Abstract

There are differences in the results of the implementation of Innakesda policy in the regions carried out by the Regional Government. There are local governments that have succeeded in implementing this policy and there are also local governments that have not succeeded in doing so. The analysis was conducted to see the success of Innakesda policy implementation from the dimensions of actors, content, context and processes in local financial management. The location of the research was carried out in one of the areas that successfully implemented the Innakesda policy, namely South Tangerang City. The conclusion of the study provides an illustration that there are situational context factors in handling the pandemic that rely on the role of health workers as the frontline, structural factors on the principle of decentralization of local government administration and cultural factors. Innakesda policy content in the harmonization of regulations and various efforts to evaluate policy implementation is also carried out by the central government and the results are used as input in making improvements to policy content to accelerate the realization of Innakesda in the South Tangerang City. The Political Will of the Mayor of South Tangerang is a key role in Innakesda policy implementation process in managing regional finances from the planning and budgeting stages through integration and coordination of refocusing and budget reallocation while maintaining conformity/alignment of achieving RPJMD targets and staying focused on the COVID-19 handling program. In the implementation and administration stages, the South Tangerang Government pays attention to the principles of order and compliance in regional financial management supported by a smart reporting system using technology for the Planning, Budgeting and Reporting Management Information System (SIMRAL).

Abstract

The bureaucratic simplification policy is a direct direction from the President and that policy was the first policy which changed structure massively form structure to functional. Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform as a pilot project for that policy implementation. This research aims to know The Policy Implementation of Simplification Bureaucracy For Performance Improvement in The Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform and whats is the problems that opportunities and challenges the policy implementation of Simplification bureaucracy for Performance Improvement and what is the ideal model for Bureaucratic Simplification and then find what is the ideal models for optimize policy implementation. This research focuses on functional officers who were transferred from structural officers to functional) and locus in the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform. Research design uses qualitative with description approach. The object of this research is a number of 141 officer structure which transferred to functional (52 from echelon 3 and 89 echelon from 4). Data is obtained by using interview, observation and documentation study from 35 informants . Primary data that was obtained by interview and processed with analyzes on theory Policy Implementation by Edwards George III 1980, Theory and Simplification Bureaucracy with Guollart & Kelly with Development Organization Theory and for increasing performance using Cascio Theory 1992. All primary data especially from interview put in to coding with each informant as formulation regulator (Echelon I), implementor (echelon II) and target group (functional from echelon 3 and 4), but cause of the covid situation, part of officers work from home, I do less observation but do in deep interview via zoom. The result finds that the implementation policy of simplification bureaucracy has not optimize yet in accordance with the goals and objectives or has not brought significant changes especially in increasing performance. To do implementation for this policy needs another policy (lack of policy) especially for reward and punishment, performance appraisal, work mechanism) and changed culture organization (mindset and culture set).

Abstract

This study intends to determine the method of developing the values of independence of the students of Mu'Inul Islam Kubu Raya Islamic boarding school. This type of research is qualitative research, with primary data sources, namely data obtained directly from the object of research, namely the Mu'Inul Islam Kubu Raya boarding school and secondary data sources in the form of articles and research reports) and interviews. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive analytical methods. The results showed: the Islamic boarding school method in developing the independence values of Mu'Inul Islam Kubu Raya students is based on the philosophy of gusjigang (a good boy, good character, good at reciting the Koran, good at trading) Sunan Kudus, the process is carried out using observation methods, practical methods, theoretical studies, motivation, facilitation, and exemplary. It can be seen from an Islamic economic perspective, the method for developing the values of independence of students at the Mu'Inul Islam Kubu Raya Islamic boarding school is taken from the values of Islamic teachings about entrepreneurship contained in the Koran, hadith and the life practices of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. the process is carried out using observation methods, practical methods, theoretical studies, motivation, facilitation, and exemplary. Abstract

The process of communication and social interaction creates a tendency for a speaker to take advantage of the potential of language variations. One of the language variations is in the form of code switching and code mixing to maintain togetherness in the community. Code switching and code mixing are changes in the use of certain languages ​​or varieties of language to other languages. This study aims to describe certain forms of code switching and code mixing that are found in buying and selling activities in the market as well as the determining factors that influence the occurrence of code switching and code mixing. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative, which is located in the Songgolangit market, Ponorogo Regency. The data in this study are in the form of the use of language by sellers and buyers in the Songgolangit market during buying and selling transactions. For this reason, the form of the data is in the form of oral data. Oral data obtained from observations on buying and selling activities. The in-depth interviews with informants were carried out after the transaction took place. Data collection was carried out using the listening and speaking technique, recording techniques, note-taking techniques, and in-depth interviews. The conclusion is that the form of code switching that appears in buying and selling transaction activities is a form of language conversion from Javanese into Indonesian. Meanwhile, the form of code mixing that appears is in the form of code mixing from Javanese and Indonesian. The use of Javanese appears to be dominant in code switching and code mixing. The determinants that stand out influencing code-mixing and code-switching are the habits of speakers, speech partners, the presence of third speakers, certain topics and situations of conversation and the ability to use language based on the level of education of both sellers and buyers

Abstract

One of the infrastructure developments in the region that will soon be implemented is the construction of the Jati Weir rehabilitation construction project which is the main dam in the Madiun Irrigation Area (DI SIM) Main Channel in Magetan Regency. In order to maximize the results of cost and time, it is necessary to have a flexible technique or management in the work of this project. The method used to determine alternative types of construction that are efficient and effective in terms of cost and time is the application of Value Engineering in the Jati Weir rehabilitation planning work. Then to get the most effective and efficient time needed for the construction of the rehabilitation of the Jati Weir is done by analyzing the needs of time, labor and tools and the results of the analysis are included in the preparation of a work schedule with the help of Microsoft Project Manager 2021 software. The results of the Value Engineering analysis are the work items that can be done are the still pond items; The existing construction is a random pile of concrete blocks in the form of 1x1x0.5 m blocks with alternatives given to replace the existing construction are 1000 kg tetrapod concrete blocks and 1000 kg dolos concrete blocks; the selected alternative is 1000 kg dolos concrete blocks with a manufacturing and installation cost of Rp. 16,239,115,273.27. 16,239,115,273.27; The cost value of making and installing 1000 kg of dolos concrete blocks is reduced by Rp. 6,252,816,421.53 from the existing construction value; The overall total cost changes from Rp. 62,420,557,268.77 (excluding VAT/VAT) to Rp. 56,167,740,847.24 (excluding VAT/VAT) after Value Engineering. For the implementation schedule plan, the time for Preparatory Work takes a total of 42 working days and for the Jati Weir Rehab Work takes a total of 185 working days. The work is planned to start from March 01, 2023 and end on November 29, 2023.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out about conflict in negotiations. Organizational conflict is a difference of opinion or contradiction between two or more individuals or groups or work units in an organization because they have to share their limited resources in work activities, and the facts they have different goals, values, perceptions and interests. Internal conflict is often seen as a common event that is also faced by organizational leaders. Handling conflict requires a creative process that expects positive results, namely solutions and good relations between the two parties. Qualitative approach is a type of research that aims to analyze in depth a phenomenon related to the research focus to be explored. The sources used are primary and secondary data. Research results negotiation is a process in which two or more parties who have similar or contradictory interests meet and talk to reach an agreement. Conflict always arises when one person's point of view is different from that of others. In order for conflicts to provide optimal benefits and to reduce negative impacts, conflicts can be managed by preventing and handling conflicts so that the goals and objects of negotiation can be achieved. If there is no way in negotiations, it can be proposed to use delays to give time for both parties to think repeat and meditate according to the difficult situation. This delay does not mean postponing negotiations, but rather provides an opportunity when tensions escalate and this delay must be used by both parties and not used to avoid conflict.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has now touched various domains that are able to change conventional methods into modern ones. As an example of technological developments in student learning media which are now varied and creative, such as the application of learning through educational-themed games. The game contains content in the form of interesting and interactive learning materials with the aim of being able to increase student interest in learning and form a fun learning environment. This study used the research and development (R&D) method with the aim of implementing a design game with the theme of educating mathematics subjects at the VIII grade level of junior high school in the distance learning process. The results of the study, namely educational game learning media, met the validity criteria with an average proportion obtained from expert validators of 85.94% and included in the "very valid" category. Educational game learning media also meet the practical criteria with an average proportion of results obtained from filling out student response questionnaires of 87.5% and are included in the "very practical" category.

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 at this time requires companies to interact directly with the global market. The intense global competition we are facing includes the economic sector which is growing rapidly accompanied by technological developments. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the factors that influence earnings quality. the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, the United States Stock Exchange and the Singapore Stock Exchange. Data collection used a purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 52 with a quota of 13 samples for each country. The independent variables of this study are Leverage and Profitability, the dependent variable of this study is Earnings Quality. The results showed that the Leverage and Profitability variables had no effect on earnings quality in all categories of this study, while Size Companies were able to moderate the effect on earnings quality in Indonesia and Malaysia.

Abstract

This research is to describe the duties and responsibilities of the Bengkulu Province PAUD and Dikmas Development Center (BP PAUD) which must be carried out by tutors and teachers, namely, the development of learning models. The Bengkulu Province PAUD and Dikmas Development Center (BP PAUD) has created a development product entitled social-financial learning through Audio Visual for Non-Formal PAUD Children and Basic Education to support children's learning from home. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods, data collection techniques use interview techniques, observation and documentation, data validation techniques use time triangulation techniques, subject triangulation and technical triangulation, the subjects in this study are Non-Formal PAUD managers and Basic Education managers who implement development the Daily Learning Implementation Plan (RPPH) model in Non-Formal PAUD and Basic Education. To ensure the benefits of the model development product by the manager, this research was carried out. The purpose of this study was to find out the benefits of teaching materials about financial social learning strategies in the Daily Learning Implementation Plan (RPPH), namely to help educators and students focus on learning in accordance with the teaching materials that have been provided, and the benefits of financial learning activities through Audio Visual for PAUD Children Non-formal and Basic Education in the Daily Learning Implementation Plan (RPPH), namely to support learning from and make the implementation of learning more focused, directed because it takes advantage of children's hearing and sight so that children become interested and active in learning while the benefits of RPPH content are about Audio Visual learning for identity because in the RPPH there are already themes and sub-themes, another benefit of the Daily Learning Implementation Plan (RPPH) is to make the implementation of learning more focused and directed, especially for Non-formal PAUD Children and Basic Education

Abstract

This study aims to determine job satisfaction as a predictor of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in employees of PT. X in Cirebon. The population in this study amounted to 31 people who were also the sample in this study also taken using total sampling technique. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees of PT. X in Cirebon. The value of the determinant coefficient obtained is 13%, which means that job satisfaction contributes 13% to the OCB of employees of PT. X in Cirebon. The magnitude of the influence is indeed relatively small, namely 13% but this finding can still confirm that in general the employees of PT. X in Cirebon, OCB can be built with or in conjunction with job satisfaction
