Abstract

Pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan, (NPL) Dan Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) Terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) (Studi Pada Bank BUMN Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia). (dibimbing oleh Syamsul Ridjal dan Yana Fajriah). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan, (NPL) Dan Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) Terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada perusahaan perbankan BUMN yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan publikasi yang diterbitkan oleh bursa efek indonesia dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. populasinya adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor perbankan BUMN tahun 2014-2023. hasil penelitian tersebut telah diuji asumsi klasik berupa asumsi normalitas, autokolerasi, multikolineritas, heteroskedastisitas dan linearitas. metode analisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama diterima karena CAR positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, disisi lain hipotesis kedua ditolak karena NPL menunjukkan hasil uji hipotesis negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROA. Serta LDR menunjukkan hasil uji hipotesis positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the Human Resource Empowerment Strategy through the Learning Organization Approach at the BKPSDM Office, North Penajam Paser Regency. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with six informants as the researcher's primary data source. The research results show that the Strategy for Empowering Human Resources for Apparatus through a Learning Organization Approach at the North Penajam Paser Regency BKPSDM Office from the job training aspect is still not optimal due to budget factors, a discussion forum is needed in formulating policies, non-financial rewards and an adaptive work environment are important in optimizing the learning organization, as well as regular evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) in the Perspective of School Quality Improvement (Case Study of School Operational Funds at SMP Negeri 3 Penajam Paser Utara). The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using field research. The results showed that the School Operational Assistance Budget (BOS) at SMP Negeri 3 Penajam Paser Utara has increased every year in accordance with the number of new student admissions at the school which has increased, this is in accordance with the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 63 of 2023 concerning BOS juknis. In addition, there is self-help assistance from parents or guardians of students, the community, the business world in managing BOS funds and the management and use of BOS funds at SMP Negeri 3 Penajam Paser Utara is in accordance with the juknis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the interest of millennials in using qris PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) tbk as a payment method (case study of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Mattoangin branch). The analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25 for windows. The results of the analysis show that security has a positive and insignificant effect on the desire to use QRIS. Ease has a positive and significant effect on the desire to use QRIS. And the benefits have a positive and significant effect on the desire to use QRIS

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived trust and perceived risk on student interest in PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. KCU Mattoangin Makassar. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the IBM SPSS Version 25.0 tool. From the proposed hypothesis test, the partial test research results show a positive and significant value for perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, perceived trust that it affects student interest in using mobile banking while perceived risk shows a negative and significant value. Simultaneously, the effect of perceived benefits, perceived convenience, perceived trust and perceived risk has a significant effect on customer interest and the R square value of 0.388 or 38.8% of the independent variable explains the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze what factors influence customer confidence in saving at Bank BNI Panakkukang Mas Makassar by distributing questionnaires to customers of Bank BNI Panakkukang Mas Makassar. The analysis method used is Mean analysis by looking at the resulting average value. In this study, researchers distributed questionnaires to samples and the results were processed using the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results of the mean analysis show that reliability and care are more dominant in influencing customer confidence in saving at Bank BNI Panakkukang Mas Makassar where it can be seen from the mean value of reliability of 4.25 and care of 4.25 while for honesty of 4.24 and credibility of 4.22.

Abstract

It turns out that organizational culture has a strong influence on teacher performance, while organizational communication has a weaker influence on teacher performance. This was revealed from the results of research conducted on 33 elementary school teachers at SD Negeri 11, Rantau Utara District, Labuhan Batu Regency. The results of multiple regression analysis via SPSS 24 output show the linear regression equation Y= 0.091+0.828X1+0.360X2 meaning that if there is an effort to increase 1 (one) unit then teacher performance will increase by 0.828, likewise organizational communication will increase teacher performance by 0.360. Next, the hypothesis using the t-test via SPSS 24 output shows that tsig 0.000 < 0.1, which means Ha is accepted. Likewise, the F-test shows that Fsig 0.000 < 0.1. Considering that organizational communication has a smaller influence than organizational culture, it is recommended to strengthen organizational communication in elementary schools, through the provision of bookshelves displaying educational magazines such as educational nimbar, educational selecta, testing magazines, etc. To be a reference for teachers.

Abstract

Positive student financial behavior can increase their prosperity economically. The purpose of this study was to look at the role of students' financial behavior forming such as hedonism and spiritual intelligence. This study uses quantitative methods, with an analysis instrument in the form of multiple linear regression analyzed using SPSS 26. The number of respondents in this study was 94 students of the Faculty of Economics & Business, Widya Mandira Catholic University. The results of this study indicate that hedonism and spiritual intelligence have a significant significant positive and simultaneous significant effect on the financial behavior of students.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of product type, price, and service quality on purchasing decisions at CV Citra printing. As objectives include to determine the effect of product type on purchasing decisions, to determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions, and to determine the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with questionnaire data collection methods, interviews, and documentation. The population in this study are consumers of CV Citra and the sample as respondents of this study will be taken using probability sampling with the lemeshow formula, namely 80 consumers who were met during the research. The results of this study indicate that the calculated F value of 303.761 is greater than the F table of 2.49, which means that simultaneously there is an influence on the type of product (X1), price (X2), and service quality (X3) on purchasing decisions at CV Citra printing. Partially, it can be seen that only the variables of product type (X1) and price (X2) have an effect on purchasing decisions, namely the variable type of product (X1) of 3.546 is greater than the t table of 1.665 and service quality (X3) of 6.702 is greater than the t table of 1.665, while for the price variable (X2) of -1.163 is smaller than the t table of 1.665 which indicates that the price variable (X2) has no effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results seen from the coefficient of determination, the variable product type (X1), price (X2), and service quality (X3) have an effect, namely with an R2 value of 0.923 or 92.3%. Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of influencer marketing and discount promotions on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace in the people of Jalan Garu II B Harjosari 1, Medan Amplas District. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection methods of observation, questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study is the people of Jalan Garu II B Harjosari I, Medan Amplas District and the sample as respondents for this study will be taken using side purposive use with the Slovin formula, namely 100 people met during the research. The data obtained in this research was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 22 program. The results of this research show that the calculated F value of 372.095 is greater than the F table of 3.09, which means that simultaneously there is an influence on influencer marketing (X1) and discount promotions (X2) on online purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. Partially, it can be seen that only the influencer marketing (X1) and discount promotion (X2) variables influence purchasing decisions, namely the influencer marketing variable (X1) of 7.686 is greater than the t table of 1.660 and the discount promotion (X2) is 2.982 greater. from the t table of 1.660. Based on the results seen from the coefficient of determination of the influencer marketing variable (X1) and discount promotions (X2), the influence is with an R2 value of 0.885 or 88.5%.
