The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of developing environmentally-based differentiated learning designs to optimize the needs and learning outcomes of elementary school students, Palipi District, Samosir Regency. This research was conducted in elementary school, Palipi district, Samosir regency. This research method is a development research from Thiagarajan. The subject of the study was a teacher in an elementary school in Palipi Subdistrict, Samosir District. The data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive studies and t-tests. The results of the research and conclusions in this study are that the learning tools developed have met the criteria for effectiveness, namely (1) the completion of classical student learning in small-scale trials has reached the good category and in large-scale trials has reached the excellent category; (2) the achievement of student learning objectives during learning activities that meet the ideal criteria set; (3) positive student responses to the components of learning tools and learning activities developed; and (4) the allocation of ideal use of time.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Value Clarification Technique learning model in improving the character of post-pandemic elementary school students. This research was conducted at PAB 16 Klambir V Private Elementary School, Hamparan Perak District with a total sample of 40 fifth grade students. This type of research is a quasi-experimental method by comparing the Value Clarification Technique learning model with conventional learning models. Collecting data in this study through a questionnaire of student character development. Hypothesis testing is done by testing the independent sample t-test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the character development of students who were taught with the Value Clarification Technique learning model was higher than the conventional learning model. In other words, the Value Clarification Technique learning model is very effectively used to improve the character of elementary school students, especially in post-pandemic learning

This study aims to determine the differences in student learning outcomes who are taught using the circuit learning model compared to the conventional learning model. This type of research is an experimental one. This research was conducted at SD Swasta 10 PAB Sampali with a sample of 40 students. The research instrument is in the form of multiplechoice learning outcomes test. The data analysis technique used T test. The results showed that the social studies learning outcomes of students who were taught using the circuit learning model were higher than those of the conventional learning model. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the use of the Circuit Learning model was suitable for use in the social studies learning process.

Digital books or commonly called E-Books which stands for Electronic Books are paperless books, where e-books are easily accessible through Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) or special bags made by information technology companies. This study uses a research and development (R&D) approach which is then adapted to the needs of researchers which includes six stages, namely (1) preliminary survey; (2) preparation of electronic teaching materials using the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application, product design; (4) design validation;(5) design improvement; and (6) description of research results. The purpose of this research is to develop a digital book of Indonesian cakes based on local wisdom for culinary education students. Data collection techniques used expert validation questionnaires and small-scale trials. The results of the development of the textbook show that the average validation and test results are in the appropriate category for use with good predicates according to the table of eligibility criteria and product revisions.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Profit Management and Leverage on Stock Returns. The research was conducted on manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with an observation period from 2018-2020. The testing of this research model is based on agency theory and signaling theory. The research population consisted of 194 companies using purposive sampling and obtained 67 companies with 201 observations. Data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. This study obtains empirical evidence, namely: First, Earnings Management has a significant negative effect on stock returns. Second, Leverage has a significant negative effect on stock returns. These results indicate that agency theory and signal theory are supported in this research model.

badminton is an integral part of overall sports activities which have the goal of improving physical fitness and achievement. At the early age group stage, the badminton training process is also designed to stimulate organic, motor, intellectual and emotional growth. In physical conditions that are still in the initial growth stages, athletes in the early age group naturally experience many obstacles when undergoing the training process, so coaches, parents and administrators of badminton sports must pay special attention to the level of physical condition and motivation of each athlete. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the level of motivation possessed by badminton athletes in the early age group PBSI Merauke Regency practicing badminton. This study uses a quantitative research approach where data collection uses a survey method with a total of 30 questions. Based on the results of instrument validation by expert judgment, the result was that there were 3 question items that turned out to be inappropriate or invalid, so that the remaining 27 question items were valid and feasible to be used as data collection instruments. The subjects used in this study were 34 athletes consisting of 8 female athletes and 26 male athletes. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the motivation of badminton athletes in the early age group PBSI Merauke Regency to practice badminton is in the very high category, this statement is proven by obtaining research data which shows that there are 24 athletes or 70.59% who have very high motivation in playing badminton, there were 10 athletes or 29.41% who had high motivation in playing badminton, and there was not a single athlete or 0% who had motivation in the low and very low categories of playing badminton.

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Mind Mapping model on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in geometric material at SD Negeri 99 Palembang. The method used in this research is the Pre-Experimental Design with the type of One group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample in this study were fifth grade students consisting of 24 male students and 20 female students. The research instrument used in this study is tests and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, the average pretest score was 39.99 and the average posttest score was 54.69. Based on the hypothesis test, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 which means less than 0,05 with a significant level of 5%. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that the Mind Mapping learning model has an influence on the learning outcomes of grade 5 students in geometric material at SD Negeri 99 Palembang.

Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest population in the world and is a big capital for Indonesia in development. A large population if not managed properly will cause unemployment problems. The most remote province of Sumatra, namely the province of Aceh, is one of the provinces that has a high open unemployment rate. Thus, it is necessary to analyze the factors that influence the open unemployment rate. This study aims to analyze the effect of the provincial minimum wage, economic growth and inflation on the open unemployment rate in Aceh Barat district. The type of research used is quantitative research using multiple linear regression method with time series data (time series) for 2012-2021, namely 10 years including provincial minimum wage data, economic growth data, inflation data, open unemployment rate data, and processed using the SPSS program. 25. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the F test of the provincial minimum wage, economic growth and inflation together affects the level of open unemployment in Aceh Barat district. While partially, namely the t test, it is concluded that the provincial minimum wage has a positive and significant effect on the level of open unemployment, economic growth has a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate and inflation has a negative and significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Aceh Barat district.

Based on observations, one of the problems in SD Negeri 4 Kota Banda Aceh is the low learning outcomes of students in mathematics subjects. The application of the Problem Based Learning model can provide a pleasant atmosphere for students in learning multiplication and division material. This study used the type of Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this study amounted to 23 students of grade III-B SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh City, data collection techniques were carried out by observation, documentation, and learning outcomes tests. The technique of analyzing data from observations of student activities is with percentage descriptive statistics and individual student learning outcomes data. Based on the results of research in cycles I, II, and III obtained the following data: (1) the results of observations on student activities in learning observed for three cycles, increased in each cycle, namely: student activity in cycle I reached 82% of the good category, cycle II reached 84% of the good category, and cycle III reached 98% of the very good category. (2) the learning outcomes of students in multiplication and division material increased in cycle I of classical completeness criteria reaching 34% with an average value of 57.39, in cycle II classical completeness criteria of 69% with an average value of 71.37, while cycle III of classical completeness criteria 91% with an average value of 84.34. It was concluded that the Problem Based Learning learning model on multiplication and division material can improve the learning outcomes of grade III-B students of SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh City.
