<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between economic growth and poverty in East Sumba Regency. The research method used is quantitative with secondary data obtained from publications of the Central Statistics Agency of East Sumba and NTT. The data analysis method used is Granger causality. The results of the study show that economic growth affects poverty, as seen from the probability value which is lower than the significance value at the 5% level (0.0278 < 0.05). Furthermore, poverty does not affect economic growth, as indicated by the probability value which is greater than the significance value (0.250 > 0.05). This indicates that there is a one-way relationship between economic growth and poverty in East Sumba, namely that the economic growth variable affects poverty.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of social media, product quality and trust on consumer shopping decisions at Allfashion online shop. The research method uses non-probality sampling with purposive sampling techniques, the sampling criteria are consumers who have made purchases at allfashion online shops at least 2 times and are domiciled in Waingapu City District. Data analysis using multiple regression, the results showed social media, product quality and trust had a significant effect on purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of this study is to investigate the quality assessment of KTP services provided by the Population and Civil Registry Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 99 individuals was taken from the study's population of 482 participants. It is a descriptive kind of research. This study employed questionnaires, literature reviews, and observation as data gathering methods. The IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 program is used in conjunction with the data analysis method. 69% of the analysis of public service quality falls into the good category, according to the study's findings. Excellent describes 63% of the KTP service procedure. At the Sidenreng District Population and Civil Registration Service, factors affecting the quality of public services have a good/influential level of 65% in the KTP service. Empathy and tangibles, the KTP service process (printing and issuing KTPs), administration, and updating procedures are some of the factors that affect the quality of KTP services provided by the public sector. Accessibility and human resources are two factors that affect the quality of KTP services. The findings of the quality of public services in the KTP service of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency and the "Impact/Significance" analysis.]]>

<![CDATA[The 2024 presidential election (Pilpres) contains distinct characteristics that differ from past presidential elections. The 2024 presidential election contest is very complex and unique due to the changing composition of the coalition of political parties supporting the presidential and vice presidential candidates, including President Jokowi's shifting support, which is no longer aligned with his party, the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP). This article will look at the political events that unfolded during the 2014 presidential election, such as Anies Baswedan's refusal to run as a presidential candidate, Jokowi's feud with the PDIP, and neutrality or interference during the election. This research employs qualitative approaches using data collection procedures through the desch study, incorporating media. The findings revealed that Jokowi intervened politically by backing the 02 group in order to assure the continuance of the previously implemented development strategy. There are hints of substantial participation by Jokowi in the process of deciding presidential candidates by supporting parties, such as the nomination of Anies Baswedan. Other data indicate that Jokowi and his family's political moves in the 2024 presidential race contradict the PDIP, culminating in open conflict between the PDIP elite and Jokowi. The appointment of Gibran as Prabowo's vice presidential candidate following the Constitutional Court's decision has sparked debate in the community and led to charges of Jokowi's lack of impartiality in this presidential race. Meanwhile, international media outlets such as Al Jazeera covered the presidential election and reported that Gibran met public expectations.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the strategies implemented by the local government in addressing the issue of school dropouts. Using a qualitative approach, this research seeks to deeply understand the factors contributing to school dropouts and the steps taken by the local government to tackle this problem. Data collection was carried out through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings show that the local government's strategies include a multi-sectoral approach, such as lobbying relevant agencies to provide educational and sports facilities, offering educational assistance, and improving the accessibility of educational infrastructure. Additionally, the local government collaborates with the local community to create an environment that supports the sustainability of children's education. Challenges faced include budget limitations, insufficient land for building educational facilities, and inadequate road access. Despite these challenges, the collaboration between the local government and the community has shown positive results in reducing the number of school dropouts and enhancing the quality of education in the area.]]>

<![CDATA[This research focuses on the effectiveness of the East Jakarta KPU's political education on the understanding of people with disabilities regarding the 2024 elections. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the KPU's political education in East Jakarta and to determine the understanding of political education carried out by the East Jakarta KPU for residents of the Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa social institution II. The research method used is a qualitative approach using an exploratory descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques used interviews and literature study. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The theory used is the theory of program effectiveness and political education. The results of this research indicate that the socialization activities carried out by the East Jakarta KPU at PSBL II were effective if assessed using Campbell J.P.'s theory. which consists of 4 indicators, namely program success, target success, satisfaction with the program and achievement of overall goals]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine whether ability and expertise have an influence on employee performance at the Village Office in Kulo Sub-district. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 57 people. The sample was taken saturated, and the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22.0 for Wondows. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, the significance value of X1 is 0.000 <0.05, indicating that ability has an influence on employee performance at the Village Office in Kulo Sub-district. Likewise, the significance value of X2 is 0.000 <0.05, indicating that performance has an influence on employee performance at the Kulo District Village Office. Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, it shows that the significance value of X1 is 0.000 <0.05, indicating that ability has a partial influence on employee performance, as well as the significance value of X2 of 0.021 <0.05, indicating that expertise has a partial influence on employee performance. So it can be concluded that ability and expertise affect employee performance at the Village Office in Kulo Sub-district.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of company size and audit quality on tax avoidance in LQ45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2021 period. Using a causal research design, 28 LQ45 companies were selected as samples through a purposive sampling method, with a total of 112 financial reports as data. The results of the study show that audit quality has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance, while firm size has no significant effect on tax avoidance. In combination, firm size and audit quality simultaneously affect tax evasion. This study contributes to filling the existing research gap and provides further understanding of the factors influencing LQ45 corporate tax evasion in Indonesia. The results of this study are relevant to practitioners, regulators and academics in managing tax avoidance practices in LQ45 companies in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[The pandan craft industry in Mbatakapidu Village has become an integral part of the local economy and cultural preservation. This research aims to explore and document the processes, challenges, and opportunities faced by pandan craftsmen in maintaining the sustainability of this industry. Qualitative methods were used to gain an in-depth understanding of this phenomenon, with purposive sampling techniques applied to select informants who had relevant knowledge, experience, and who were willing to be interviewed. This research reveals that the pandan thorn craft industry that the thorn pandan craft industry in Mbatakapidu Village not only plays a role in improving the local economy but also in strengthening cultural identity. Craftsmen face several challenges including market competition, limited access to capital and changing consumer preferences. But they also find opportunities through design innovation and effective marketing. The results of the research show that the existence of pandan thorn is influenced by several factors, namely 1. Availability of raw materials of pandan thorn around the craftsman’s house. 2. Production costs are relatively low. 3. Using family kindergartens. 4. There is a fairly large market opportunity, especially in Sumbanese culture which requires pandan thorn crafts. Business constraints, 1. Low bargaining position of craftsmen in product marketing. 2. Low competition with product made from plastic and have more attractive patterns and motifs. 3. The production process takes quite a long time and production quantities are limited.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the analysis of customer service quality on BRI Bank customer satisfaction in Maroangin, Enrekang Regency. And to find out the factors that influence the quality of BRI Bank customer service in Maroangin, Enrekang Regency. This research method approach uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 101 BRI Bank customers in Maroangin, Enrekang Regency. while the sample in this study was 51 people determined using the Slovin formula. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The collected data was then processed and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with the help of descriptive statistics using SPSS and a Likert scale. The results of this research indicate that BRI Bank customer service in Maroangin, Enrekang Regency is categorized as good. The results of this research show that the average percentage value of the five BRI Bank customer service quality indicators is 74.2% in the good category. The average value of customer satisfaction is 74.9% in the good category. Factors that influence the quality of BRI Bank customer service with an average percentage value of 64% with a good category where human resources with a value of 76.3%, awareness of rules 58%, organization 41.5%, skills and abilities 68% , service facilities 73% and customer experience 66%.]]>
