkM is to provide motivational stimulants and insight to the people of Nasol Village about economic empowerment strategies through integrated programs between Islamic financial practices, namely those sourced from ZIS funds and enthusiasm for economic activities. <![CDATA[Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan mempermudah para tamu atau para calon pelamar dalam mendapatkan informasi dengan meningkatkan pelayanan perusahaan menggunakan Total Quality system (TQS). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di PT. Arina Multikarya Cabang Banjarmasin, yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang outsourcing dan juga marketing yang mempromosikan consumer goods, juga berperan sebagai agensi yang menaungi banyak karyawan seperti BA (Beauty Advisor), BC (Beauty Consultant), SPG (Sales Promotion Girls), maupun TL (team leader) dari perusahaan-perusahaan tertentu yang sudah bekerja sama atau menjadi mitra perusahaan. Pada pengabdian masyarakat ini, metode yang digunakan berupa metode observasi, pendekatan empiris sosiologis, koordinasi serta menyusun kegiatan yang ingin dilakukan, melaksanakan kegiatan, dan evaluasi. Dari hasil kegiatan menunjukkan para pelamar dan tamu yang datang sangat terbantu dengan adanya denah ruangan dan struktur para karyawan karena para tamu yang datang akan mudah menemukan ruangan para karyawan. Dan dengan adanya poster-poster berisikan instruksi yang dipasang pada tempat-tempat tertentu membuat para tamu atau calon karyawan menjadi lebih tertib.]]>

<![CDATA[Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas (PTMT) telah terlaksana dengan ketentuan yang berbeda di setiap daerahnya. SMA Muhammadiyah Cileungsi menerapkan PTMT dengan 50% kapasitas dari ruang kelas secara bergantian. Oleh karena itu, 50 % anak didik akan tetap melaksanakan pembelajaran daring secara bergantian. Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa selama pembelajaran daring maka tim pengmas melaksanakan Pelatihan Pembuatan Video Pembelajaran dengan Doratoon bagi Guru untuk Meningkatan Pembelajaran (pemahaman siswa selama pembelajaran daring). Pengabdian masyarakat tersebut terlaksana sebagai bentuk pengamalan Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi. Selain itu, kegiatan tersebut sebagai bentuk kepedulian tim pengmas Uhamka untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran agar efektif, efesien dan bermakna. Selanjutnya, produk bahan ajar berbentuk video pembelajaran dapat diarahakan untuk terpublikasi di media youtube. Hal tersebut sebagai upaya untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif guna meningkatkan pembelajaran siswa.]]>
