Abstract

This study is aimed at identifying the variables of the Indonesian Port Integration (Inaportnet) System Performance Based on the Piece Framework Variables in 2021. The built model includes explanations. Six independent variables (independent) and one dependent variable (dependent). Variables that have positions as independent variables are performance, information and data, economy, control and security, efficiency, and service. The variable that acts as a variable is user satisfaction. Data analysis was performed using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis approach. The data used are primary, quantitative, and cross-sectional data. The data were collected from 80 respondents by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale with five answer choices. Data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS application. The results of testing variables, namely performance, and economics, show that there is a significant influence on the user satisfaction variable, while for the variables, information and data, control and security, efficiency, and service do not have a significant effect on the user satisfaction variable, it is evident from the results of the T test where the performance variable, and economics showed a significant level less than 0.05, and was positive for user satisfaction, and the information and data, control and security, efficiency, and service showed variables a significant level greater than 0.05 , and declared no positive effect on user satisfaction

Abstract

Stunting management and prevention programs generally use specific nutrition intervention approaches and sensitive nutrition interventions. Several studies have shown that interventions that are effective in reducing the prevalence of stunting are still limited, although a lot of data captures and reveals the sub-focuses on nutrition, food security and WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene), PMT, multi-sectoral approaches and health promotion programs but so far this has not been enough. obtain definite information regarding the prevention and treatment of stunting. On the other hand, studies related to capacity implementation, especially those carried out by several government agencies in an integrated manner, have not shown a reduction in the prevalence of stunting. Efforts to reduce the prevalence of stunting in the form of collaborative governance are very strategic considering that the synergy (government, private sector and the community) is needed when a specific nutrition intervention approach or a nutrition-sensitive intervention is carried out. Organizationally, currently efforts to prevent and treat stunting in East Flores Regency are marked by the formation of the Task Force: Convergence, Synergy, Collaboration to Accelerate Stunting Reduction which is a Task Force (collaborative governance) consisting of bureaucratic and non-bureaucratic elements. The entire observation includes all agencies that are members of the Stunting Handling Convergence Task Force. Interviews were conducted using a structured interview list with designated OPD leaders and staff; interview with street level implementation. Furthermore, observations were made at the Posyandu activity location. The collected data are then categorized and analyzed according to the research objectives. The results showed that the collaborative governance model for the prevention and treatment of stunting showed significant results, namely a decrease in the number of stunting by 2% (previously it was 22% to 20%); This fact is mainly supported by the optimal performance of the Stunting Convergence Task Force.

Child marriage is one of the serious problems faced by Bondowoso Regency. As a district with the lowest economic level and high child marriage rates, the quality of life and generations in Bondowoso Regency are threatened and vulnerable because of socio-economic problems such as poverty and high divorce rates, health problems such as increased maternal and child mortality, increased stunting rates, and malnutrition. One of the villages in Bondowoso which has problems with child marriage is Mengen Village. To overcome these problems, the Department of Social Affairs of Bondowoso which focused on the empowerment of women and protection for children (P3AKB) launched the Women's School program to improve the quality of life or Sekolah Perempuan Peningkatan Kualitas Hidup (SEKOPER PKH) which aims to improve the quality of PKH (Program Keluarga Harapan, Government Incentive Program) beneficiaries. SEKOPER PKH has been up and running since 2018 and focuses on household financial management. The presence of a community development grant scheme by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LP2M) University of Jember can help solve the problem of child marriage in Bondowoso. The approach used to solve this is the grounded method with the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method to collect data and evidence as the basis for preparing textbooks and modules. After the module and reference book has been published, the team will conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) to improve the ability of teaching for voluntary teachers. Abstract

Controlling the cost and time of project implementation is important in a project management process. In this research, a value engineering analysis will be carried out on the Ampelsari Reservoir construction plan to determine the most effective and cost-efficient alternative construction design. The application of value engineering to determine the amount of construction cost savings with a work plan includes: Information Stage, Creative Stage, Analysis Stage, and Recommendation Stage. The results of the value engineering analysis in this study obtained construction cost savings of Rp. 1,624,162,703.65 or 6.16% of the total initial design cost, with alternative designs selected in 3 (three) types of work, on Spillway Work with K-225 Reinforced Concrete and Cyclop Concrete work items (A3), on Gate Valve House Work with Concrete Rebate and U-Ditch 30 x 30 work items (B3), on Reservoir Work with HDPE Pipe work items dia. 2.5" (C2). 2.5" (C2)
