Journal of Education and Teaching (JETE) (ISSN Online: 2745-9888 ; ISSN Print: 2745-9896 ) published by the Faculty of Education and Teaching Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau State Islamic University in collaboration with the Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI) is a multidisciplinary research journal of education research and teaching in the form of scientific work and conceptual thinking or concepts that have been achieved in the field of educational research and development that handles and manages various potentials, obstacles, challenges and problems in education and teaching at the primary, secondary and tertiary education levels. Specifically for this journal, the articles it publishes are the result of research and development on education and teaching, classroom action research and research in general. This journal is published two times a year in Juli and September.

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari pentingnya mengelola keuangan pada pendidikan di madrasah khususnya agar dapat menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Hal ini dikarenakan madrasah masih menjadi terasing di era otonomi sekarang. Diantaranya akibat adalah pembiayaan pendidikan di madrasah tidak diperhitungkan oleh pemerintah daerah, karena dianggap telah mendapatkan dana dari pemerintah pusat melalui Kementerian Agama. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan. Memperoleh data dari berbagai sumber-sumber ilmiah yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, yaitu dengan mencari data yang berkenaan dengan pembahasan pada penelitian yang diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan data-data yang relevan. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu peraturan tentang teknik pengelolaan pendidikan madrasah sudah diterbitkan oleh pemerintah, pengelolaan biaya pendidikan madrasah masih mengedapankan sekolah umum dibandingkan madrasah dari segi anggaran, dan sumber-sumber pembiayaan pendidikan madrasah bisa didapat dari pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah, dana kerjasama dengan perusahaan swasta, iuran orangtua dan kegiatan pameran yang diselenggarakan.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the importance of paying attention to youth behavior for the nation's future assets. This teenage period is always a difficult time for teenagers and their parents because association is increasingly rampant which can destroy the future of adolescents. In order for youth to be free from deviant behavior in education as a place for young people to study knowledge, they must provide materials to avoid deviant behavior in adolescent association, as was done by MTsN 2 Rokan Hulu Semester 2. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The population used was students at MTsN 2 Rokan Hulu semester 2. The results obtained in this study were that the discussion method was 100% effective because all students scored above the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 73.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kelompok dengan teknik cognitive restructuring terhadap peningkatan self esteem korban body shaming di SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah one group pre-test and post-test design pada populasi korban body shaming yang berjumlah 56 siswa dengan subjek 7 siswa korban body shaming yang memiliki self esteem rendah yang disaring menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner/angket self esteem korban body shaming yang telah di uji validitas butir diatas 0,339 dan uji reliabelitas Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,897. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik uji statistik deskriptif, uji wilcoxon dan uji rank spearman. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa konseling kelompok dengan teknik cognitive restructuring berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan self esteem korban body shaming sebesar 60%.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self instructions untuk meningkatkan konsep diri siswa, dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan konsep diri siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self instructions. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 12 Pekanbaru, subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas x berjumlah 17 orang yang memiliki konsep diri rendah atau negatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan pendekatan Quasy Experiment With Pretest-Posttest Design Control Group. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif menggunakan teknik uji statistik deskriptif, uji Wilcoxon dan Rank Spearmans. Hasil penelitian sebelum diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self instructions konsep diri siswa berada pada kategori rendah, setelah diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self instructions konsep diri siswa sebagian besar berada pada kategori tinggi. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan konsep diri siswa setelah diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self instructions dibuktikan dengan hasil post-test siswa yang meningkat.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to see how lesson planning, implementation of learning and assessment of student learning outcomes at SMPS TRI BHAKTI PEKANBANBARU. The research method used is qualitative research. This study uses data collection techniques by interview. The results of the research that were obtained were that the lesson plan was made by the teacher himself whose components were adjusted to the RI Minister of National Education Number. 41 of 2007. However, there were several components that the researcher did not encounter in the field, one of which was in the core activities the researcher found that at the third meeting using the Discovery learning method it was not in accordance with the learning steps in the lesson plans, namely no experiments and allocations time that is not in accordance with the RPP has been made.Keywords: Management, Learning, Dynamic Electricity]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractThis research is aimed to find out whether there are significant effects of using scrapbook on the students’ motivation and ability in writing. This research designs a quasi-experimental research with non-equivalent control group design. The population of this research was 102 students of Ma Al-Qasimiyah Sorek Satu and the sample of this research is the X A for experiment class and X B for control Class. The data of this research were collected by giving the writing tests and questionnaire to the students. The results of data analysis showed: scrapbook is effective to motivated student on learning process and teaches writing, since motivation in learning English for student’s has improvement. The result of student’s writing test can be seen from the result of the t-test mean on experiment class is 2050. The probability of (Sig.) was 0.001 is smaller than 0.005 which shows a strong correlation of Scrapbook for the students’ writing ability in recount text. Then, the result of the t-test mean on control class is 6.33 and the probability of (Sig.) was 0.0023. From the result of calculation of effect size for paired sample t-test, the value of eta square is 0.59 is included in ‘Moderate Effect’ (0.51 – 1.00). It can be concluded that the implementation of scrapbook has beneficial effects. The research questions are answered that scrapbook is effective in teaching writing and giving a good effects for students’ motivation. <![CDATA[This study aims to investigate the influence of information technology and web-based learning media on the learning effectiveness of office administration education students in 2023. The findings show that there is a significant positive effect of information technology and webbased learning materials on learning effectiveness. The analysis reveals that the use of webbased media and technological tools improves students' understanding and attention during the learning process, creating a dynamic and responsive learning environment that meets their needs. Additionally, the technology facilitates better engagement and retention among students, ultimately contributing to improved overall academic performance. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of integrating sophisticated digital resources into the educational environment to improve pedagogical outcomes.]]>
