Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of conflict management strategies on teamwork performance. Conflict can happen to anyone and anywhere regardless of status, income and position. Someone who is not able to manage conflict will boomerang on his own performance and ultimately affect the company's performance. Thus, a conflict management strategy is needed as an effort to create good performance for individual employee performance and team performance. The results of the study prove that the hypothesis which states that conflict management strategies have a positive and significant effect on teamwork performance is accepted. This explains that conflict management strategies can contribute to teamwork performance through the ability of employees to accommodate ideas from co-workers, the ability to avoid differences of opinion by maintaining feelings and maintaining communication relationships, and collaborating on work methods. Suggestions for this research should be to improve conflict management strategies such as competing strategies at work by providing opportunities for other colleagues to use their expertise in making decisions and finding solutions to work completion.

Abstract

The poultry sector has grown quickly over the past three decades. This has led to increased use of antibiotics as both medicinal and growth-promoting drugs. Concerns about the emergence of antibiotic resistance in bacterial populations, the presence of antibiotic residues in poultry products, and the increasing consumer demand for products free of antibiotic residues have accelerated the search for alternatives that could replace antibiotics without causing a loss in productivity or product quality. These alternatives to antibiotics in chicken include the use of organic acids, probiotic microorganisms, prebiotic substrates that encourage the establishment of beneficial bacterial populations, or symbiotic (combinations of prebiotics and probiotics), which boost production and maintain bird health. Phytobiotics, antimicrobial peptides, herbal medications, vitamins and minerals, and plant extracts are more examples. Probiotic organisms compete with pathogenic organisms for colonization sites in the gastrointestinal tract, redirect fewer nutrients to harmful microorganisms and the toxins they produce, and stimulate the immune system. Prebiotics also present an option since they change the immune system and intestinal microorganisms to prevent pathogens from colonizing the gut and to promote the growth of healthy microflora. However, further research is required to select probiotic, prebiotic, or synbiotics either alone or in combination that can result in the selection of strains capable of functioning well in the gastrointestinal system. Using synbiotics is still a preferable method for improving poultry production. Researchers can utilize the information in this review to further their understanding of antibiotic alternatives for poultry birds without sacrificing the welfare or performance of the birds.

Abstract

The physical form of documents has changed a lot, previously documents can only be used if they have been printed, now documents can also be used in digital form only. However, along with the change in the physical form of the document, it also does not close the crimes that occur, such as falsifying documents, especially in the ratification or signing section. The digital document validation process combines digital document signing techniques with cryptographic algorithms, the cryptographic algorithm used is the Base64 algorithm. By combining the Base64 cryptographic algorithm and MD5 hashing, it is hoped that a method will be created to validate secure digital documents while maintaining the C.I.A (Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability) aspects in the world of cryptography. Henceforth, the result of this final project is the creation of a digital platform or website that functions to validate digital documents by combining Base64 cryptographic techniques and MD5 hashing algorithms as data security protection. This document validation application has features such as user management, input, edit, delete, and the main features of document validation with a success rate of 100% from black box testing and white box testing. As for the performance test, the fastest time is when the system deletes data, with an average time of 0.14s, while the longest time is when the system updates data, with an average time of 0.70s.
