This research is validation study of Semester Learning Plan of Basic Chemistry. This aims to know the validity of Semester Learning Plan of Basic Chemistry from Biology Education Program of Mahaputra Muhammad Yamin University. Validation is done by using expert consideration method. Instrument used is a questionnaire that has been analyzed using descriptive statistics. Data analysis results show that validity of the designed Basic Chemistryâs Semester Learning Plan is highly valid. To strengthen the results of the analysis, then performed the analysis of validity with the consideration of expert through CVR method. CVR score obtained is Â± 1. This show that Basic Chemistryâs Semester Learning Plan is feasible and relevant used in the learning process. So, the conclusion is Basic Chemistryâs Semester Learning Plan is highly valid and can be used in learning process.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesulitan yang dialami mahasiswa jurusan PMIPA dalam pengolahan data statistik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa jurusan PMIPA yang sedang menyusun skripsi yang terdaftar pada semester ganjil tahun akademik 2013/2014 yang berjumlah ± 60 orang mahasiswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan, 1) Kesulitan mahasiswa dalam pengolahan data statistik disebabkan oleh latar belakang pendidikan mahasiswa di tingkat SLTA pada umumnya tidak berasal dari SMA jurusan IPA, sehingga dalam proses perkuliahan untuk mata kuliah statistik mahasiswa cenderung malas, 2) Rendahnya minat baca mahasiswa sehingga berakibat pada minimnya ilmu pengetahuan dalam berbagai hal, khususnya dalam hal pengolahan data secara statistik

E-learning lecture system is a lecture system that has been the talk of the world for several years. With regard to this e-learning process, there will still be teaching materials that are made. Teaching materials in the form of material for one semester published through e-learning media. Each teaching material needs to go through the validation process. So far, teaching materials created by lecturers only to support the lecture process, not many lecturers who validate the teaching materials given to students. The importance of validation of teaching materials is necessary to see the suitability of teaching materials to business / industry needs, so that the teaching materials are appropriate and suitable for use in learning. Therefore, the research is conducted to determine the validity of this resource. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the validity of basic chemistry textbook content for e-learning lecture system in FKIP UMMY Solok? To answer the problem formulation used R & D research method using 4D development model. The content validation of Textbook is done by expert consideration method and for data analysis of expert consideration result, used CVR index developed by Lawshe. Validation of this textbook aims to see the suitability of the content or substance of teaching materials. Triangulation results of expert consideration data obtained information that the validity of Basic Chemistry Basic textbook relevant / viable in terms of content and can be used for e-learning lecture system.

Training of Classroom Action Research is an effort to increase the understanding and skills of teachers in preparing the research proposal, conducting research, as well as a research report. This training is subject teachers at SDN 04 IX Korong totaling 19 people. The training was conducted by the lecture method which collaborated with guided exercises. The use of this method is effective to increase the interest of teachers in writing, because every teacher guided continuous and programmed. This training provides a positive impact for teachers at SDN 04 Korong IX. It is seen from the 19 teachers who attended the training, there are 11 teachers who successfully complete the Class Action Research to stage the final report. It shows that 57.9% of teachers at SDN 04 IX Korong able to do research and have a high enough motivation to produce the scientific work. So based on this study, it can be concluded that the training of classroom action research which is continuous and effective programmed to build capabilities and professionalism of teachers.

Himpunan Mahasiswa Biologi merupakan suatu organisasi kemahasiswaan di lingkungan Universitas Mahaputra Muhammad Yamin, khusus untuk mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Biologi. Himpunan ini terdiri atas beberapa bidang, salah satunya adalah bidang minat dan bakat. Bidang ini memungkinkan untuk menambah keterampilan anggota dan menjadikan ecoprint sebagai salah satu peluang yang dapat digunakan oleh anggota untuk membuka lapangan pekerjaan nantinya. Tujuan edukasi dan pemanfaatan bahan alam untuk pembuatan ecoprint ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kemandirian dalam berwirausaha. Pemanfaatan bahan alami untuk pembuatan ecoprint karena ramah lingkungan, tidak menggunakan bahan kimia berbahaya, proses pembuatannya mudah, bahannya mudah diperoleh karena berasal dari dedaunan, bunga maupun ranting tumbuhan serta tidak memerlukan mesin sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai lapangan kerja baru. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, demonstrasi, tanya jawab dan praktikum. Hasil yang dicapai adalah : (1) mitra memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan mewarnai dan mencetak motif di kain menggunakan teknik ecoprint, (2) mitra mampu mengisi waktu luang yang dimiliki dengan keterampilan mewarnai dan mencetak motif pada kain dengan Teknik ecoprint, (3) mitra sudah memiliki pengetahuan tentang cara membuat kerajinan tangan berupa cetakan motif pada kain dengan teknik ecoprint dan menerapkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tersebut sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membuka lapangan kerja, (4) Hasil akhir dari karya mitra dapat dikategorikan cukup rapi meskipun masih diperlukan latihan guna menghasilkan warna dan cetakan motif tumbuhan (daun, bunga dan batang) yang semakin menarik.

The distance learning system implemented by all universities during the Covid-19 pandemic has a number of challenges for lecturers and students. This article describes empirically the application of online learning in the Biochemistry course, Biology Education study program, Mahaputra Muhammad Yamin University. This pandemic has brought a paradigm shift in learning, namely developing and empowering various media in the learning environment, one of which is the internet facility. The results showed that the use of the internet as a learning medium in general was able to increase student learning motivation in taking Biochemistry courses, but on the other hand it created a dilemma where students had difficulty understanding concepts. This is due to the limited means of supporting the learning process such as textbooks. Difficulties are also experienced by lecturers, this difficulty creates a pleasant learning atmosphere in the midst of limited facilities and learning facilities and infrastructure.

Scientific literacy aims to prepare graduates who are sensitive to problems in the surrounding environment and are responsible. To find out that the graduates to be produced have good scientific literacy, it is necessary to design an assessment instrument to measure these abilities. This assessment instrument uses design instructional research to create a design instrument for assessing students' scientific literacy skills. This assessment instrument was developed based on the Scientific Literacy Assessment (SLA).

This research was motivated because the media in schools did not facilitate students in learning. The purpose of this research is to produce valid and practical hand outs. This type of research is development research (Research and Development), using 4D development, namely difine, design, development, and dissemination. The instruments used were questionnaires for material experts, language experts, response teachers, and student responses. The subjects of the trial in this study were 22 eighth grade students of Bukit Sundi 1 Public Middle School, but in this study the distribution was not carried out. In the defining stage, needs analysis, student analysis and task analysis were carried out, in the design of the design media design was carried out, at the development stage validation tests were carried out by 3 validators and practical tests by teachers and students at Bukit Sundi 1 Junior High School class VIIIe. Based on data analysis, questionnaire and language expert validation reached 85.30% and 85.50%. Practicality by teachers reached 88.14% and 87.00% students. Based on these stages, it is produced a valid and practical Corner type learning media
