Abstract

Employee performance is the result of a person's efforts achieved through abilities and actions in certain situations. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on the performance of Bappeda Pandeglang Regency employees, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is an associative quantitative method with probability sampling techniques, involving a population and sample of 57 employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS Version 26. The results showed that compensation had a significant influence on employee performance (H1) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount > ttable (11.261 > 2.004). Work motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance (H2) with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and tcount > ttable (3.487 > 2.004). Simultaneously, compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (H3) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount > Ftable (64,467 > 3.17). The conclusion of this research is that compensation and work motivation have a significant influence on the performance of Pandeglang Regency Bappeda employees, both individually and collectively

Abstract

Career development is an important aspect in improving the quality and effectiveness of employee work. At the Banten Province Tourism Office, work competency and work performance are identified as the main factors influencing career development. This research aims to examine the relationship between competency and work performance and career development. This research aims to examine increasing career development through work competency and work performance at the Banten Province Tourism Office. The method used is a survey with a descriptive quantitative approach. The research population was 103 respondents, using Simple Random Sampling sampling techniques, resulting in 34 respondents as samples. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The research results show that the Work Competency variable (X1) has a tcount value of -2.114 and a significance of 0.043, which means tcount > ttable (-2.114 > 0.682486). The Job Performance variable (X2) has a tcount value of 6.641 and a significance <0.001, which also shows tcount > ttable (6.641 > 0.682486). Hypothesis testing using the F test produces an F value of 16.384 with a significance of <0.001. These results indicate that work competency and work performance significantly influence career development at the Banten Province Tourism Office

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of buying and selling financing, profit sharing financing, and non-performing financing on profitability. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive statistical analysis research type. The sample was obtained using a purposive sampling technique of 98 Sharia Rural Banks. This research uses secondary data obtained from the published financial reports of each bank on the Financial Services Authority website. Testing data analysis using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that partially buying and selling financing and profit-sharing financing do not have a significant influence on profitability. Meanwhile, non-performing financing has a negative and significant influence on profitability. Simultaneously, buying and selling financing, profit sharing financing, and non-performing financing have a positive and significant influence on profitability with a coefficient of determination of 13.6%.

Abstract

The growth of internet users has driven the expansion of e-commerce in Indonesia. However, this increase in internet users is not reflected in PT Bukalapak.com Tbk, which appears to be experiencing financial distress. This study aims to predict the potential bankruptcy of the e-commerce company PT Bukalapak.com Tbk using the Zavgren and Grover methods. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from PT Bukalapak.com Tbk's financial statements for the years 2021-2023, which have been published by Bukalapak. The method employed in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis. The population of the study consists of PT Bukalapak.com Tbk during the 2021-2023 period, with a total sampling method used for the sample. The results of this study indicate no significant difference between the Zavgren and Grover methods in predicting the bankruptcy potential of PT Bukalapak.com Tbk. Based on the results of the Zavgren method, it shows that PT Bukalapak.com Tbk has the potential to go bankrupt in Q1 and Q4 of 2021. Meanwhile, based on the results of the Grover method, it shows that PT Bukalapak.com Tbk is in the healthy category throughout 2021-2023. This research provides PT Bukalapak.com Tbk with valuable insights and evaluations related to the company's management

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance, then to determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance, and to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Erlangga Publishers, East Jakarta. Both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a descriptive associative approach with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample method of 60 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are instrument validity test, instrument reliability test, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing, t test, and f test, with the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this research were obtained as a result, it is known that the significance value (Sig.) is 0.000 < 0.005 and the calculated t value is 16,278 > 2.001, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a partial positive and significant influence between employee motivation and performance. Then, based on the results of the analysis, the results obtained show that the significance value (Sig.) is 0.000 < 0.005 and the calculated t value is 15,043 > 2.001, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, which means that there is a partial positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. The results of the analysis obtained results, it is known that the significance value (Sig.) is 0.000 > 0.005 and the calculated f value is 167,180 > 2.770, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, which means that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between motivation and work discipline on employee performance in PT Erlangga Publishers, East Jakarta. With a correlation coefficient of 0.924 and a coefficient of determination of 0.854 (85.4%) and the results of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.633 + 0.564 (X1) + 0.408 (X2)

Abstract

The company's success can be seen through the performance of its employees, so the company always expects good work from its employees to achieve the goals and standards that have been set.  The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of Islamic leadership on employee performance and organizational commitment as a mediating variable.  This study uses a quantitative approach.  Data were collected by distributing questionnaires using probability sampling, namely simple random sampling of 100 respondents.  Data analysis using the SPSS V.22 application.  The research results show that Islamic leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, partial Islamic leadership has no effect and is not significant on employee performance, partial organizational commitment has no effect and is not significant on employee performance, organizational commitment is unable to mediate the influence of Islamic leadership on employee performance

Abstract

This research analyzes the brand positioning of Honda and Yamaha motorbikes in Banten Province. Brand positioning is a key element in marketing that depicts a unique value proposition to consumers. This study uses a comparative descriptive method with data collected through questionnaires to 151 respondents. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. The research results show that Honda's brand positioning, with the tagline "One Heart", is stronger than Yamaha's with the tagline "Getting ahead". The analysis shows that consumer perceptions of Honda's brand positioning are higher (average score 3.58) than Yamaha (average score 3.47). The mean difference test shows a significant difference between the two brands. Consistency in the use of taglines in promotions has proven effective in establishing brand positioning in the minds of consumers. This study provides insight for manufacturers in designing appropriate marketing communications to build strong brand positioning, as well as the importance of maintaining consistency in promotional strategies. This research is useful for Honda and Yamaha to understand consumer perceptions and improve their marketing strategies

Abstract

This study is to evaluate the legality of    loan agreements. Online loans, as well as the potential for legal settlement associated with the Consumer Protection Act, OJK Regulation No. 77 of 2016, The method used is Qualitative normative legal method. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Employee Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT. Aeon Mall Indonesia BSD City Tangerang Selatan both associative partial and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling and the population and sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis. Correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this study both partially and simultaneously Employee Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT. Aeon Mall Indonesia BSD City Tangerang Selatan with a contribution of 52.1%

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Third Party Funds (DPK) on MSME credit distribution at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. between 2019 and 2023. The time series data utilized in this study is secondary data that was taken from Bank BCA's published quarterly financial reports for the 2019–2023 fiscal year. Multiple linear regression analysis is the analysis method utilized to ascertain the relationship between the variables. The study's findings suggest that, at least in part, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Third Party Funds (DPK) have a considerable favorable impact on the MSME loan distribution at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. between 2019 and 2023. From 2019 to 2023, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Third Party Funds (DPK) have a major impact of 77.7% on the MSME loan distribution at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Other variables affect the remaining 22.3% of the credit distribution
