Results: The results showed that the examination of the number of leukocytes with the HA tool had an accuracy of 99.45% and a precision of 98.49%, while for the evaluation of the Levey-Jennings graph with the westgard rule at the normal level control, there was a rule of 12s on day 3 and 13s on day 6. Six sigma analysis shows that the performance of the tool for examining the number of leukocytes is at world class level with an average sigma value of 12.42. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the regulation and implementation of the right to education in the constitution with a focus on the perspective of constitutional law. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, examining the Indonesian constitution as well as international comparisons with countries that have advanced education systems such as Finland and Japan. The results show that although the right to education is recognized in the constitution, its implementation in Indonesia still faces various challenges, including unequal access to and quality of education. The Constitutional Court has an important role in upholding this right through significant decisions. International case studies provide insights into best practices that can be adopted to strengthen the national education system. The proposed policy recommendations include increased budget allocations, continuous training for teachers, equitable development of education infrastructure, enforcement of anti-discrimination policies and increased collaboration between the government, communities and the private sector. This research makes an important contribution in understanding the dynamics of constitutional law related to the right to education and offers solutions to improve its implementation in Indonesia.

Abstract

Akad mudarabah is one of the financial products that is often used in Islamic banking, where the bank acts as the owner of capital (rabb al-maal) and the customer as the business manager (mudarib). Most of the research tends to focus on certain models of the mudarabah contract without developing a more comprehensive and adaptive model to market dynamics and Islamic banking regulations. There is a need for the development of more holistic models that can be flexibly implemented in a variety of conditions. This research will not only enrich the academic literature on the Mudarabah contract, but also make a practical contribution to the Islamic banking industry, especially in terms of optimizing these financial products to achieve broader Islamic economic goals

Despite this, the marine tourism attractions in Polewali Mandar continue to attract visitors due to their promising locations and scenic views. However, overall satisfaction with reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness is moderate, indicating there is room for improvement in service delivery at these tourism sites.
