Abstract

This article describes community service activities by a team of lecturers and students from the Department of Urban Planning and the Department of Architecture, Universitas Trisakti. The activity started with a site planning study project in the odd semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, with the topic of site planning in one of the Rukun Warga (RW) areas which has an area of ​​+/- 2 HA, with a user-friendly site planning concept. At the beginning of the study, students conducted a physical survey and a cognitive survey of residents regarding the mapping of the RW 07 area, Kelurahan Kebon Kacang, Kecamatan Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. In this way, residents are trained to express themselves through simple sketches about the physical boundaries, site characteristics, and the treasures of facilities and infrastructure that exist in the RW 07 area. The results of this first work are used as a conceptual basis for user-friendly site planning. The next study work was to design a site plan in RW 07, which was prepared according to user-friendly theory in site planning, the site plan standard, and directions of the Spatial Plan for Trade and Services Zones according to Presidential Decree No. 60/2020. The results of the analysis, synthesis, planning and designing of the RW 07 area was compiled was an academic manuscript to be donated to the RW 07 Planning Forum, Kelurahan Kebon Kacang through this activity. The team succeeded in counseling substances of the design of the RW 07 area, according to the needs of citizens. In addition, the team was successfully measuring the level of empowerment of residents were participating in the community service activity which was held on March 14, 2022 on the neighborhood road in front of the RW 07 Secretariat.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that play an essential role in increasing Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Indonesia, facing the industrial era 5.0. Currently, MSMEs are facing global competition to stay in the market. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic that has attacked Indonesia since the beginning of 2020 has made the MSME sector collapse. Therefore, he needs strategies from various parties to produce MSMEs to survive the pandemic and compete in the global market. This community service aims to provide services to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who wish to maintain and develop their business during economic competition and the COVID-19 pandemic period by optimizing the use of technology in their activities. The method used to implement community service is service and assistance to meet needs through business enthusiasm and marketing training with micro-small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with zoom meetings. The target of community services is focused on entrepreneurship training for MSME players based on the creative economy and programs to create social media and websites for marketing MSME products. With training, community service activities are transparent and can continue to be a standard MSME service to continue to meet the needs of MSMEs

Abstract

MSMEs  are expected to   be the forefront to strengthen economic pillars  in achieving  sustainable development goals (SGDs). This is  because MSMEs   are  one of the most able businesses to survive in deteriorating economic conditions, especially in this Covid-19  pandemic. Therefore    , MSMEs must have good financial management so that the business carried out can be  sustainable. One of them is by   having the correct financial record and compiling the financial statements needed to make   decisions in planning the next business strategy. Food MSMEs  in Indonesia do not have a good record, so they cannot produce financial statements. The results  of training and mentoring make simple bookkeeping and compile these financial statements  increase the awareness of MSME  actors for the importance of information generated by financial  statements. as the basis for decision making  and preparing business strategies  to achieve sustainable  business

Abstract

In developing Small and Medium Micro Enterprises (MSMEs) it is necessary to know the  performance of  its business in view of its business financial statements.  The problem  that exists today  is that the  majority of MSMEs in Indonesia do not make financial statements because of various things, namely busyness in trying and not knowing how to make   financial statements. The results of interviews and surveys to 100 MSMEs  in Indonesia  in   February are that  almost all MSMEs  do not know how to make basic or  simple  financial statements.  So we as Pengabdi aim to provide knowledge of making simple   financial statements by providing training and assistance in making digital  financial statements with the help of Smartphones,  due to the  flexibility of  time and place in its manufacture.  The method provided by   way of 1.Training in making simple  financial statements for MSMEs, 2.Training and assistance in making android-based  digital  accounting in Smartphones. The results of the workshop of  MSME  participants who follow the spirit of practice and can make  financial statements on  their respective Smartphones

Abstract

Competition in the business world is getting tighter along with the growth of a region or country.  Likewise, business activities in the Clothing industry are  also getting tighter and tighter. In the  Bandung area, there are clothing industry centers, all of which are  MSME artisans. In MSMEs, the weakness that  has always been owned is its  management and marketing strategy.  In this article, what  is discussed and done is to improve the  business ability of MSMEs by conducting  management training and marketing strategies.  This activity is also given knowledge on how to make Clothes that conform to  national standards.  There  are   2 forms of management training and marketing strategies that aim to improve the quality of their business.   This activity  aims to improve the  ability of clothing artisans in making quality clothing as one of  the marketing strategies

Abstract

Partners in the Stimulus Community Partnership Program (PKMS) are the Pejaten Village Government and the manager of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) "Sukses Bersama" in Pejaten Village, Kramatwatu District, Serang Regency, Banten Province. The objectives of this Community Service Activity Stimulus Community Partnership Program (PKMS) are (1), to provide legal assistance related to the legality of BUMDes and to improve legal understanding, (2) to increase the knowledge and skills of partners in good business management and business finance. and correct through the application of science and technology, and (3) To increase the role of BUMDes in community economic empowerment, so that the welfare of the community also increases. To achieve this goal, the service team prepares an activity plan that includes 4 (four) stages, namely stage 1 analysis of the situation and conditions of partners, stage 2 preparation and transfer of science and technology, stage 3 training and mentoring and stage 4 evaluation and program sustainability. By using the chronological method, the implementation of this activity resulted in an increase in Legal Knowledge and Understanding, an increase in partners' Knowledge and Skills regarding the Management and Finance of BUMDes by 83.33%.

Abstract

Thematic Student Work Lectures (KKM Thematic) of Bina Bangsa University carry out community service tasks to help developers with work programs that have been mutually agreed upon in Siketug village, Ciomas district, Serang-Banten. The purpose of the implementation is so that students can; First, deepen appreciation of how to think and work in developing eight activity programs, providing skills and taking an active role in village/ development; Second, students have a high sense of sensitivity to the problems and difficulties faced by the community in community empowerment. Third, it is a solution to dealing with every problem in society. Third, to produce students as motivators, problem solvers, and facilitators (companions). Implementing the activities is to conduct socialization, mentoring, and empowerment of rural communities by directly involving the Siketug village community, Ciomas District. The achievements in these activities are students; First, it has been able to deepen appreciation of how to think and work in developing eight program activities, providing skills and taking an active role in village development; Second, students can have a high sense of sensitivity to the problems and difficulties faced by the community in community empowerment. Abstract

The main problem for partners is the lack of understanding of the prevention and treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Cerebral palsy is characterized by impaired postural tone in the form of spasticity, impaired coordination, poor postural control, impaired balance of sitting, standing, walking disturbances that cause sufferers to experience impaired daily functional activities. This occurs because of non-progressive lesions on the brain in its developmental period. The implementation of this community service is a participatory approach method by actively involving in every stage and activity through the provision of health education in the form of education and simulations regarding the prevention and treatment of children with cerebral palsy. This activity was held in June 2022 in Berua Village, Makassar City, South Sulawesi, Indonesia with a total of 33 participants consisting of the general public, health workers, Posyandu cadres, teachers and students. The results of the activity obtained that the knowledge and skills of the participants increased. The conclusion of this community service activity is that the knowledge and skills of participants increase after being given education and simulations regarding the prevention and treatment of children with cerebral palsy

Abstract

Partners in this Community Partnership Program (PKM) are the Kamurang Village Government and the managers of banana chips SMEs in Kamurang Village, Cikande District, Serang Regency. The objectives of this program are (1) to improve the knowledge and skills of partners in good and correct business management and business finance and understand business strategies in dealing with conditions in the new normal era, (2) to improve and develop digital marketing in marketing or sales of partner products and transfer of knowledge on the use of Appropriate Technology (TTG) in the form of making banana slicing machines, and (3) Assisting in the process of submitting a Certificate of Home Industry Food Production (SPP-IRT). By using the chronological method, the implementation of this activity resulted in an increase in partners' Knowledge and Skills regarding the management of Business Management, Business Finance, Digital Marketing and the application of Appropriate Technology (TTG) by 81.50%.

Abstract

Community Service on Training on Processing and Packaging Techniques of Pastries and Kenong in Bendung District, Kasemen Sub-district of Serang, with the target of MSME actors, Pastries and Kenong, Bendung Village, the purpose of this community service activity is to provide training on the processing and packaging of pastries and kenong in the Bendung village, Kasemen district, Serang. The technique used in this service activity is lecturing the participants on processing and packaging techniques for cookies and kenong. Namely, SME players can be directly involved in practising and creatively processing and packaging products attractively to become food products with an appealing appearance and flavour. And it is worthwhile to sell it so that it can bring in additional money for the family and potentially grow into a successful business. So while it's encouraging that 60% of training goals achieve for the training, the remaining 40% still need to be followed up with assistance before the next Community Service can complete
