Purpose The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of social media marketing and fanaticism on purchasing decisions through consumptive behavior as an intervening variable in purchasing NCT albums. Methodology The population in this study is NCTzens in the Greater Jakarta area. Purposive sampling technique with the characteristics of NCTzens who have bought NCT albums, obtained a total of 100 respondents. Data processing uses the SEM model with SmartPLS version 3.0 software. Findings The results showed that social media marketing and fanaticism had a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, social media marketing had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while fanaticism was not significant on purchasing decisions. Consumptive behavior positively mediates the relationship between social media marketing and fanaticism towards purchasing decisions. Suggestion The fanatical nature of a fan does not necessarily lead to a change in the decision to buy an album. Further research is needed for these two variables.

Purpose PS Store is to carry out many social activities. This study examines whether social activities are included in acts of generosity, corporate social responsibility or social entrepreneurship. Furthermore, it emphasizes the perceived benefits for society, consumers and employees. Methodology The number of respondents was taken by convenience sampling method of 30 people. The technique used with triangulation. Findings Respondents' answers 70% of respondents were very happy with the existence of the PS Store business 15% of respondents were happy with the existence of the PS Store business 10% were normal with the existence of the PS Store business 5% of respondents were not happy with the existence of the PS Store business. Ps Store's social actions cannot yet be included in the Social Entrepreneurship category, which tends to be more generous or philanthropic and also corporate social responsibility. Suggestion Further research examines social actions with benefits for companies, consumers, and employees.

Purpose In accordance with the technology acceptance model and theory of planned behavior, this study aims to examine the perceived benefits and convenience level of the e-filling system and the quality of KPP services that help people in e-filling with interest in tax reporting by e-filling. Methodology This research design is a cross-sectional design. The data collected is primary data of 100 samples from a population of 20,332 individual taxpayers at the Depok Sawangan tax office. Determination of the sample by convenience sampling technique and measured by the slovin formula. Single harman factor testing was also carried out. While testing the hypothesis with multiple regression through SPSS 26. Findings Quality of service and convenience perceived by taxpayers affects the interest of taxpayers in reporting their taxes by e-filling. Meanwhile, the benefits felt by taxpayers do not affect the interest in using e-filling. Suggestion Practical implications and suggestions for research are described in this article.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, lokasi, dan promosi terhadap keputusan sewa gedung perkantoran di Menara Astra pada masa pandemi covid-19. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 125 orang karyawan perusahaan yang merupakan penyewa Gedung Menara Astra. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan alat bantu IBM SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan sewa, sementara harga memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan sewa. Sedangkan lokasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan sewa di gedung perkantoran di Menara Astra pada masa pandemi covid-19. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Lokasi, Promosi dan Keputusan Sewa

Purpose The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of financial literacy and risk tolerance on generation Z's stock investment interest in the digital era. Methodology This research includes survey research. The population in this study were Mercu Buana University students who were of productive age range (17-26 years) with a sample of 46 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques in this research are Instrument Testing, Structural Model or Hypothesis Testing (Inner Model), Measurement Evaluation (Outer Model) and Hypothesis Testing. Findings The research results show that: (1) Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on generation Z's investment interest in the capital market; (2) Risk Tolerance has a positive and significant effect on generation Z's investment interest in the capital market. Suggestion Advice to investors and generation Z who intend to invest, they need to pay attention to risks and understand finances.

Purpose The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of APBN allocation through personnel expenditure, goods expenditure and capital expenditure on the economic growth of Berau Regency, East Kalimantan. Methodology The research method used is quantitative research using an associative approach with secondary data sourced from all ministries and government institutions under the work unit area managed by the Tanjung Redeb KPPN, Berau Regency, a total of 27 work units spanning the period 2010-2021. The analytical tool used is panel data regression analysis. Findings The results of this study show that personnel spending and goods spending have a significant positive effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, capital expenditure does not show a significant influence on economic growth. Suggestion This has the implication that the APBN allocation through the allocation of types of government spending, especially personnel spending and goods spending in Berau Regency, is focused on efforts to increase the production of goods and services in the regional economy and also on productive economic activities so as to have an effect on local regional economic growth. This is different from capital expenditure which tends to show long-term effects..

Purpose This research aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, income, use of fintech, and materialism on the financial management of Generation X. Methodology of this research is quantitative research. The population in this study is Generation X who live in the Java Island region. The data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires online using Google Forms. This research technique uses purposive sampling with the characteristics of Generation The sample in this study consisted of 115 respondents. Findings The results obtained are that financial literacy, income, and the use of fintech have a positive and significant effect on financial management, while income has a negative and significant effect on financial management. Suggestion for future researchers to add independent variables to strengthen the influence on the dependent variables and for Generation X they can improve aspects of variables whose values are still low.

The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate how price and product quality influence customers' decision to buy costume jewelry from Rara Aksessories. Quantitative research methodology. A total of 100 Rara Aksessories customer respondents from the entire population who made more than 2 transactions online participated in this study using associative techniques. Information was collected through a questionnaire given to respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods in the IBM SPSS Statistic 27 program. The research findings show that price and quality simultaneously have a positive influence on imitation jewelry purchasing decisions at Rara Accessories. Suggestions Future researchers are expected to add other variables and other research stores/locations.

This study aims to determine the effect of sharing knowledge and work motivation on employee innovative behavior. This study uses sampling techniques by purposive sampling method, determination of sampling is taken based on the desired amount. There were 104 respondents studied samples. The stages of this test consist of instrument tests, model tests and hypothesis tests using SPSS 23. Based on the results of the study shows that sharing knowledge and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. With sharing knowledge and work motivation can make employees can create and implement a new idea that is creative and innovative, so that it can add insight.

Purpose This study aims to examine: (1) The effect of job stress on burnout, (2) The effect of job stress on resilience, (3) The effect of resilience on burnout, and (4) The effect of job stress on burnout with resilience as a mediating variable. Methodology This research is a causal study that takes a population of 90 nurses in the inpatient room of RSUD Dr. Rasidin Padang with a total sampling method. Findings of the analysis showed that: (1) Job stress has a positive and significant influence on burnout in nurses at RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang, (2) Job stress has a negative and significant influence on resilience in nurses at RSUD dr. Rasidin, (3) Resilience has a negative and significant influence on burnout in nurses at RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang, and (4) Resilience mediates the effect of job stress on burnout.
