<![CDATA[This research was motivated by a lack of interest in Group B2 children in TK Negeri Pembina Lima Puluh Kota Kecamatan Harau in participating science learning about the five senses so that there was a need for improvement. The purpose of this Classroom Action Research is to describe the improvement in the results of science learning about the five senses in the TK Negeri Pembina Lima Puluh Kota. The type of the research carried out was classroom action research with the subject of research of students in the TK Negeri Pembina Lima Puluh Kota in Group B2, which were consisted of 15 pupils using the Puzzle Tube Educational Tool. The technique used in collecting data in the form of observation, and the format of the results of interviews, test, then processed by percentage techniques. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. The results of the study in the first cycle of improvement in learning outcomes have not reached 75%, then continued in the second cycle where the increase in children's learning outcomes becomes more increasing. So the results of the average rate of children exceed the minimum completeness criteria that have been set. Thus it can be concluded that the efforts of researchers to improve children's learning outcomes in learning science about the senses. After the actions taken from cycle I and cycle II can be achieved.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the magnitude of Service Quality Impact on Patient Satisfaction of Pakan Kamis Public Health Center District Tilatang Kamang Agam.. The population in this study were patients using BPJS card whose Health Facility in Level I was registered at Pakan Kamis Public Health Center. In connection with the purpose of the above research, we hypothesized that "there is a significant influence partially and simultaneously between service quality which includes tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction at Pakan Kamis Public Health Center. The analysis used in this research is Binary Logistic Regression Analysis to know the effect of service quality to patient satisfaction hence obtained result that physical evidence (tangible) have positive effect 0,233 and not significant with value 0183, reliability (reliability) have positive effect 0,159 and not significant with a value of 0.042, responsiveness (positive responsiveness) of 0.283 and significant with the value of 0.016, assurance (assurance) has a positive effect of 0.311 and significant with the value 0.014, empathy (emphaty) has a positive effect of 0.103 and significant with the value 0.041.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is as follows: 1) to find out how much problem loans affect SHU KPN-GA Batipuh 2) to know how big of own capital influence SHU KPN-GA Batipuh 3) to know how big business volume influence SHU KPN -GA Batipuh.This research takes place in the Cooperative Islamic Teacher in Batipuh District Tanah Datar. The data collected are quantitative data from RAT reports of civil Islamic teacher cooperative Batipuh in 2010-2015. Data analysis was done by multiple linear regression method. The result of data analysis is known that the problem loans, own capital and business volume simultaneously have significant effect to the Business Result Residual (SHU) of Cooperative Islamic Teacher Batipuh. The problem of non performing loans has the most dominant effect on the Business Result of Islamic Teacher Cooperative (KPN-GA) Batipuh.Based on the results of the research, it is suggested that there should be handling of non-performing loans, increase business capital and lower interest rates, as it will affect the remaining results of operations.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze Non-Performing Financing Strategies Case Studies In BMT Nagari Lasi Candung District Agam regency, from the results of research that the authors find in the field by using the population in this study all customers financing BMT Nagari Lasi, 105 people. From the results of data obtained from respondents processed by using SPSS program with stages through the test research instrument is the validity test , reliability, descriptive respondents, classical assumption test, to multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis the authors found that of the three independent variables that the author carefully that the interest rate loan margin has a positive and significant influence on the principle of financing. Then the second variable of the loan term has a positive and significant influence on the principle of financing. The variable of customer sales stability has a positive and significant influence on the financing principle. Then seen from the results of the test f showed that the variable interest rate margin loan, loan term and stability of customer sales simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the principle of financing. The result of determinant coefficient test shows that there are many other variables that influence the financing principle in BMT Nagari Lasi Candung Subdistrict of Agam Regency so it is expected for the next researcher to add another variable from the author's precise variable for the perfection of research in the field of financing principle.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether promotions and locations influence the purchasing decisions at Tabik Café and analyze the most dominant factors in influencing the purchasing decisions of Tabik Café in Bukittinggi. Samples taken were 100 respondents. Sampling in this study uses probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method, which is that each individual has the same opportunity to be used as a research subject. From the results of Binary Logistic Regression analysis shows that there is a positive and significant influence between promotion and location on Purchase Decisions. The results of testing the regression model with the dependent variable purchasing decision obtained by the equation Y = -13.770 + 0.259 X1 + 0.556 X2. From the results of the analysis obtained the significance level of each Promotion variable (X1) is 0.039, location (X2) is 0.001. The results of the analysis show that each variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Tabik Café in Bukittinggi.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to test the influence of the quality of financial reporting accounting based and market based on the asimetri of information. The sample used the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange from 2007 untill 2011. Using a Purposive sampling technique of Sampling and retrieved samples of as many as 41 companies.Hypothesis test results showed that the quality of financial reporting based accounting is represented with three indicator are persistence and predictability has no effect on the asimetri of information whereas the effect on income smoothing indicator asimetri of information. Further market based financial reporting quality is represented by three indicators, namely the relevance of the value and timeliness of the Asimetri information has no effect while the indicator of conservatism has influence on the asimetri of information.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of discipline and motivation to work on teacher performance. The population in this study were teachers in SMAN 1 Canduang Agam. Samples taken as many as 35 respondents using census techniques. The data analysis methods that I use in conducting this research is using validity and reliability test, descriptive analysis of variables, multiple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. From the analysis that has been done, it is known that the work discipline variable (X1) positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, it is evidenced by a significant probability value to the work discipline is 0,001 less than 0.05. It was identified that work motivation (X2) has positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, it is proved by the probability of significant value to the work motivation of 0,003 is much smaller than 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem in this country would have an impact on social life. Most of a person likely to take care of somebody else's problem than the problem itself. Differences in beliefs and fellow beliefs often form groups or class, so it tends to far from each other. Education social sciences play a role in promoting a peaceful life, to encourage a person to improve adaptation to each other, can improve better communication and improve one's relationship. Education social sciences to integrate various disciplines such as geography, history, sociology, economics and anthropology community. IPS implementation of learning emphasis is on the field of education, thus gaining additional knowledge on the attitudes and behaviors, values, and of good character and can play a role in people's lives and can inculcate a scientific attitude in order to solve the problems faced around. The integration of learning social studies from various disciplines social imu can be done based on a specific topic that is still associated with other disciplines. Multicultural education as a strategy to take advantage of the various cultures of different communities of students is unique or typical of students to form a multicultural attitude of mutual understanding and mutual respect so as to create a tolerant education sector. IPS study integration of education in multicultural education can contribute realize strong society in the development of globalization and uphold the basic philosophy states that diversity, make education more increased quality and more advanced.]]>

<![CDATA[The study was motivated by the emergence of the local community dissatisfaction against nickel mining company. Their dissatisfaction was manifested by protests and demonstrations as well as the complaints. The purpose of this study to uncover how the practice of corporate social responsibility that can give local communities. The study used a qualitative - approach fenomenology Schultz. Data were analyzed using an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The study concludes that the values ??of ethics should be the primary consideration in the nickel mining company, active both internally and externally. All the measures taken by the management such as policies related to employees, society and the environment must always be grounded in consideration of ethical values. Ignoring the ethical values ??will cause dissatisfaction of local communities that will complicate the company in conducting. Limitations and future research, nickel mining company which is the object of research does not have a factory that the company is still short-term orientation and can vary when the company already has a plant which has been a long-term orientation, so that future studies should use informant’s company already has a factory.i]]>
