Abstract

This journal discusses the function of implementing administrative synchronization related to the management of container units at the CV. Kay Alor Sejahtera North Jakarta. Container or Container is a rectangular box with a special design, has a certain size made of iron or aluminum, with a door on one side and can be used many times, besides being used as a place to store and transport goods from one place to another. And has been identified according to international standards (ISO) Container or container can also be modified into a semi-residential where it functions as a temporary residence. Containers are an important component of a company's logistics operations, and effective administration is necessary to maintain a smooth turnover of goods, avoid delays, and optimize the use of Container units. The purpose of this research is to analyze and document the various administrative functions related to Container management both sales and rental of each type of Container, as well as provide concrete examples of implementation in the company CV. Abstract

The Basic Law protects the right to employment and proper treatment, in accordance with relevant international instruments. Laws and regulations harmonize it and this is related to family-friendly policies, as a form of protection for women workers. However, not all rights of women workers have been fulfilled due to limited knowledge and other wills and interests. Trade unions are entrusted with fighting, improving the welfare of workers / workers and their families responsibly. The purpose of this Community Service is to socialize to partners: how to describe the protection of women workers, especially in Indonesia; Description of family-friendly policies as well as examples of their implementation. Material preparation is carried out through literature studies. The implementation was carried out in a hybrid manner using zoom and participants from the trade union gathered in the meeting room of the Bekasi trade union office, the PKM team gathered in the meeting room of the Faculty of Law Usakti. Evaluation of activities is carried out after exposure to the material through 4 related questions. The post-test results  showed an increase in the knowledge of SP administrators about: understanding family-friendly policies; the benefits of family-friendly policies for both workers and employers. The results of PKM preparation in the form of studies show that the protection of women workers has been outlined in laws and regulations. Family-friendly policies balance work and family life, including: maternity leave, availability  of day care at work,  breastfeeding opportunities at work time, implementation of work outside the workplace for certain types of work that allow. Policies result from the cooperation of HRD, SP, government and community. The support of supervisors and managers is critical to the success of family-friendly policies. It is suggested that trade unions play a lot of role in the formation and implementation of family-friendly policies.

Abstract

This community engagement initiative focused on promoting sustainable urban farming practices in Balai RW IX Griya Bhayangkara, Sidoarjo, East Java. The program, carried out in collaboration with academic teams from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" East Java (UPNVJT) and Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA), aimed to address the challenges of food security and limited agricultural spaces in urban environments. A total of 63 participants, mainly housewives, took part in the program. The engagement included a comprehensive knowledge-sharing session on the benefits of urban farming, encompassing social and financial advantages, along with various vertical farming techniques and suitable plant selections. Furthermore, participants were introduced to eco-friendly pest and disease control measures utilizing biopesticides. The interactive approach, including question and answer sessions, fostered active engagement and ensured a deeper understanding of urban farming practices. The subsequent hands-on training, utilizing recycled plastic bottles as planting media, provided practical experience in setting up urban farming systems. The program's success highlighted the importance of academic-community collaborations in disseminating accurate and up-to-date knowledge while catering to the specific needs of the target audience. By empowering the community with relevant skills and knowledge, this initiative contributed to enhancing food security, promoting sustainable practices, and strengthening the bond between academia and local communities in fostering resilient food systems and environmental consciousness

Abstract

State-owned goods (BMN) are all goods purchased or obtained at the expense of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget or originating from other legitimate acquisitions. BMN with severely damaged conditions must be removed in order to create efficiency in its use. The purpose of this study was to determine the Analysis of the BMN Assets Lost Condition as a Value of State Wealth Revenue in Tanjung Priok Type B Navigation. This article uses a descriptive qualitative method. The results in this article reveal that the procedures carried out were appropriate even though they had experienced problems in the auction. This article has implications for the Tanjung Priok Type B Navigation District to better adjust the price estimate to the condition of the goods being auctioned.

Abstract

This community service (PKM) aims to examine the introduction of Microsoft Office as a teaching and learning medium at SMKS Mandiri Bojonggede, Bogor. The methods used are surveys and interviews to evaluate the use and benefits of Microsoft Office in an educational context. PKM results show that the use of Microsoft Office has great potential in improving the quality of teaching and learning at SMKS Mandiri Bojonggede. Teachers use it to create interactive presentations, manage learning materials, and create assignments and exams. While students use applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to do assignments, create reports, and present PKM results. The use of Microsoft Office as a medium of teaching and learning provides benefits in the form of improving technology skills, collaboration between teachers and students, increasing creativity in material delivery, and preparing students for the technological world of work. Despite challenges such as limited technology accessibility, lack of training for teachers, and limited understanding of students' potential applications, it is recommended to provide regular training for teachers, improve technology infrastructure, and develop teaching strategies that meet student needs. In conclusion, the introduction of Microsoft Office as a teaching and learning medium at SMKS Mandiri Bojonggede, Bogor, has a positive impact in improving student learning experience and teacher teaching effectiveness. By addressing existing challenges, the use of Microsoft Office can continue to be improved and integrated in school curricula to enhance innovative and relevant learning in the era of information technology

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia still have many classic problems, namely cleanliness and health. This can happen because Islamic boarding schools rarely provide clean and healthy lifestyle education. The reason for selecting the topic or the importance of this community service topic is because many health problems in Islamic boarding schools are still not good. The service method begins with conducting a survey to observe the existing situation, after which it is continued with an approach and seeks approval from the leadership to hold several activities at the Baitul Qurro' Jakarta Islamic boarding school, namely counseling on Clean and Healthy Behavior and strengthening the functions of the Poskestren. Results and discussion: On July 15, 2023 the implementation of counseling and health checks for a clean and healthy lifestyle individually and in the Islamic boarding school environment went well and smoothly. This activity was carried out with a community service team at the Baitul Qurro' Islamic boarding school, Jakarta. The counseling was attended by all Baitul Qurro' Jakarta Youth Red Cross (PMR) teams

Abstract

Tolerance is an attitude of mutual respect and respect for the various differences in society. The differences that exist can be seen from ethnicity, culture, language, and religion. In religion, it is very necessary to have tolerance between adherents of one religion and another. Religious tolerance is an attitude where everyone from a different religion respects all adherents of other religions. Mutual assistance activities are considered capable of being a medium for mobilizing and generating a sense of community solidarity as well as being able to create a life that upholds social values. The author conducted this research to investigate the role of cooperation activities in efforts to foster attitudes of religious tolerance between Muslim and Christian communities in Kuta Jungak Village. The author uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation and documentation. The research that has been carried out shows that the mutual assistance activities carried out have great potential in building attitudes of religious tolerance. The mutual assistance carried out in this village has proven to influence the growth of a sense of religious tolerance

Abstract

Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for government administration services in Inofi Village, Biak Numfor Regency, by utilizing information technology, the aim of which is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of village government administration services, as well as utilizing the potential of information technology in this process. The process of government administration services in Inofi Village still experiences several obstacles, such as the lack of use of information technology, procedures that are not yet properly standardized, and a lack of training for administrative officers. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize the development of SOPs for information technology-based government administration services. The proposed SOP will include clear steps in the administrative service process, including the use of information technology to support the process. In addition, there will be recommendations for training administrative officers in using the necessary information technology. By implementing the administrative service SOP that has been developed, it is hoped that it can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of government administration services in Inofi Village. The use of information technology is also expected to facilitate access to information for village communities and increase transparency in government processes

Abstract

The Regency of Kepulauan Selayar holds significant potential in orange agrotourism, but the available information is still limited. Therefore, the implementation of this community service aims to create a website named "JeKS Tourism" as a medium for providing information on orange agrotourism in the Regency of Kepulauan Selayar, accessible through the website https://jekselayarisland-tourism.com/. This website offers information about natural, cultural, and artificial tourist attractions such as orange picking activities. Additionally, it provides information about processed orange products such as orange juice, dodol, and preserves. The website development method involves active participation from the local farming community and the regional government, especially the Department of Tourism. The output of this project results in a website containing informative content, including text, images, and maps. Through the implementation of this initiative, it is expected that Orange Agrotourism in the Regency of Kepulauan Selayar can become well-known and attract tourists, thereby enhancing the income and welfare of the local community

Abstract

Problems related to existence and economic independence for activities that are cultural preservation require hard work. This is fully felt by Sanggar Gong Pro which is a studio that dedicates itself to efforts to preserve traditional dance culture. Therefore, academic synergy is needed to realize the existence of Sanggar Gong Pro so that it has economic independence. This synergy is in the form of community service that aims to improve Sanggar Gong Pro's digital marketing capabilities. The methodology includes initial assessment, training, and assistance in creating digital marketing strategies. The result is a significant increase in the digital marketing capabilities of Sanggar Gong Pro managers, increased participant participation, and public awareness about preserving dance culture. This service not only benefits dance studios, but also contributes to cultural preservation and the development of digital marketing competencies in the local community. This illustrates how the potential of digital marketing can support traditional arts and culture in the modern era
