Abstract

At this time the moral damage that hit people's lives also penetrated the lives of students, so that students were influenced by a culture that damaged all aspects, especially morals. The occurrence of morality that engulfs this society has an impact on juvenile delinquency. This study aims to describe the strategy of developing religious culture in shaping the character of the MA AL IHSAN Kalikejambon Tembelang students. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. This study is intended to describe the strategies for developing religious culture by making programs to support the application of religious culture so that it can form good character for students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The collected data were interpreted and analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study reveal that the strategies in the formation of religious culture are: (1) program formation, (2) implementation, (3) application, (4) habituation. While programs in developing religious culture in shaping the character of MA AL IHSAN students through: (1) extracurricular activities (khitobah, recitation, Islamic band and banjari), (2) daily activities (implementation of 3S, dhuha prayer in congregation and dhuhur prayer together ' ah), (3) activities in the month of Ramadan (study of the yellow book and distribution of zakat fitrah by students), (4) PPM (Community Service). The impact and benefits obtained are the formation of better student character and madrasas will become superior and character madrasah.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research that aims to determine the relationship between process skills and student learning outcomes in the Discovery Learning model of learning biology material for the respiratory system class XI MIA. This research is a type of quantitative research using the One Shot Case Study research method. The subjects in this study were all students of class XI MIA MA Nizhamiyah ploso, totaling 14 students. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Assessment instruments using questionnaires and questions in the form of multiple choice. While data analysis with correlation test using SPSS. The average value of cognitive learning outcomes obtained by MA students in class XI Nizhamiyah Ploso through the application of discovery learning models assisted by Student Worksheet Media is 73.5714, which means the average value obtained by students is in the good category. And the average value of the results of the process skills of MA class XI Nizhamiyah Ploso students by applying the discovery learning model with the help of YouTube in the form of practicum for making respiratory system props produced an average number of 83.3571 with the number of samples used, namely 14 students. class XI MIA. The average value of learning outcomes on learning outcomes is 73.5714 < 82.3571 skills, so it can be interpreted descriptively that there is a difference in the average learning outcomes of students between cognitive learning outcomes and process skills. Based on the results of the calculation of Normality, Homogeneity and correlation test, it shows that there is a relationship between cognitive learning outcomes and the process skills of Biology students of class XI MIA MA Nizhamiyah Ploso.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact in the field of education, namely the implementation of distance learning to limit the spread of the virus. In this condition, the use of e-learning becomes an absolute obligation that must be applied in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of learning Al-Qur'an Hadith through Google Classroom-based E-learning media during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, this is because the object under study is a complex interaction process, namely the optimization of Al-Qur'an Hadith learning through google classroom during the covid-19 pandemic at MI Al-hikmah. The instrument used in this study was direct observation in the field and accompanied by a questionnaire conducted by researchers to the teacher and students. The results of this study indicate that the google classroom application is very appropriate and efficient for the online learning process because it is not bound by time limits or official lesson hours in collecting assignments, distributing assignments, and assessing student assignments.

Abstract

This research aims to develop video animation-based learning media on the subjects of Islamic Religious Education Class XI high school. The results of this study are expected to help teachers in achieving PAI learning goals. In this study, the researchers adopted the Development Research (R&D) method through 5 stages of ADDIE development model, namely (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. . The data collection technique used is to use questionnaires and interviews that are analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the validation of media experts and material experts stated that fiqan learning media can be judged worthy and interesting, so that the development of video animation-based media deserves to be used as a learning support media. The rest, this study can also be used as a reference for other researchers in developing PAI learning media at different levels.

Abstract

Behavior Changing religions or changing religious beliefs or better known as religious conversions often occur in human social life. This is done in order to seek true happiness by establishing a new choice of belief (religion). Such phenomena often occur among the public, including the Chinese community, including at the Indonesian Hajj Muhammad Cheng Hoo Mosque complex in Surabaya. There it is often witnessed the phenomenon of people changing religions or religious beliefs or what is called the conversion from non-Muslims to Muslims, from non-Muslims to adherents of Islam. The phenomenon of religious conversion behavior is interesting to study and study from a behavioral perspective, the meaning and meaning of behavior to find out exactly what they are looking for in carrying out this religious conversion. This research is a qualitative approach. Data obtained from 17 respondents (informants). Data collection activities were carried out using the method of observation, interviews and documenting data deemed necessary. Data or information that has been collected in a qualitative research is then tested for its validity through the following techniques: (1). Triangulation method, (2). Triangulation of researchers, (3). Source triangulation, (4). Extend research time. The results of the study show that the motivation of the Chinese people to convert to Islam is based on the search for beliefs that are believed to be true that can calm their lives, to obtain true happiness in their true lives..

Abstract

This study aims to determine corporate responsibility for the impact of environmental pollution due to nickel mining activities. The research method used is the normative juridical method by collecting data sourced from literature studies, namely through a legal approach. In nickel mining exploitation activities it is known that it can cause environmental pollution, namely river, air, soil erosion, sedimentation of excavated remains. mining, decreased agricultural productivity around the mining areas, damage to flora and fauna, no health empowerment, no improvement in health infrastructure and changes in community behavior/norms around of the community around the mining areas. In addition, legal protection for the community must be enforced so that the rights of the community are not violated due to the exploitation of nickel mining that violates the provisions.

Abstract

This study discusses the Kyai's leadership style in improving the quality of Islamic education by forming independent students. Like those at Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang, students at Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School in all aspects of needs within the scope of Islamic boarding schools, almost all of them are run by Santri independently. Therefore the author raises the theme "Kiai's leadership style in forming the independence of students at the Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas, Jombang". The author uses a descriptive qualitative research type, by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation at the Al-Falah Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Islamic Boarding School, Jombang, so that the conclusion is found; The leadership style used by K. Azam Choiruman Najib at the Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas is a guided democratic leadership style, namely a leadership style that uses a style that is willing to accept opinions from subordinates in order to achieve common goals by means of a leadership approach based on strong ethical and moral principles. Then the supporting factors in establishing the independence of the Al-Falah Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang Islamic Boarding School students include 1) The management of Al-Falah Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang Islamic Boarding School students is formed, 2) The construction of supporting facilities for students' independence in the form of kitchens, cooperatives, and others, 3) There is control of the students' pocket finances by the financial administrator. The inhibiting factors in forming the independence of the students of the Al-Falah Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang Islamic Boarding School include 1) the emergence of rules from administrators that limit students, 2) The performance of the management is not optimal, 3) The students are often spoiled by their parents, 4) The students' lack of self-awareness, 5) The lack of interest in learning.

Abstract

Learning the Fathul Qorib book is one method of teaching fiqh subject. In order for the santri to comprehend, translate, draw a conclusion, contrast, explain, and deconstruct a dilemma pertaining to the material fiqh of worship and munakahat. This article is a case study using a qualitative methodology. Its findings show that reading the book Fathul Qorib can help people better grasp fiqh content. The lecture technique, in which instructional materials are delivered to students orally and with explanations in order to increase understanding, is used by fiqh professors. The Bandongan/Wetonan technique is a way of teaching that involves approaching pupils in a teacher-centered manner. A santri reads or interprets the text in front of his kyai using the Sorogan technique. The pupils will deliberate reading each other and correcting each other's readings. For both professors and students, practice, exercise, or demonstration are all acceptable.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive learning media called Gerhana (Gerakan Pembaruan Islam Indonesia) for SKI subject in the form of an android application. This media is used to determine product feasibility and students’ perspective responses to Gerhana media application. Quantitative research was conducted in this study. Research instruments for students are used to determine learning objectives, quality of material content, motivation, design, and use on media made by researchers. This instrument was given to XI MAN 9 JOMBANG class students as many as 30 students. student response questionnaires were analyzed quantitatively, then described or conclusions were drawn. Analyze the assessment of students using the Likert scale method. The results of this study were seen from the student response questionnaires with an average score of 80% with feasible criteria. Thus, it can be seen from the results of the user test that the student's perspective to the Gerhana media application (Gerakan Pembaruan Islam Indonesia) is feasible to use. This media can be used by teachers as a variety of learning media and hopefully can be applied in other subjects so that it can help practicality in the learning process. This research is able to facilitate students in the learning process by using Gerhana application as a media. Future researchers are expected to refine application-based learning media, because there are still many things that can be developed in application-based learning media.

Abstract

Active learning is learning that focuses on students in every learning process. The purpose of this study is to describe active Arabic learning at five madrasah/high schools in Jombang. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. Data related to active learning patterns were obtained by interviewing Arabic teachers at five madrasas/schools. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis method with the steps of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions/verification. this study concludes that: First, identification of Arabic language elements is the most urgent thing for trainers, teachers and learners in the process of learning Arabic. Second, the practice of active learning Arabic in five madrasas/schools has different learning patterns or is not patent. Third, the active learning patterns used include drill, role playing, study groups, self learning, mudzakarah.
