Abstract

This research aims to examine internal communication efforts to improve employee performance at Azra Hospital in Bogor. At Azra Hospital in Bogor, the study focuses on the dimensions of internal communication: vertical, horizontal, and diagonal. The analytical method used is qualitative analysis with an interactive analysis model involving four steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data was collected through textbooks, related references, observations, interviews, and field research. According to the study's findings, communication in this hospital is tiered and structured in the vertical communication dimension, but this results in limited communication openness. Submission of ideas and ideas to improve employee performance needs to be enhanced by a long process. This study describes the challenges of optimizing internal communication to improve employee performance at Azra Hospital in Bogor. Recommendations can be provided to enhance transparency in vertical communication, optimize the allocation of time and physical resources for horizontal transmission, and effectively identify suitable instances for implementing diagonal communication in intricate scenarios

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of character competency values and perceived usefulness as mediators of virtual item values on intention in repurchasing Mobile Legends skins. The population in this study were Mobile Legends Jabodetabek game players, with the sample criteria being Mobile Legends game players who had purchased skins in the last year. Data collection used a questionnaire distributed using Google Form via Whatsapp, and data analysis used SEM_PLS path analysis. The research results show that the value of virtual items has a positive effect on repurchase intention, character competency and perceived usefulness. The character competency value also has a positive effect on repurchase intention. However, character competency value does not mediate the effect of virtual item value on repurchase intention. Perceived usefulness has no effect on repurchase intentionand is also not a mediator of virtual item value on Mobile Legend players' intentionin repurchasing skins

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influencing factors of education and training programs, user involvement on the performance of the employee accounting information system at the Surabaya main branch post office. This research uses an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. The population used in this research were employees at the Surabaya main branch post office. The sample in this study was 48 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test). The results of this research show that education and training influence the performance of the accounting information system for employees of the Surabaya main branch post office. Meanwhile, user involvement among employees at the Surabaya main branch post office has no effect on the performance of the accounting information system for Surabaya main branch post office employees

Abstract

Poverty has become an interesting discussion and study for many people. Basically, research on poverty highlights on how the problem roots and solutions that can be used to minimize poverty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic growth on the number of poor people in the province of South Sulawesi. This study uses a quantitative research approach using data collection techniques through documentation. The population in this study is time series data related to economic growth and the number of poor people in South Sulawesi Province from 2000-2013. This research used regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study showed that there is a significant effect of economic growth on the number of poor people in South Sulawesi Province

Abstract

Testing selection methods is a key element in effective human resource (HR) management. The aim of this research is to evaluate various selection methods with a focus on increasing the accuracy and precision of employee placement in the work environment. Through a comprehensive analysis approach to the selection strategies that have been implemented, this research identifies a number of validation techniques that have the potential to improve the selection process, thereby achieving a better match between employees and the jobs they apply for. This research uses qualitative methods by testing testing techniques through a series of case studies involving companies from various industrial sectors. The case study results show that the use of appropriate testing techniques can significantly improve the quality of the employee selection and placement process. The practical implications of this research highlight the importance of integrating robustly tested selection methods in HR management practices. This qualitative research provides an in-depth understanding of how validation techniques can be adapted to a company's specific context, thereby ensuring more efficient and productive recruitment within the organization. This research not only offers a theoretical contribution to the understanding of optimizing selection methods, but also provides practical insights for HR managers in developing more effective and efficient recruitment policies.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the viral Ar-Rahman mosque which is a miniature of the Nabawi Mosque in Medina and as an Islamic Center in Blitar City. The Ar-Rahman Mosque is a mosque built on waqf land covering an area of 2,806 square meters which is estimated to be able to accommodate 1,000 worshipers. The mosque was built with architecture like the Nabawi Mosque of Medina starting from the interior, green dome, building height, to the umbrella ornament of the mosque courtyard. This study aims to determine the management of waqf contracts carried out at the Ar-Rahman Mosque. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. In-depth interviews were conducted with the head of Mayangkara Group, Mr. Harianto, HR department, management department, mosque takmir, donors, finance department, security guard, clining service, imam, health department, HEC mosque manager, muadzin, and consumption department. The result of this research is that the management of waqf management at the Ar-Rahman Mosque is quite good. The waqf land has been certified so that it does not endanger the waqf property in the future. The quality of human resources of mosque managers is also good but needs to be improved in order to manage waqf assets more productively. Most mosque managers only run religious and social programs and have not developed waqf assets in a more productive direction

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image and brand trust on the level of customer loyalty, especially in the context of post-pandemic consumer satisfaction. This research involved 150 respondents who were Menantea consumers in the JABODETABEK area, using a combination of purposive sampling and probability sampling data collection techniques. The research results show that the Menantea brand image has a positive impact on brand trust, consumer satisfaction, and ultimately influences customer loyalty. Even though one hypothesis was rejected, the Menantea company continues to strive for innovation and other activities to maintain the level of consumer loyalty to the Menantea brand. These findings provide important insights for companies in designing post-pandemic marketing and brand management strategies to increase consumer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty

Abstract

This research aims to examine the Influence of Sustainability Report Disclosure on Company Financial Performance for companies across various sectors that have successfully entered the List of Rating Asia Sustainability Reporting (ASRRAT) and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2018-2020. By adhering to the criteria of purposive sampling, data was obtained from 13 companies, which served as the sample, comprising 39 observational data points that met the criteria. The data analysis method employed in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) regression analysis using Warp PLS software. The hypothesis testing results indicate that Sustainability Report disclosure economic dimension has a positive and significant impact, environmental dimension has a negative and significant impact, social dimension does not have a significant impact on a company's financial performance. Companies must consider the trade-off between social and environmental responsibilities and their financial impact on financial performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine efforts to improve performance through organizational climate, interpersonal communication, and transformational leadership and job satisfaction as intervaning variables. This research uses a survey method by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 285 lecturers at 6 private universities in the city of Serang, Banten. This research uses a combined research method (mixed methods). Researchers use this type of design which is analyzed using path analysis. The results of this research show that Organizational Climate, Interpersonal Communication, and Transformational Leadership have a significant positive direct influence on the Job Satisfaction of lecturers at the Private University of Serang Banten City. Strengthening these aspects can increase Job Satisfaction. Apart from that, there is a direct positive influence of Organizational Climate, Interpersonal Communication, and Job Satisfaction on lecturer performance. Strengthening the Organizational Climate and Interpersonal Communication can directly improve lecturer performance, while Job Satisfaction also has a direct positive influence on lecturer performance. In addition, the findings show that there is a positive indirect influence of Organizational Climate on lecturer performance through increasing Job Satisfaction. The results of this research provide an important contribution to the development of university management strategies to improve the quality of teaching and lecturer performance in the educational environment. The practical implication of this research is that private university management in Serang City needs to pay attention to and improve organizational climate, interpersonal communication, and transformational leadership as an effort to increase lecturers' job satisfaction, which in turn will have a positive impact on their performance. This research suggestion involves recommendations for improving the performance of private university lecturers in Serang City, Banten. It is recommended that university management focus on developing organizational climate, strengthening interpersonal communication, and engaging in transformational leadership training

Abstract

The study aims to improve student activeness and learning outcomes using problem-based learning (PBL) assisted by image media in science subjects. The research subjects used were grade IV students of SD Negeri 1 Kedungbanteng. The research method used is classroom action research which consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The steps of implementing the PBL model with image media are carried out in five steps. The data collection techniques used are non-test techniques in the form of observation and interviews, and test techniques in the form of written tests. Observation sheets and interview guidelines were used to collect data on the application of PBL models with image media and learning activity. There was an increase in the application of PBL with image media to teachers in the first cycle by 84.37%, the second cycle by 90.62%. In the observation of the activities of students in cycle I as much as 82.5%, cycle II as much as 87.5%. The activeness of students in meeting 1 increased from the very high category of 27%, high 43%, increased to the very high category of 43%, high 57% in meeting 2 cycle II. The results of learning science cycle I meeting 1 the percentage of completion on the pretest is 20%, the increase in the posttest is 80% In meeting 2, the percentage of completion of the pretest by 23% increases on the posttest by 87%. In cycle II meeting 1, the percentage of completion in the pretest was 33.33%, an increase in the posttest was 86.67% In meeting 2, the percentage of complete pretest was 40%, increased in the posttest by 90%
