Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for improving the performance of community health center nurses in South Tangerang City by strengthening job characteristics, personality, and job satisfaction. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 141 nurses from seven subdistricts, including Serpong, North Serpong, Pondok Aren, Ciputat, East Ciputat, Pamulang, and Setu. Data analysis was performed using path analysis to test the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results showed that job characteristics, personality, and job satisfaction had a direct, positive, and significant effect on nurse performance. Job characteristics and personality also had a direct, positive, and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction was found to mediate the relationship between job characteristics and personality on performance, although the mediating effect was not stronger than the direct effect. These findings confirm that job satisfaction plays an important role as a mechanism in bridging individual and job factors with performance, although its effectiveness as a mediator is partial. Theoretically, this study expands the understanding of the causal relationship between variables in the context of primary health care. Practically, the research results can be used as a basis for Puskesmas management to design policies to improve nurse performance through strengthening job design, personality development, and strategies to increase job satisfaction.

The method used was a quantitative approach with a Likert-scale questionnaire instrument, while data analysis was conducted using Smart PLS regression. The results of the study indicate that academic supervision and training have a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism. Furthermore, teacher professionalism plays a significant role as a mediating variable, strengthening the influence of academic supervision and training on teacher performance. In other words, the better the academic supervision and training provided, the higher the level of teacher professionalism, which ultimately impacts performance improvement. The conclusion of this study confirms that improving the quality of academic supervision, training, and teacher professionalism is a strategic factor in optimizing the performance of educators in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of pedagogical competence and organizational culture on creativity and its implications on the performance of elementary school teachers in Labuan District, Pandeglang Regency. Specifically, this study examines the relationship between personality and organizational culture, the relationship between personality and teacher performance through organizational culture as an intervening variable, the relationship between the work environment and organizational culture, the relationship between the teacher's work environment and organizational culture in Cipeucang District Elementary School, and the relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach and associative survey. The study population consisted of 98 civil servant teachers in Cipeucang District Elementary School, Pandeglang Regency, who also served as research samples. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale, while data analysis was carried out using regression techniques using the Smart PLS tool. The results of this study indicate that pedagogical competence and organizational culture have a positive effect on teacher creativity, which in turn improves performance. However, when organizational culture is considered as an intervening variable, personality does not significantly influence teacher performance. Furthermore, organizational culture has been shown to act as an intervening variable, but the work environment does not show a significant effect. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening pedagogical competence and developing a conducive organizational culture to enhance teacher creativity and performance. This study provides practical implications for elementary school management, particularly in building an organizational culture that supports teacher professionalism.

The study aims to determine the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Quick Ratio (QR) on Return On Assets (ROA) moderated by Firm Size and their impact on Price Earning Ratio (PER). The study uses companies in the banking subsector listed on the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2020 as the object. The data are secondary, collected from company annual reports. Samples were chosen purposively, obtaining 25 companies with complete financial reporting, resulting in 225 samples. Analysis methods include descriptive analysis, classical assumptions testing, moderated regression analysis (MRA), multiple linear regression, partial testing (t-test), and simultaneous testing (F-test). Results show that LDR has a significant effect on ROA; QR has no significant effect on ROA; together LDR and QR significantly affect ROA simultaneously. Firm Size does not moderate the relationship between LDR and ROA, nor between QR and ROA. ROA has no significant effect on PER.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business model transformation of Bank Syariah Indonesia post-merger from a stakeholder perspective and its impact on Islamic banking performance. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design involving 47 informants from various stakeholder groups, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The results identify five main dimensions of transformation: value proposition, operational architecture, digital ecosystem, organizational culture, and sharia compliance. Stakeholder perspectives show significant diversity with management remaining optimistic despite cost synergy realization of only 52%, while employees experience perception polarization and retail customers complain about service quality decline. Performance impact demonstrates a J-curve pattern with ROA increasing from 0.95% to 1.28%, BOPO decreasing to 81.76%, and MSME financing increasing to 60.2%. The study concludes that transformation requires optimal balance among stakeholder interests and a holistic approach considering financial, operational, social, and sharia compliance dimensions.

Abstract

commitment. The method used in this study is quantitative, with 160 public junior high school teachers as respondents. Data analysis techniques use SEM-PLS, where variable analysis is performed using path analysis to find strategies. Meanwhile, to find methods and optimal solutions, indicator analysis is performed using SITOREM. The results of the study show that the right strategy can increase teachers' organizational commitment by looking at the path analysis values, starting from the largest, namely: psychological empowerment, authentic leadership, pedagogical competence, and interpersonal communication. The optimal solutions, considering the order of the indicators to be improved, are: 1) competence, 2) meaning, 3) impact, 4) sensitivity, 5) consistency, 6) transparency, 7) learning design, 8) learning evaluation, 9) learning implementation, 10) self-understanding, 11) empathy, 12) adaptability, 13) sincerity, 14) pride, and 15) hope.
