<![CDATA[The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide training in making video learning based on nanoscience and nanotechnology in the classroom learning process for MGMP Chemistry teachers in East Aceh. Service participants are teachers who are members of the MGMP of Chemistry in East Aceh. For the purpose of service services and the availability of facilities and infrastructure, 25 teachers were taken. The training was held at the East Aceh Superior High School Laboratory for 4 days on 3-4 July 2019. The implementation of community service in general can be categorized as successful in terms of participant participation considering that from the 25 target participants invited who attended were 26 to 29 people. Participants felt that this dedication activity was very useful fordeveloping nanoscience and nanotechnology-based learning video media that they would use in learning in their respective schools. the participants felt that this dedication activity was very beneficial for them, because as educators they felt the need to develop learning videos based on nanoscience and nanotechnology as a medium for delivering learning messages. <![CDATA[Corn fodder as alternative feed to replace grass, it can be planted on small land, arranged in a shelf rack with a tray. Corn fodder can be harvested for a minimum of two weeks, and yields can be given directly to livestock. by being appointed or even can be rolled up so the tray will clean again. Corn fodder can be consumed as a whole until the root without remaining. The basic ingredient of making corn fodder is corn seeds. One kilogram of corn seeds can produce as much as three up to four kilograms of corn fodder. Planting corn fodder does not use soil, but needs enough water. Farmers must use an automatic digital timer to overcome water shortages so that watering can be done regularly by adjusting the time on the automatic digital timer. The watering time setting is set for seven sessions, with an interval of 2-4 hours. and the watering life time for 1 minute. in session one the appliance will turn on watering the corn fodder at 05.30 on 05.31 off. <![CDATA[The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide training to high school / vocational / MA physics and chemistry teachers on research management, including the preparation of proposals, conducting research, preparing scientific articles and how to publish articles in seminars and or journals. This training needs to be done because there is a gap between the assignment of teachers to write scientific papers with inadequate writing abilities and motivation so as to improve teacher professionalism and pedagogical competence. The teacher has the obligation to research and write scientific papers, but there are still limitations in implementing them. Training and practice in research management and preparation of scientific articles for teachers are still very much needed.Higher Education as a teacher-producing institution, as well as an institution that organizes research activities, has a moral obligation to conduct coaching. For this reason, community service programs to provide research management training and the preparation of scientific articles are the means adopted to overcome these problems.From the series of scientific article technical assistance activities it can be concluded as follows in general the development of professionalism of the teachers of SMA Negeri 2 Kejuruan Muda before conducting this activity still encountered some difficulties in writing scientific articles. During and after the mentoring activity, the teacher was very enthusiastic by opening the unsam e-journal website as examples of articles that had been published and following all the directions from the dedication team in conducting online journal submission techniques. <![CDATA[Sorghum plants are used as raw materials for various industries including animal feed. In Indonesia, the use of sorghum plants is more directed as animal feed. With the ability to grow in various places, sorghum plants (Sorghum bicolor L.) have the opportunity to be developed on nonproductive land such as in the village of Sarah Teubee. Sara Teubee village with an area of 32 ha of rain-fed rice fields will be potential to develop sorghum plants. In this case, the Faculty of Agriculture, Samudra University has a moral responsibility to overcome these problems as well as efforts to develop sorghum plants, especially in the region of East Aceh, Langsa City and Aceh Tamiang. The effort to introduce the sorghum plant is done through community service (PKM) funded by LPPM and PM Universitas Samudra. Community service activities have been carried out in Sara Teubee, Rantau Selamat District, East Aceh District. Community service activities include planting location surveys, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), sorghum planting training, and how to make cattle feed from sorghum plants. The output of this study is the farmer group as an indicator of understanding about sorghum cultivation techniques and using sorghum plants as animal feed. In addition, other outcomes of this service are publications in print media and scientific journals of service.]]>

<![CDATA[Persons with disabilities meet unique challenges in each stage of disaster management, the only thing that is seen is physical disturbances, but what actually happens is physical, social, and economic disturbances. These problems must immediately get a solution because Indonesia has ratified the Convention on the Right of Person With Dsability (CRPD) through Law 19 of 2011. The goal is to provide alternative solutions for persons with disabilities in dealing with disasters that arise in the East Aceh region, Providing additional knowledge to persons with disabilities about the importance of facing disaster awareness that often occurs in the East Aceh region. Directly teach how simulation in the face of disasters that will occur in the East Aceh region for persons with disabilities and motivate the region of persons with disabilities to always be active and prepared to face disasters that will occur at any time. This Community Service Method has been conducted for 3 (three) months from May to July 2019. The service is carried out in the first way, socialization to students with disabilities in East Aceh district. The results of the dedication show that disaster mitigation socialization provides an alternative in understanding students with disabilities so that people can know how to deal with disasters such as floods, earthquakes and others that often occur in coastal areas. Students and teachers better understand how to deal with disaster mitigation and related first aid in the face of a disaster that occurs and how to deal with the alertness of disaster mitigation. The lack of knowledge of teachers and students in knowing how to deal with natural disasters and the limitations of communication tools in Special Schools East Aceh District is very lagging and in general students and teachers around do not have access to handling disaster mitigation in the Special District School of East Aceh.]]>

<![CDATA[The management of Nurussalam Subdistrict Village Fund management is responsible for the Head of the East Aceh Regency Level II Regional Head, based on East Aceh Regent Regulation Number: 2 of 2019 dated January 8, 2019 concerning Procedures and Distribution and Determination of the Details of Village Funds in 2019 and Qanun, in accordance with the Village Financial Management Regulations in the field of equalization of the Village Fund. A total of 31 Village Funds have been allocated by the Village Fund since 2015, the realization of Village Finance management according to planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. Each village proposes a Village Fund to the East Aceh Regent Phase I (20%), destined for the provision of clean water / sanitation; providing nutritious food for toddlers, and posyandu for the health of pregnant women. Dedication Method; normative and empirical approaches and use primary and secondary data, and are processed descriptively qualitatively. The inhibiting factor in the Village Funds Financial management process is the delay in transferring money from the Center. Village Funds should have been received at the beginning of January 2019, in fact villages in Nurussalam Subdistrict received funds from the Center and District in early June 2019. <![CDATA[Land registration is very important to be carried out by the community to obtain proof of ownership of the land that is the property. The first time to register a land must be measured, mapping, and bookkeeping land, as well as the granting of documents as proof of land rights. The process of measuring the soil must be ensured in advance to make boundary marks attached to each corner of the plot of land to be measured. After the measurement process, a mapping will be carried out, after which the land registration that has fulfilled the provisions will be issued a proof of rights, in the form of a certificate. Ownership of community land rights in Labuhan Keude Village so far does not have proof of certificate from the Office of the National Land Agency, they only have proof of ownership rights recorded in the village such as Letter C, Letter C which is a temporary certificate before the enactment of government regulations regarding land registration, can registration should be made directly to the Office of the National Land Agency. in order to immediately obtain a certificate of ownership of land rights. Population taken in community service is community leaders and gampong government, technically by providing socialization and discussion so that it is conveyed to the community to build community legal awareness of the importance of land registration. <![CDATA[The growth of settlements is rapidly signifying increasing citizen welfare. The same condition is also seen in the area of Birem Bayeun. The increase in population directly will affect the increase in landfills due to increased consumption of people. Things do the public in terms of garbage, so far only the form of gathering and disposal. The community only collects various kinds of garbage in one container. It is compounded by the absence of proper waste management. Intensive and ongoing efforts are needed to ensure that public awareness of the waste in their environment becomes high. One way to solve this is by introducing and implementing the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) principle. By using this concept, people can utilize existing garbage so that it has economic value and selling power. It will eventually impact the reduction of waste in its environment. In order for this concept to run properly it is necessary to participate from the community in the implementation.]]>

<![CDATA[Video profiles are creative and innovative solutions for various needs, especially for the needs of digital media advertising that are popular right now. The expected targets of the community service activities are: (a) Promoting the activities of Lintang City Village in the village profile video that has been posted on the village website; (b) Having a network with organizations working in their respective areas related to making village profile videos so that good cooperation is established between the media and partner organizations; (c) Production of village community profile videos produced from PKM activities. PKM activities are carried out by providing theories related to video making, image capture training, and image processing and video processing training. The service is carried out in three stages, in which the first stage is the preparation stage. In the preparation stage, the service group conducts a preliminary survey to see conditions in the field regarding the making of village profile videos produced by the community. In this stage, solutions and problems faced by the community were given in increasing the ability to produce work on village profile videos. The next stage is the stage of implementing community service activities. In this stage, the servants conducted activities in the form of training in making village profile videos. The last stage is the evaluation stage. At this stage an evaluation of the results achieved by the training participants made a village profile video. Further input and improvements can be made at this stage. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the training and facilitation of making a profile video of the Lintang City village have been successfully implemented. With the training and facilitation of village community profile videos, it can promote Lintang Town Village activities in the village profile videos that have been posted on the village website.]]>

<![CDATA[PAUD educators have a strategic role to instill local wisdom owned by the local community through various learning activities and the use of adequate educational teaching aids. But unfortunately PAUD educators still have limitations and obstacles to realize their ideal role. PAUD educators in Darul Aman Subdistrict are more accustomed to using educative teaching aids produced by factories without considering other aspects outside the pragmatic aspects. Community Service aims to assist PAUD Educators in understanding the various types and models of educational game tools and helping educators plan, develop and use Educational tools based on local wisdom. The results of the implementation of activities can increase the linguistic skills of students as has been observed so far not good. produce Educational Game products in the form of hand puppets with the theme of Malem Diwa saga along with a stage and story book as a companion to the Peabody model that was developed based on needs analysis and local wisdom content that is mainstreamed and in accordance with enhanced development aspects.
