Abstract

In this study, data were collected from various relevant studies and analyzed in relation to the patterns of vitamin D consumption among subjects experiencing hair loss. Vitamin D plays a crucial role in the process of cell regeneration and the regulation of the hair growth cycle. As a result, a deficiency in this vitamin can contribute to conditions like alopecia. Using a literature review research method, information sources were obtained from academic databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and JSTOR. The collected data were analyzed to identify common patterns, study conclusions, and variability in results. This review indicates a significant association between vitamin D deficiency and increased hair loss, as well as the potential benefits of vitamin D supplementation in individuals with this deficiency.

This type of research is a cross-sectional approach using medical record data. An affordable population of research is stable coronary heart disease patients who underwent coronary angiography at Dr. M. Djamil Padang Hospital in 2021-2022 with 52 samples using consecutive sampling techniques. Univariate analysis is displayed in the frequency distribution and average distributions while bivariate analysis is performed using the rank spearman test. The results showed that most coronary artery disease patients are men ≥ 45 years (53.8%) and women ≥ 55 years (26.9%), the majority of patients are men (59.6%), 67.3% of patients do not have a family history, the average systolic blood pressure is 152.42 mmHg, the average diastolic blood pressure is 85.98 mmHg, the average gensini score is 63.33. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes through guided discovery learning. The research approach used is qualitative Classroom Action Research. The research was carried out with the following steps: conducting problem analysis, literature study, research implementation, data analysis, conclusions and reporting. The subjects of this study were one class of accounting study program students totaling 33. The results of the study showed that by using guided discovery learning, the number of students who obtained a minimum passing grade in the second cycle increased compared to the number of students who obtained a minimum passing grade in the first cycle. The increase in the number of students who obtained grades above the set value, which is 75, was 27% or 9 students. The research findings did not show a significant increase in student learning outcomes, but based on observations by observers and researchers, students showed a good response and collaborative attitude in group activities in the implementation of guided discovery learning.

Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Service of North Lombok Regency is a government institution that provides services to the community, especially in population services. In 2013, the services provided by the Population and Civil Registration Service were still less than optimal and less transparent, especially in the service of making E-KTP. As a state institution tasked with providing maximum and transparent services, the Population and Civil Registration Service of North Lombok Regency must strive so that the community can get maximum and open services. The purpose of the study was to see the extent of transparency of services, especially in making E-KTP at the Population and Civil Registration Service of North Lombok Regency. This study uses a qualitative method to see the actual picture of what happened at the research location, with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observations, and documentation. Furthermore, the data obtained by the researcher was analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study illustrate that the service in making E-KTP by the Dukcapil Office of North Lombok Regency can be said to be transparent, because the Dukcapil party emphasizes three important aspects so that the service can be more optimal and transparent, namely: provision of clear information, ease of access to information, and the existence of publications related to the service flow, in this case the Dukcapil of North Lombok Regency utilizes social media such as Instagram and Facebook to publish related to the service flow provided. Driving factors and inhibiting factors for transparency of service in making E-KTP The driving factors for transparent service itself can be through strong leadership, committed leaders and competent human resources. The factors that have always been inhibiting transparent service are the first: Lack of commitment from leaders because the lack of commitment from leaders will inhibit transparent services, open and accountable practices.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and describe how community participation is in developing marine tourism from the culinary sector, security sector and parking services sector. Community participation in the development of marine tourism, both from the culinary sector, the security sector and the parking services sector, has been seen with the participation and initiative of the local community to be directly involved in the development of marine tourism. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data analysis methods used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this research show that community participation in the development of marine tourism is visible. Because people take advantage of this by opening trading businesses, becoming beach managers and other activities, namely cleaning beaches and arranging them by planting trees, this is a form of community participation. The impact of this participation activity has had a positive impact on the existence of marine tourism at Kura-Kura Beach, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency.
