Abstract

Technological developments in this day and age are growing very rapidly, this affects small and medium enterprises (SMEs), because inevitably small and medium enterprises (SMEs) must follow the developments of the times otherwise they will be left behind. SMEs as one type of business that plays an important role in increasing the economic growth of a country, requires an appropriate marketing strategy so that products can be sold in the market. Digital marketing is the marketing of products or services through digital media and the internet. Digital marketing is a solution for SMEs in this technological era. The problem faced by SMEs in the village of Kampung Baru Depan is the lack of knowledge about Digital Marketing. This service activity aims to introduce Digital Marketing to SMEs in the village of Kampung Baru Kontak. with the lecture, discussion and question and answer method. The service provider provides material about Digital Marketing, marketing strategies and steps to start Digital Marketing for SMEs in the village of Kampung Baru Promise. The results of this service activity are SMEs in the village of New Promise, which previously used only conventional marketing methods, through this service activity, they could find out another method, namely digital marketing (Digital Marketing) and also practice it directly.

Abstract

Information technology that is developing rapidly can be beneficial for the community in supporting various business activities, both large and small scale businesses, including the activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) so that they can be marketed globally. This activity aims to improve and develop digital marketing which is one of the digital-based product and service marketing techniques carried out by various Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in the Lake Toba Caldera village. In this study, we describe the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for UMKM actors in the Caldera village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research methods that are focused on problems based on facts which are carried out by means of observation, interviews and studying documents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, the results of research in the Caldera village are known.

Abstract

In the midst of the rapid development of information and communication technology, it is undeniable that children who are still in school can access a lot of extensive information, one of which is about the problem of bullying. at school. Bullying behavior that occurs in schools is very diverse ranging from physical bullying, verbal bullying, social bullying and cyberbullying. The role of teachers in schools is also very important to minimize bullying in schools. In this research, the researcher distributed a questionnaire to be filled out by the socialization participants with a choice of answers agreeing or disagreeing. Researchers also during the socialization process gave several questions about bullying behavior to obtain supporting results regarding bullying behavior. The results of the research achieved in this study were that all socialization participants already knew what bullying was and it could be concluded that bullying is an action that students should avoid when at school because bullying can have a serious effect on victims of bullying.

Abstract

Corona virus (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Most people who contract COVID-19 will experience mild to moderate symptoms, and will recover without special treatment. However, some people will experience severe pain and require medical assistance. The spread of this virus also has an impact on health that occurs through the mouth or nose of an infected person through small fluid particles when the person coughs, sneezes, talks, sings, or breathes.The Covid-19 vaccine is a biological product that contains antigens in the form of microorganisms or part of the resulting substance which is processed in such a way that it is safe, which when given to a person will cause active specific immunity. The Indonesian government's efforts in dealing with the Covid-19 problem aim to create herd immunityso that people become more productive in carrying out their activities. Coconut water is a clear liquid tapped from young, green coconuts, which contains several nutrients and electrolytes. More than 95% of coconut content is water. In the implementation of community service, the method used is socialization by explaining material about Covid-19, Utilization of coconut water, vaccines, various types of vaccines. The implementation of these activities was explained with the help of power points and the distribution of questionnaires.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is an event of the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (English: Coronavirus disease 2019, abbreviated as COVID-19) throughout the world for all countries. This disease is caused by a new type of corona virus called SARS-CoV-2. The COVID-19 outbreak was first detected in Wuhan City, Hubei, China on December 1, 2019, and was designated a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020. The purpose of IbM activities is to increase community participation in preventing transmission of Covid-19 through the application of the 3M movement. The method of this activity is to visit residents' homes, lectures, questions and answers, FGDs and assistive devices, namely laptops, stickers, posters and masks by involving the community, namely the campus community (Fikes students), the Gambesi Village community and the Sasa village community. The results of the IbM activity are (1) the public can understand the application of the 3M movement to prevent the transmission of covid-19. (2) the public realizes that the application of 3M can reduce the risk of transmission of covid-19. With the implementation of the IbM activity, it can be concluded that the public has a higher understanding and awareness of the efforts to implement the 3M movement to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus on the North Maluku Muhammadiyah University campus. From IbM activities, it is suggested to the public to always apply health protocols through the 3M movement, namely wearing masks, washing hands and keeping a distance when doing activities.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the pattern of education has changed. From a face-to-face teaching system to a teaching and learning process carried out remotely by utilizing the internet and information and communication technology. The Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka policy applied by the government to universities has created interesting dynamics for universities. One of these policies is internship/work practice in the industrial world. It is hoped that universities and their alumni can be independent, and graduates are able to work with the knowledge and skills they have so that they can provide benefits for the community to maintain a work environment in the industry. The purpose of this service is to socialize business world - industrial world to universities within the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau. Community service is carried out in the form of seminars and collaboration in the business world and industry. The method used in the implementation of this service is direct collaboration with distributors of e-learning companies and international work internships at PT. Anugrah Rezeki Sejahtera with its products, namely Altissia (elearning 22 language program), SmartInternz (IT project e-learning program) and Sea Education (cruise ship internship program).

Abstract

Strategy is needed in an organization to develop the organization. One strategy that has been developed is related to recording to financial reporting and planning to tax calculation. Transparent financial report will be very useful, especially when it is related to decision making for organizational development. Besides, financial report also becomes the basis in the calculation and reporting of income tax (PPh) of the organization. Training in financial reporting and tax accounting planning will greatly assist the organization, both for decision making and corporate strategic planning. Business strategic training, financial reporting, and taxation are conducted to help CV Inara in achieving better business performance.

Abstract

The results of the Bank Indonesia survey show that there is still a low number of households that have savings accounts in banks. In addition, the number of households that can access loans at banks is also still very low. One of the problems that exist due to lack of financial knowledge so that not many people understand how to access loans in banks. For an entrepreneur or micro, small and medium enterprises are needed financial litersasi in order to easily get business capital from the bank. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide additional insight into how to plan and manage finances so that micro, small and medium enterprises, especially in West Jakarta, increase. The method of implementation of community service activities consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. The results of this activity provide solutions for Micro, Small and medium enterprises in West Jakarta on how to conduct comprehensive financial planning and management, analyze financial statements, and maintain cash flow position by identifying sources of cash receipts and expenditures.

Abstract

Tofu industry produce wastewater with low pH and high pollutant parameters, such as BOD, COD, TSS. Therefore, it is necessary to have a wastewater treatment plant so as not to pollute the environment and cause health problems. The purpose of this community service activity is the application of appropriate technology for processing liquid waste in the tofu industry in Pekanbaru City with a combination of equalization, filtration and phytoremediation processes. This service activity includes several stages, namely counseling to provide understanding to partners about the importance of treating waste, followed by building a liquid waste treatment plant and the application of liquid waste treatment technology. The sewage treatment plant consists of 3 concrete tanks that consisting of equalization, filtration (using coral, porous plastic, jute, gravel, and sand as filter media) and phytoremediation (using water hyacinth plants). This activity has a very positive effect for the owners of tofu industry. The levels of BOD, COD and TSS decreased significantly after the application of this wastewater treatment technology.

Abstract

  High school students as the nation's future young generation, there needs to be an increase in competence towards the development of digital technology today. Digital technology has become their consumption and can be used to earn a living. However, its use has not been maximized so that it can be used to overcome the nation's current problems, namely the large number of unemployed and the difficulty of getting a job. Digital entrepreneurship training seeks to create a creative and active mental attitude and spirit to try to increase income in every business activity. This community service activity will use the classroom action research method. In this method, students of SMA Negeri 2 Binjai as training participants and UNPAB lecturers will act as speakers and assessors. The method used is the Progressive Differentiation and Integrative Reconciliation Method, which is a method to improve students' understanding as seen from the increase in learning outcomes scores. Also, as a Classroom Action Research Method that will show the results of students' understanding of the use of digital social media as a suggestion to develop and arouse students' entrepreneurial spirit, it is hoped that there will be quality learning that can be applied when working in the business and industrial world. The results of activities in the community at SMA 2 Binjai can be seen from the results of the principle of Progressive Differentiation and Integrative Reconciliation, there is an increase in the score for understanding the use of digital entrepreneurship on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter from an average pre-test score of 48.33% to a post-test result of 92.71 % which is obtained.
