Abstract

The Law on the Position of Notaries does not regulate the existence of criminal sanctions for the actions of notaries. This does not absolve the notary from criminal liability. Notaries can be held criminally liable if their actions contain a criminal element, where the relevant Notary can be summoned by the Notary Honorary Council. The problem is how to apply legal sanctions to a notary who falsifies the deed transferring land rights in Supreme Court Decision Number 139 k/PID/2016? And what is the responsibility of the Notary who falsified the deed of transferring land rights in Supreme Court Decision Number 139 K/PID/2016? The research method used is normative juridical. The results of the research are that the Notary concerned cannot be held responsible when elements of fraud and error are committed by the parties, because the Notary only records what is conveyed by the parties to be included in the deed, this is often known as partij deed. False information submitted by the parties is the responsibility of the parties. This means that a notary is only responsible if the fraud originates from the wishes and/or desires of a notary. In the UUJN which regulates sanctions for violations committed by a notary, the deed made by a notary does not have the power of an authentic deed but only has the power of a private deed. In relation to the actions of notaries who commit criminal acts of forgery of deeds or criminal acts of false statements committed by parties, the UUJN does not specifically regulate criminal provisions because they are based on the principle of legality which are the principles in the Criminal Code.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of environmental performance, profitability and emission volume in increasing the spread of carbon emissions by moderating company size. This research uses quantitative methods with causality and the data methods used in this research are descriptive statistics, panel data regression, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination using Eviews 12. The population of this research is mining sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia from 2019 to 2022. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method, with a sample size of 20 so that the total observations in this study were 78 observations. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data collection method uses the documentation method via the official website www.bei.co.id Hypothesis testing uses the t test. Based on the results of panel data linear regression, it shows that the influence of environmental performance with carbon emission disclosure explains that environmental performance is the company's ability to create a green and clean environment. In accordance with legitimacy theory, social relations between companies and society require companies to comply with norms that apply in society, one of which is by protecting the environment, if the company wants to gain legitimacy from society. Then company size can moderate the influence of environmental performance and emission volume on carbon disclosure. The reason company size moderates environmental performance on the disclosure of carbon emissions is that the higher the level of assets of a company, the greater or greater the disclosure of social information made by the company. So it provides a commitment to the interests of the company but must provide benefits to its stakeholders. So that partial profitability has no effect on carbon emissions disclosure, while the volume of carbon emissions has an effect on carbon disclosure.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the interaction between Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) and zeolite fly ash (FA) from coal and their impact on soybean productivity in Podzolic soil. The study was conducted in Aur Sakti Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency, and the Soil Science Laboratory and Plant Ecophysiology Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau, over a four-month period from March to June 2022. The experiment employed a completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors: FA zeolite doses (Z0-Z3) and AMF doses (M0-M2). The results of the study indicate that the interaction of AMF Glomus sp or Gigaspora sp at 10 g per plant with FA zeolite at a dose of 1.5 g per plant enhances plant growth and soybean yield most optimally. FA zeolite at a dose of 1 g per plant also effectively improves soybean yield in terms of the weight of 100 seeds. Specifically, the application of FA zeolite at a dose of 1.5 g per plant yields the best results in terms of plant height, number of productive branches, flowering and harvesting age, number of seeds per plant, weight of seeds per plant, and weight of 100 seeds, compared to treatments without zeolite, with zeolite FA doses of 0.5 and 1 g per plant. The application of AMF Glomus sp and Gigaspora sp, each at 10 g per plant, also enhances the growth and yield of soybeans compared to treatments without AMF.
