Abstract

Dalam artikel ini menjelaskan tentang teknik pembelajaran talking stick untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi dan kreativitas siswa pada pembelajaran tematik kelas II MIS Sambi Nae Kota Bima. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tiga siklus, setiap siklus memuat perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Tehnik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, post test, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil observasi menunjukkan permasalahan kurangnya ruang kolaborasi dan kreativitas peserta didik pembelajaran tematik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik pembelajaran talking stick dapat meningkatkan kolaborasi dan kretaivitas siswa. Pada siklus I kemampuan kolaborasi memperoleh presentase sebanyak 35% berada pada kategori sedang, sedangkan pada siklus II kolaborasi memperoleh presentase sebanyak 55% berada pada kategori sedang dan pada siklus III memperoleh presentase sebanyak 87,5% berada pada kategori tinggi. Kemampuan kreativitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan dari beberapa siklus seperti pada siklus I presentase yang di peroleh yaitu sebanyak 37,5% berada pada kategori rendah, sedangkan pada siklus II kreativitas memperoleh presentase sebanyak 60% berada pada kategori sedang dan pada siklus III kemampuan kreativitas memperoleh presentase sebanyak 85% berada pada kategori tinggi. Penerapan teknik pembelajaran talking stick selain dapat meningkatkan kolaborasi dan kreativitas siswa tetapi juga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar/kemampuan kognitif siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of internalizing the spiritual values of elementary school students in learning mathematics with the polya strategy on problem solving abilities. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of pre-experimental research and the design uses one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were 21 grade IV students at SD Negeri Candinegoro. Samples were taken using saturated sampling with a sample of 11 people. The data collection technique used was in the form of a test and the research instrument was in the form of question sheets, namely the pretest and posttest. The results of the study were calculated using the Paired Sample Test T-test formula. Seen from sig. (two sides) significant at 0.000 < 0.05. That is, there is a significant difference from the condition of students before and after being given treatment. To find out the difference, see table 4.1. It can be seen that the post-test average is 89.29, greater than the pre-test average of 65.47. Because the average posttest is greater, the internalization of religious values in learning mathematics with a strategy can be said to have an effective effect on problem solving abilities. Abstract

The research aims to identify an increase in understanding of the Ramadan fasting material by using a cooperative learning model. Studying fiqh at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is part of the theme of Islamic religious education which aims to train students to know, understand, live and practice Islamic law. Which then becomes the basis for his perspective on life through teaching, learning, trepan education and experience, as well as getting used to everyday life. Class action research (CAR) is research conducted by the teacher in the classroom, which is essentially a series of research activities carried out in cycles to solve a problem until the problem is resolved. The implementation of Teams Games for the fiqh subject of the type of cooperative learning tournament type with Ramadan fasting material for class IV MI Raudlatul Ulum can be applied well. This is evidenced by the results of observations of student activity which also increased from 60% to 80%, in cycles I and II. Based on the development of cycles I and II, the implementation of the cooperative learning model of the team games tournament type was successful and could be perfected. Abstract

The behavior of academic supervision is directly related to and influences teacher behavior. This means that through academic supervision, supervisors influence teacher teaching behavior so that their behavior is getting better in managing teaching and learning. Furthermore, good teacher teaching behavior will influence student learning behavior. Thus that the implementation of the principal's academic supervision can improve the management of learning if this is done in accordance with the applicable supervision principles. Therefore, the principal as a supervisor is required to be competent as a person who provides guidance to teachers in improving learning management. Procedures for implementing academic supervision consist of: (1) Preparation Stage, including; (a) preparing instruments and (b) preparing a joint schedule, (2) Implementation Phase, namely the implementation of school principal supervision observations, (3) Reporting Stage, including; (a) identify the results of observations during class observations, (b) analyze the results of supervision, (c) evaluate jointly between the principal and teacher, and (d) make notes on the results of supervision which are documented as reports, (4) Follow-up Stage, includes; (a) discussing and making solutions together, (b) notifying the results of class visits, and (c) communicating to the teacher. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of academic supervision in cycle 2 in the learning category is very good with a value of 4.2. With the results mentioned above, the implementation of academic supervision is considered successful because the results are good and are in accordance with the success indicators that have been determined in increasing teacher professionalism.

Abstract

Discipline is a character that must be instilled in students from an early age, with thisdiscipline, students are always able to live independently when they have graduated orfinished studying. Discipline must also be emphasized at all levels of education inIndonesia.In addition to discipline, educational institutions must also emphasize an attitude of responsibility towards their students/students, because these two attitudes will later be interconnected with one another and cannot be separated. If someone does not have discipline and responsibility then he will be a loser.If these two characters are no longer emphasized in the world of education, then education in these institutions is considered to be experiencing a moral decline and students no longer have a sense of responsibility and a sense of self-discipline, so students start to be naughty, skip classes, and be lazy in teaching and learning activities. and less obedient to the orders of teachers and parents. From the problems above, the role of Islamic religious education teachers at MI Misbahuttholibin Kec.Leces, Probolinggo Regency can later form the character of discipline and responsibility for their students and can always know the inhibiting factors as well as the supporting factors in the formation of these two characters.The research we present is field research with aqualitative approach and data collection is carried out by observation and interviews as well as documentation which is one of the data collection techniques. Abstract

The development of this research was carried out to streamline the learning process and provide an understanding of the importance of using instructional media in learning activities for teachers and low-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Developing research aims to provide awareness of the importance of media in the learning process. This study uses a qualitative research approach by conducting a survey method. Audio-visual media is a container for conveying material or information to students and has the aim of making the learning process more effective by involving students. The results of using audio-visual media are very good and have a positive impact on students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the extent to which the communicative approach is able to have an appropriate influence on the speaking skills of elementary school students. The method used in this research is action research. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Tonga, The research subject was class V- A students totaling 24 students consisting of 11 boys and 13 girls. The participants involved in this study were the researchers themselves who acted as teachers who taught in class V-A and class V-B teachers as collaborators. The instrument used in this study was an observation sheet. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, the conclusion of the results of this study is that there is a significant improvement in speaking skills through a communicative approach in grade V students with theme one "Objects in the Environment," subtheme "Humans and the Environment". In cycle I, 13 students (54.17%) were complete, and 11 students (45.83%) were not complete. In cycle II theme two "Events in Life", subtheme "Various Events in Life", as many as 18 students (75%) were complete, and 6 students (25%) were not complete with an average score of 80.Keywords:  Speaking Skills; Communicative Approach; Primary School

Pelnelliltilan ilnil melrupakan pelnelliltilan tilndakan kellas yang melnggunakan pelndelkatan kualiltatilf melskilpun pada analilsils datanya juga melnggunakan stratelgil kuantiltatilf seldelrhana yang belrtujuan untuk melnggambarkan pelrselntasel pelnilngkatan hasill bellajar mata pelajaran  fiqih matelril kelselrasilan antara gelrakan dan bacaan sholat silswa kellas IlIlIl MIl Milftahul Jannah. Abstract

The implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum is a major change in the education system in Indonesia. These changes not only affect classroom teaching methods, but also affect school structure and management systems. In this context, the role of the school principal becomes very important, especially in supervising the curriculum implementation process. Principal supervision is very important in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum for several reasons. Supervising the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum is not an easy task. A good understanding of this curriculum is required, as well as skills in supervision and school management. Therefore, it is important for school principals to continue to improve their competence in this matter. This research was conducted using the school action research method which lasted for 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. The research method used by researchers is to carry out academic supervision which includes traditional supervision and clinical supervision with subj. 10 Class teachers and fields of study The results of this research show that the implementation of the use of good practices in PMM through academic supervision in cycle 2 in the learning category is very good with a score of 4.2. With the results above, the implementation of the use of good practices in PMM through academic supervision is considered successful because the results are good and in accordance with the predetermined indicators of success in increasing teacher professionalism.

Abstract

Pendidikan hal yang teramat penting dalam kehidupan. Dengan pendidikan seseorang akan dapat merasakan bentuk perubahan pada dirinya, masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitarnya. Seperti halnya cita-cita bangsa Indonesia yang tertuang dalam UUD 1945 yang berbunyi  “Mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa” Dan dalam hal ini pemerintah kita berusaha agar mewujudkan cita-cita dari bangsa ini salah satunya dengan menggalakkan literasi, numerasi dan adaptasi tehnologi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi guru kelas 3 dalam meningkatkan literasi membaca siswa kelas 3 di MI. Misbahut Tholibin Kecamatan Leces Kabupaten Probolinggo. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode yang di gunakan obeservasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang di gunakan guru kelas 3 dalam meningkatkan literasi membaca siswa kelas 3 antara lain dengan membaca 15 menit sebelum bel masuk kelas berbunyi, membaca butir-butir pancasila, membaca buku dengan sistem proges setoran ke guru kelas, bercerita tentang pengalaman masing-masing siswa,game tebak kata, game kata bersambung.  Kata kunci: Strategi guru kelas 3, literasi membaca
