Abstract

This research aims to determine the Model of Teaching Tolerance in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at SMK 35 Jakarta which includes Learning Models, Tolerance, Islamic Religious Education Subjects, Learning Models, Types of Tolerance, What is the Meaning of Islamic Religious Education. Through research using qualitative methods, with a case study design approach. To explore data using observation, interviews and documentation. Next, the results of these techniques are selected according to the research focus. The results found in this research are a form of application of the Tolerance Cultivation Model in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at SMK 35 Jakarta. It is absolutely mandatory to implement tolerance at SMK 35 Jakarta, because material about tolerance is discussed in Islamic religious subjects. The model of developing tolerance in Islamic Religious Education subjects is an approach that aims to shape the character of students who are able to appreciate, respect and practice tolerance between religious communities. This model was developed with the aim of strengthening understanding of religious tolerance in the Islamic context. In this model, the learning approach used is to study Islamic principles which are the basis for tolerance. Students will learn the teachings of the Islamic religion which upholds love, mutual respect and respect for differences in the school. The method used in this model is a combination of students, teacher educators, and independent research. The expected result of this model is that students have a better understanding of the values of tolerance in the Islamic religion. They are expected to be able to apply and carry out the principles of tolerance in their daily lives, both within the school environment and in the wider community. Apart from that, this model is also expected to increase students' understanding and positive attitudes towards people of other religions, thereby creating an atmosphere of harmony and harmony in religious life in society

Abstract

The conclusion of this research is that The implementation of the independent curriculum at SDIT Said Na'um Jakarta is actually at a good stage in its implementation, but it is not yet fully in accordance with the concept of the actual independent curriculum. SDIT Said Na'um is still adapting in implementing this independent curriculum so that the results of the students' understanding at SDIT Said Na'um Jakarta has decreased slightly due to the lack of professional teachers in applying or applying this independent learning curriculum in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. However, with the evaluation of last year's learning, SDIT Said Na'um Jakarta teachers and the school principal and deputy head of curriculum will always try to improve the professionalism of the educators

Abstract

Peran supervisi Pengawas Madrasah sangat mendukung, karena tanpa adanya Pengawas yang ahli profesional maka tidak mungkin juga sebuah Madrasah akan berjalan baik dan bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran supervisi Pengawas dalam meningkatkan kinerja madrasah. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa penerapan peran supervise pengawas dalam meningkatkan kinerja Madrasah pertahun, melakukan penilaian kinerja guru yang diawasi langsung oleh kepala Madrasah. Berdasarkan uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa peranan pengawas sangat strategik di dalam melakukan fungsi supervisi manajerial di madrasah. Sebagai supervisor manajerial, ia dituntut untuk memiliki pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan di bidang manajemen dan leadership sehingga ia dapat memainkan peranan dan fungsinya dalam membantu kepala sekolah/madrasah dalam mengelola sumberdaya sekolah/madrasah secara efisien dan efektif

Abstract

This research aims to describe improving the Al-Qur'an reading skills of MAN 1 Tidore students through student learning motivation. This research uses a survey method with interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the Al-Qur'an reading skills of students at MAN 1 Tidore that a person must master when learning the Al-Qur'an include: tartil, recitations and fluent qiro'at. So the process of learning to read and write the Qur'an is related to reading skills by presenting several levels or possession of adequate mastery of tajwid knowledge, in terms of makhorijul letters, shifatul letters, ahkamul letters, ahkamul mad wal qasr, ahkamul waqaf wal ibtida. The general situation/picture regarding student learning motivation at MAN I Tidore has improved with the implementation of collaboration between student guardians, class teachers, teaching teachers through tutoring services planned by teaching teachers as student supervisors at MAN 1 Tidore. With this form of tutoring service, students are given knowledge, coached and guided to become knowledgeable students with morals. Efforts to improve Al-Qur'an reading skills through learning motivation at MAN 1 Tidore, namely through habituation, giving grades or prizes, communication carried out on both sides, between the ustadz and parents, and providing guidance

Abstract

Competition in the world of education is currently increasing, one of which is at the university level, both private and public. Factors that inhibit a person's interest in continuing to college are the high cost of education, the interest in learning and academic achievement obtained by students, and the lack of maximum socialization of higher education to students in schools. The purpose of this study is to understand how the methods and obstacles of promotional campaigns at UNIS Tangerang. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and will be studied with the theory of integrated marketing communication (IMC) which has several indicators, namely, Advertising, Direct Marketing, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Events & Experiences, and Personal Selling. This study found that the promotion team of Syekh-Yusuf Islamic University Tangerang has implemented all indicators of the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) theory. The conclusion of this study shows that the implementation carried out by the promotion team of Syekh-Yusuf Islamic University Tangerang in the application of marketing communication, namely the most effective of all indicators is Sales Promotion

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence between interpersonal communication on customer loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tanah Tinggi, and measure the extent of the role or relationship of interpersonal communication on customer loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tanah Tinggi. This type of research is correlational with a quantitative approach. The results of the study were obtained through hypothesis testing using the t test and obtained the results of a significant influence between interpersonal communication on the loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia customers with the results of the calculation of r count (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05 so that it was confirmed that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Then the correlation between variable X (Interpersonal Communication) to variable Y (Customer Loyalty) can be seen from the results of the Spearman Rank correlation test which shows a value of 0.693 with a significance of 0.000> 0.05, it can be concluded that the strength of the correlation is 69.3% and has a positive and strong relationship

Abstract

Nowadays, the development of various business fields is very rapid because of the increasingly advanced and developing development. The purpose of the rapid development of this era is to pamper and satisfy consumers so that the needs of consumers are met in today's modern lifestyle. One of the branches of the economy that is growing rapidly today is the property industry. The purpose of this study is to find out marketing communication in property sales at ElitePro Tangerang in an effort to increase sales in 2024 and to find out the obstacles faced by ElitePro Tangerang in an effort to increase property sales in 2024. This research method uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. The results of this research are that ElitePro products are property agent services that help market secondary and primary units. The property prices offered by ElitePro are very diverse. In determining the location of the marketing place, ElitePro conducts research and analysis of regional trends that are viral or that are widely liked by its target market. ElitePro promotes the property through social media, advertising on the portal, placing banners, and following up customers. ElitePro has obstacles in marketing property, including the number of competitors engaged in the field of property agents, lack of speed in marketing properties that are going viral, lack of strategic property units, too high prices, expensive digital advertising costs, and lack of discipline in managing working time for marketing

Abstract

This research reveals about madrasa management which can be interpreted as everything related to the management of the educational process to achieve predetermined goals, both short, medium and long term goals. The aim of this research is to determine the management of Ibtidaiyah madrasas in improving the quality of education, including: (1) Madrasah program planning; (2) Implementation of the Ibtidaiyah madrasah program and (3) Obstacles it faces. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection techniques are carried out through interview guidelines, observation guidelines and documentation studies. The research subjects were the head of the Ibtidaiyah madrasa and teachers at MI Al-Muhajirien Bekasi. The results of the research found: (1) Planning for the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah program includes: teaching programs, including: the need for teachers, division of teaching duties, procurement of textbooks, learning tools and teaching aids, procurement or development of madrasah Ibtidaiyah laboratories, procurement or development of libraries Ibtidaiyah madrasah, learning outcomes assessment system, and curricular activities; (2) Implementation of the Ibtidaiyah madrasah program, namely the strategy implemented to achieve an increase in the quality of education, including: program socialization, SWOT analysis, problem solving, quality improvement, and monitoring and evaluation of school program implementation; and (3) Obstacles in planning the Ibtidaiyah madrasah program, including lack of community participation and economic difficulties so that their support for school management is also low. It is hoped that supervisors will be able to direct and supervise the head of the Ibtidaiyah madrasah in improving the quality of education regarding the planning of the Ibtidaiyah madrasah program, implementation of the program and the obstacles they face in an appropriate, effective and efficient manner so that the quality of education in the Ibtidaiyah madrasah can be improved

Abstract

Melihat kenyataan di lapangan bahwa kemampuan peserta didik bervariasi tetapi kecerdasan tersebut dapat diupayakan agar lebih meningkat dengan adanya proses belajar. Kita semua mengakui bahwa salah satu faktor keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran adalah faktor kemampuan guru dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran. Kegiatan pembelajaran yang efektif tidak muncul dengan sendirinya tetapi guru harus menciptakan situasi belajar yang kondusif yang memungkinkan peserta didik mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan secara optimal. Seperti halnya yang terjadi pada pembelajaran di awal Semester-1 Tahun Ajaran 2016-2017 di kelas XI SMK Negeri 58 Jakarta Timur. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran mata pelajaran Kerja Bangku dan Kerja Mesin dengan materi pokok “Fungsi Peralatan Kerja Bangku dan Mesin”, dari 20 peserta didik kelas XI hanya 6 anak yang mendapatkan nilai di atas 70 atau setara dengan 25% peserta didik yang mampu menguasai materi. Melalui hasil temuan refleksi dan diskusi dengan teman sejawat, pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan sudah menunjukkan kemajuan. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan meningkatnya penguasaan dan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap mata pelajaran. Hasil dari perbaikan mata pelajaran kerja bangku dan kerja mesin dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil nilai evaluasi peserta didik. Dari 20 peserta didik pada siklus I hanya ada 3 peserta didik yang mendapatkan nilai di atas 70 atau setara dengan 46,5%. Pada siklus II perbaikan pembelajaran terdapat 4 peserta didik yang mendapat nilai di atas 70 atau setara dengan 58,5%, dan pada siklus III peserta didik yang mendapat nilai di atas 70 sebanyak 20 peserta didik atau setara 79%.

Abstract

Dalam dunia proses belajar mengajar, yang disingkat menjadi PBM kita kenal sebagai: " metode jauh lebih penting dari materi". Betapa pentingnya metode dalam proses pendidikan dan pengajaran, dan sebuah proses belajar mengajar bisa dikatakan tidak berhasil bila dalam proses tersebut tidak menggunakan metode. Karena metode menempati posisi ke dua terpenting setelah tujuan dari sederetan komponen pembelajaran yaitu meliputi: tujuan, metode, materi dan evaluasi. Beberapa usaha dalam rangka menciptakan kondisi yang efektif dan kondusif, salah satunya adalah kecekatan dari seorang guru dalam memilih sebuah metode dan pendekatan emosional terhadap siswa. Untuk itu seorang guru bukan hanya dituntut untuk bisa menguasai bebarapa metode dan pendekatan emosional yang akan di tetapkan saja, tetapi guru juga harus bisa menguasai teknik pengelolaan kelas, terampil mengajar, pemanfaatan sumber belajar, menguasai emosional siswa, penguasaan kondisi kelas dan sebagainya. Teknik pengelolaan kelas dan penguasaan emosional siswa, biasanya sangat tergantung pada metode pengajaran guru di saat kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung. Jika guru kurang jeli dalam memilih metode mengajar, maka akan menimbulkan kondisi yang jenuh, membosankan, monoton, dan kurang direspon oleh siswa. Oleh karena itu, untuk menghindari keadaan seperti itu, aka harus diambil sebuah solusi dengan menerapkan sebuah metode yang sekiranya dapat mengantisipasi demi tercapainya tujuan belajar. Dalam penerapan metode ceramah, guru bukan hanya membuat para siswa pasif, melainkan guru membeimbing siswa untuk selalu aktif bertanya maupun menjawab pertanyaan. Karena dalam penerapan metode ceramah ini di selingi juga dengan metode Tanya jawabdan penugasan. Penerapan metode ceramah dalam menarik perhatian siswa dan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami materi teori islamisasi ternyata cukup efektif dan efisien dan dapat juga di ketahui dari hasil Pre Tes dan Post Tes dan hasil Ulangan Blok yang telah dilaksanakan
