Abstract

MSME business owners face various obstacles: sales reductions, difficulty obtaining raw materials, limited distribution, finance difficulties, and production delays. The action research approach is used in this study. Participants in social situations participate in collective inquiry and self-reflection to improve the rationality and justice of their own social or educational activities and their understanding of these practices and the conditions under which they take place. This community service project has three parts: training, mentoring, and evaluation. The training activities took place on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at the Karyawangi Village Hall in Parongpong District, while the mentoring and assessment took place on Sunday, September 26, 2021, at the home of Mrs. Ani, an SME owner who participates in community service activities. Abstract

This service activity aims to provide understanding and storytelling training to prospective elementary school teachers to create prospective teachers who are skilled in modifying or using creative learning methods, attracting student learning interest, and improving the storytelling abilities of future elementary school students teachers. The location of this activity is at Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta, where the training process is carried out using the Zoom Meeting application due to the Covid-19 pandemic. With the number of participants as many as 25 PGSD students from various agencies or universities. The model used is mentoring or counseling about basic theory and storytelling training. The activity method is synchronous and asynchronous training. The first day of direct face-to-face training is conducted online between the presenters and training participants through zoom meetings, then continued training on the 2nd and 3rd days indirectly (not real-time) between the presenters and training participants. The participants will be given the task of analyzing two storytelling videos. Each participant is asked to make a storytelling work then upload it via the link prepared on G-Drive to be evaluated and given guidance by the team for implementing community service activities. The results of the observations showed positive things. The prospective elementary school teachers (PGSD students) were very enthusiastic about participating in this training activity and were motivated to practice it in learning activities. Abstract

Because of the numerous issues that arise in the language learning process in the classroom and the lack of interest among prospective teachers in conducting classroom action research, this task is complete. And, the teacher still does not understand the concept and is skilled at writing good scientific articles. This activity aims to provide understanding to teachers, make teachers proficient in writing proposals, and increase the motivation of teachers to conduct classroom action research. The location of the activity is Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The number of participants is 100 people. The model used is mentoring or counseling on basic concepts and training in proposal writing and analyzed with a qualitative descriptive approach. The activity method is a presentation in which prospective elementary school teachers compile scientific articles and present them to the other participants. The observations showed positive things. Namely, the teachers were enthusiastic in participating in the activities and their desire to practice them in learning activities. In addition, participants can produce sample proposals. The participants are looking forward to follow-up activities

Abstract

Flooded is a classic thing in every area, especially in the capital city. Floods in Jakarta cannot be separated from the role of the community in urban areas and villages within the town. People's behavior in everyday life, the condition of infrastructure in the community is critical in overcoming flood problems and external causes such as high rainfall, global warming, and climate change. People's behavior that ignores environmental cleanliness such as littering, changing the function of infiltration land as a residence without thinking about environmental impacts, community participation in the maintenance, and lack of concern for the condition of drainage infrastructure in the environment has a vital role. Abstract

The Neighborhood Association is part of the kelurahan or village, coordinating with the Rukun Warga. In the technical implementation, the RT serves as a bridge or liaison with other agencies or organizations that have legality from the kelurahan or village. Concerning the duties and functions of the RT, the administration is something that residents often do regarding the information on residents' domicile and other matters that are more related to administrative permits for residents and organizations within the RT area. Along with the development of the era of the use of all-digital technology. Citizen services can improve by implementing widely available applications in cyberspace. One of them is the use of Google Suite, which is usually used in online learning education, and the QR-Code system, which is widely used by private organizations, government organizations, and even other organizations. In implementing PKM this time, an analysis was carried out first regarding housing problems, incredibly complex houses. Counseling and introduction of applications, lastly, mentoring and implementation in the RT area. 002 Taman Graha Asri Housing Minimalist Graha Block in Serang City. The results can be a benefit for the RT management. 002 is that services can be carried out anywhere, anytime, without meeting in person because of each other's busyness. This system makes it easier for residents to receive increased administrative services for residents of RT.002

Abstract

The role of SMEs Fufu Skipjack Processing is crucial in improving the maritime industry in Indonesia, especially in Bitung City, North Sulawesi Province. There needs to be a deeper understanding of this role, particularly in terms of various factors such as the advantages, opportunities, disadvantages, and challenges that must be faced from the development of SMEs, especially in improving the maritime industry. This paper mainly examines the role of SMEs in the development of the marine industry in Bitung City with a study on SMEs in traditional fish processing. This study is in the form of a qualitative empirical study in direct interviews with entrepreneurs engaged in Fufu Skipjack processing. Data analysis is in the form of a SWOT analysis of this industry's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This study concludes that the SWOT analysis provides understanding and knowledge of various factors in the maritime industry development in Bitung City, especially the fish processing SMEs industry popular by people in Eastern Indonesia, namely Fufu Skipjack Processing

Abstract

Home is a basic human need. A house that is easy to interpret is a real house where a family can live inside. It is supported by the availability of clean water, lighting, and proper environmental equipment to meet basic needs from plumbing to sewerage. It is also safe for residents' activities that residents can objectively accept. Natural disasters are caused by nature in earthquakes, tsunamis, landslides, droughts, hurricanes, floods, and volcanic eruptions that affect people's homes. Rehabilitation activities for houses affected by disasters such as hurricanes, floods, and other disasters carried out by the Tangerang Regency Perkim Service Referring to the Law on the Regional Head of the National Disaster Management Agency of 2008 Number 11 are intended to fulfill the rehabilitation requirements. The important identification activities are carried out to ascertain whether the disaster-affected houses deserve assistance. The identification results become a reference in determining recommendations. Follow up on requests by drawing up plans and a schedule for the construction of the rehabilitation program

Abstract

Economically non-productive groups in Pakis Village, Sawahan Sub-district, Surabaya City who are the target of this Community Service activity are members of PKK RT 05 and RT 06 RW IX Dukuh Kupang Timur Surabaya. Transfer of Knowledge and technology to the target includes Extension and training activities: Entrepreneurship Training, Marketing technique training, Post-harvest management training, and Vertical Garden cultivation techniques training. The implementation of Community Service in Pakis Village, Sawahan District, Surabaya City uses the PRRA (Participatory Rapid Rural) and RRA (Rapid and Rural Appraisal) methods. This activity allows targets to collaborate with universities as implementers on activities, including planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating them. Increased motivation for independent entrepreneurship through vegetable cultivation activities, mastery of Vertical Garden technology effectively and efficiently, knowledge of post-harvest, packaging, and labeling technology can add value to vegetable products, and development of this activity as a sustainable entrepreneurial accomplishment this activity

Abstract

This devotion involves many components of society to become organizational boosters, as teachers and volunteers. The community wants to realize non-formal education that can embrace the lower middle class who do not get access to formal education for various reasons or children break up. school because of the narrowness of the economy. The goals and objectives to be achieved in this Community Service (PKM) activity are to guide adolescent citizens learning to increase their productivity in the pandemic period. Covid-19 by developing business ideas that match their talents/potential and by the opportunities and needs of the community. The method used in community service (PKM) activities is to provide counseling and discussion in providing training and direction to the youth of citizens. This PKM takes the object of devotion, namely fishermen who are residents of Lontar Beach Village. Service partners to PKM is the village manager. The problems taken from the productivity of fishers are still not maximal Not yet skilled fishermen villages management of fish catches well (such as frozen food, food variations etc.), and still lack of human resource management for fishers Lontar Beach village. The PKM programprovided is in the form of seminars on how to improve and improve the quality of fishers of Lontar Beach Village Tirtayasa Subdistrict and training how to store, process and market fishermen's catches at Lontar Beach In the future it is expected that the quality of existing human resources is fishermen of Lontar Beach Village District Tirtayasa can be improved and improved so that it can contribute more to the Village of Lontar Beach Tirtayasa Subdistrict.
